This was right behind our hotel so we thought we'd give it a try. First the prices are incredibly low! We each had drinks, shared appetizer and two meals and it was $42. What!!!! Cheese balls are as good as you'd expect from Wisconsin. I had a chicken quesadilla and it was six large pieces and grilled perfectly. So my $8 supper is now going to also be tomorrow's lunch as I could only eat half. Hubby had a prime rib sandwich dinner. Wasn't cooked how he ordered but for ten bucks we didn't expect much. Said it was good though. His double pour drink was really a triple. He had to leave it. I've never seen him do that before. And was $9.50. My mixed rum drink was a little weak even for me, but was only $4.50. We will def visit again. Nice Inside with one part kind of country sports bar and the other sides more dining room like. Heather is an Amazing server and the portions are huge!!! Besides Heather's good service I have to say the Philly is always a plus and so are they fresh made chips. We've been going to Jerseys Bar and Grill since they opened years ago. We've eaten there close to one hundred times, maybe more. It was a nice local place to go for a good meal. Unfortunately for roughly the last year the food and especially the service has taken a sharp nose dive. After our meal 9/4/26, and 50.00 later. We will never return. After paying our tab at our prior visit. I thought something maybe was off with the cost. I just let it go thinking that maybe I missed something. With this last and final visit, my wife and I carefully checked the menu price to our tab price. We discovered that they inflated the tab by $5.00. We explained this to our waiter when suddenly 2 waitresses showed up stating that there are unexplained upcharges that there is explanations for on the menu. We did not accept that answer. Also we did not want to get into an argument making us a spectacle in front of the other patrons We asked to see the manager whom they said wasn't there. With the exception of the soup which was surprisingly good. Everything else was simply bad. A tough ribeye. A very small baked potato. My wife's rib tips got her stomach aching. Possibly spoiled and barely touched. The balance went to roadside animals. Ultimately we paid the tab and even left a tip wondering why. We got crap service. I feel that we're lied too There were no apologies of any kind. Just the feeling of "pay the bill and leave. We've been loyal customers for years. Unfortunately this attitude seems to be getting more common with many businesses. Now it's at our local restaurant. For a drink Jerseys is all right. For a dining experience. We used to love coming to Jersey's, but lately it feels like the quality has gone downhill. Heather is a great server and her service is always great. The portions are solid, but the food has been hit or miss. Some items come out cold, and others just are not as good as they used to be. The catfish bites had too many bones, which made them hard to enjoy, and both the fries and onion tangles came out cold. It is disappointing because this used to be a go to spot for us. I hope they can get back to what made it great before, because right now it feels pretty inconsistent. We also had dirty silverware and plates. read more

Had a great time stopping in at Jersey's for a quick bite to eat and drink. Heather was our waitress and she was fantastic. We ordered the wings, burgers, chips and onion rings. All super tasty and fresh. Drinks were great as well. They have a decent selection of food and beverages, plus a calm restaurant and bar area. Ok, I was a little wary, but the front desk at the Home2Suites said they have a good burger.... Did I mention this place is in the back of a parking lot at a Hampton Inn, with a H2S's next door? Not great on the location, but inside is fine enough....typical sports bar feel. Staff was very friendly and attentive enough. They even had some automated serving robot that I saw spin past with like 4 plates heading to a table. Unfortunately my food didn't get that delivery.... I ordered the new smash burger and it was the biggest thing I've ever seen. It was delicious with shaved bacon on top. I didn't even try to lift this monster, and instead used a knife and fork!!! You'll be disappointed - you can get a better meal at McDonald's. I ordered the prime rib. It was about as thick as a credit card and had the strangest anemic gray color I've ever seen in a piece of meat. It basically looked like they took it and put it in the microwave. Chicken wings were mediocre - horrible presentation of six wings thrown on a plate with two small chunks of nearly spoiled celery. I wasn't sure if I should eat the celery or smoke it. Friend ordered a pork chop sandwich. They served on a hotdog bun. But the waitress was nice! Unfortunately, this place is a waste of time. Keep on looking. read more

Went here consistently in the past, not much has changed. I would say the food is what you pay for, not too expensive and kind of your standard bar food. Wings here are ok but I wish they had a mild variety; hot is way too hot. The ranch is amazing though, that's for sure. Server was on top of it and provided great service. Felt like garbage by the waitress working there. Sat for 30 minutes while she chatted away with a few people at the bar. Finally, after some very noticeable looks, she decided to come over to the table where me and my guest sat. Then abruptly left, came back with two glasses of water, then became upset with me as I pointed out that both glasses were dirty with food particles and cloudy. She removed them and walked away from us. After like another 25 minutes, another lady came over and asked had we placed our orders yet? We didn't even receive a menu! The front desk I clerk at the Hampton in Beloit told me about this place, it's just 30 out the side door of the hotel. He said prices are great and so is the food. He was so right. I set at the bar which has plexiglass protecting everyone setting their. The wine was $4 a glass. I had the 8oz bacon wrapped filet. They cooked it to perfection. I like mine medium rare. Which is hard to do. With t I got fries and a saesar salad all for $12.99. The stake was nice and tender. If you in the area you have to try this place. read more

It's been years since I've been here, and well I remember the steaks being to die for. 1st off it took forever to order, and it was not even close to being busy. Waitress got my drink wrong, then my steak was dry, I cook a lot of steak and it's possible to cook well done and have it juicy. The portions were horrible almost nothing on the plate. Waitress never checked on us. If you want tips you have to do the work. If you want business, improve your cooking and customer service. read more

Had the Bucky Burger. Was real good. The place was clean, staff was friendly. Overall not bad. They had this robot that brought food out. My only gripe, was that it played music and was annoying every time it went by. The food took just a tad longer to show than I expected but wasn't bad. All things considered, I'd go again. My crew and I had an overnight and were told the try Jersey's Bar. First thing we noticed was lots of seating and TV's. We were greeted shortly after walking through the door and told to grab an open table. The waitress was friendly and gave us menus and took our drink order. I pick up an order today at around 3 to 4pm. I have never been so disappointed on my food order I picked up. Jerseys always has great food. My food was not good. I was told 15 minutes to pick up my order. I was there in 10 minutes. My food was sitting at the counter. I walked to the end of the bar. Not one person came to the counter to help me. I walked to the back of the bar. Finally I Said I was here to pick up an order for Cook. She grabbed my food took my card gave me the receipt and walked away from me. She left my receipt to sign. Had a quick dinner here after checking in to the Hampton Inn Beloit, and before a concert at "Alpine Valley" in East Troy. First, very affordable here. Given the "in the toilet" economy in which we currently reside in, I'm not sure how this place can be this affordable with ample serving sizes and for the most part, decent food. My husband and I both enjoyed our nicely seasoned ribeye dinners with various potatoes and onion rings. Also came with a roll, but it looks like their meals used to come with garlic bread, which would have been preferred. My daughter got a quesadilla appetizer which was her preferred dinner. My granddaughter got a tortellini kid's meal that came with ice cream. All that got eaten was the ice cream. Mom and granddaughter both thought the tortellini was very blah, tasted as if it was just something reheated. Our waitress was very nice and accommodating, despite the below average tortellini. Oh, and great Wisconsin cheese curds! Puts "Culvers" cheese curds to shame (and we love Culvers "everything" in general). And what's with the "no milk" thing?? How this place is busy is beyond me. Appetizer - nachos (arrived cold & soggy) then had Tortellini with sausage and I couldn't stomach the sausage it had to be spit out. Gina is a great server always quick and friendly however tonight we had a server named Erica O who was not very pushy in the beginning rushing us to order then took 15 mins to come get our bill! I ordered a steak the flavor was decent considering the price and it comes with two sides! Unfortunately the mashed potatoes weren't even room temperature and I could see some crust forming on the side. I also got the veggies which was squash, onions, and peppers. I think if they were grilled they would have tasted amazing however they were just a mushy flavorless mess. O they have a robot that delivers the food-My kids loved that! During other visits I have heard workers tell customers the robot's name this would have been a perfect opportunity for the server to connect with us. She was very short with us and came off as rude.
