We used to love coming to Jersey's, but lately it feels like the quality has gone downhill. Heather is a great server and her service is always great. The portions are solid, but the food has been hit or miss. Some items come out cold, and others just are not as good as they used to be. The catfish bites had too many bones, which made them hard to enjoy, and both the fries and onion tangles came out cold. It is disappointing because this used to be a go to spot for us. I hope they can get back to what made it great before, because right now it feels pretty inconsistent. We also had dirty silverware and plates. read more

All super tasty and fresh. Drinks were great as well. They have a decent selection of food and beverages, plus a calm restaurant and bar area. Ok, I was a little wary, but the front desk at the Home2Suites said they have a good burger.... Did I mention this place is in the back of a parking lot at a Hampton Inn, with a H2S's next door? Not great on the location, but inside is fine enough....typical sports bar feel. Staff was very friendly and attentive enough. They even had some automated serving robot that I saw spin past with like 4 plates heading to a table. Unfortunately my food didn't get that delivery.... I ordered the new smash burger and it was the biggest thing I've ever seen. It was delicious with shaved bacon on top. I didn't even try to lift this monster, and instead used a knife and fork!!! You'll be disappointed - you can get a better meal at McDonald's. I ordered the prime rib. It was about as thick as a credit card and had the strangest anemic gray color I've ever seen in a piece of meat. It basically looked like they took it and put it in the microwave. Chicken wings were mediocre - horrible presentation of six wings thrown on a plate with two small chunks of nearly spoiled celery. I wasn't sure if I should eat the celery or smoke it. Friend ordered a pork chop sandwich. They served on a hotdog bun. But the waitress was nice! Unfortunately, this place is a waste of time. Keep on looking. read more

Went here consistently in the past, not much has changed. I would say the food is what you pay for, not too expensive and kind of your standard bar food. Wings here are ok but I wish they had a mild variety; hot is way too hot. The ranch is amazing though, that's for sure. Server was on top of it and provided great service. Felt like garbage by the waitress working there. Sat for 30 minutes while she chatted away with a few people at the bar. She removed them and walked away from us. After like another 25 minutes, another lady came over and asked had we placed our orders yet? We didn't even receive a menu! Since Jerseys wouldn't serve us food because the kitchen was closed we order Papa John's pizza. It's been years since I've been here, and well I remember the steaks being to die for. 1st off it took forever to order, and it was not even close to being busy. Waitress got my drink wrong, then my steak was dry, I cook a lot of steak and it's possible to cook well done and have it juicy. The portions were horrible almost nothing on the plate. The front desk I clerk at the Hampton in Beloit told me about this place, it's just 30 out the side door of the hotel. He said prices are great and so is the food. He was so right. I set at the bar which has plexiglass protecting everyone setting their. The wine was $4 a glass. I had the 8oz bacon wrapped filet. They cooked it to perfection. I like mine medium rare. Had the Bucky Burger. Was real good. The place was clean, staff was friendly. Overall not bad. They had this robot that brought food out. My only gripe, was that it played music and was annoying every time it went by. The food took just a tad longer to show than I expected but wasn't bad. All things considered, I'd go again. My crew and I had an overnight and were told the try Jersey's Bar. First thing we noticed was lots of seating and TV's. We were greeted shortly after walking through the door and told to grab an open table. The waitress was friendly and gave us menus and took our drink order. Had a quick dinner here after checking in to the Hampton Inn Beloit, and before a concert at "Alpine Valley" in East Troy. First, very affordable here. Given the "in the toilet" economy in which we currently reside in, I'm not sure how this place can be this affordable with ample serving sizes and for the most part, decent food. My husband and I both enjoyed our nicely seasoned ribeye dinners with various potatoes and onion rings. Also came with a roll, but it looks like their meals used to come with garlic bread, which would have been preferred. My daughter got a quesadilla appetizer which was her preferred dinner. My granddaughter got a tortellini kid's meal that came with ice cream. All that got eaten was the ice cream. Mom and granddaughter both thought the tortellini was very blah, tasted as if it was just something reheated. Our waitress was very nice and accommodating, despite the below average tortellini. Oh, and great Wisconsin cheese curds! Puts "Culvers" cheese curds to shame (and we love Culvers "everything" in general). And what's with the "no milk" thing?? I was told 15 minutes to pick up my order. I was there in 10 minutes. My food was sitting at the counter. I walked to the end of the bar. Not one person came to the counter to help me. I walked to the back of the bar. Finally I Said I was here to pick up an order for Cook. She grabbed my food took my card gave me the receipt and walked away from me. She left my receipt to sign. Gina is a great server always quick and friendly however tonight we had a server named Erica O who was not very pushy in the beginning rushing us to order then took 15 mins to come get our bill! I ordered a steak the flavor was decent considering the price and it comes with two sides! Unfortunately the mashed potatoes weren't even room temperature and I could see some crust forming on the side. I also got the veggies which was squash, onions, and peppers. I think if they were grilled they would have tasted amazing however they were just a mushy flavorless mess. O they have a robot that delivers the food-My kids loved that! During other visits I have heard workers tell customers the robot's name this would have been a perfect opportunity for the server to connect with us. She was very short with us and came off as rude. Beloit is the halfway point between where I live and where my grandparents live, so it's a frequent meeting point for dinner for all of us. We have our usual spots, but wanted to try something new last night. After some searching on Yelp, I discovered Jersey's, and after noting that it was convenient and right off of the highway, decided this would be our dinner spot. Our server, Nikki (not sure how she spells it) was great. Very friendly, prompt, and gave good suggestions. The prices were fantastic. Five of us ate meals, had beverages, and ordered two appetizers and the bill was $69! A 10 oz sirloin with two sides and garlic bread was only $9.99, and my grandfather said it was really good! I had the salmon, which could be a bit dicey at a place like this, but it too was delicious. We were all very impressed, which is impressive in itself, given the fact that our party consisted of two 80 year olds, a 13 year old, and 2 30-somethings, all with varied preferences. Be sure to give Jersey's a try the next time you're in the Beloit area. read more
