This location demonstrated the worst customer service I have ever seen. I ordered my food and they brought out the wrong food. Instead of fixing it, they argued with me and said that that is what I ordered. After I explained to them three more times that that is not what I ordered they insisted that they were not going to replace the incorrect order. Worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant and I eat out a lot and I'm 43 years old! I called to order ahead since we were seeing a movie and was limited on time. I was on hold for 10 minutes. I stayed on the phone and went online to order. My order online said pick up instead of order ahead. I couldn't figure out how to change it. We get to the restaurant and ask to eat our order in the restaurant. The hostess said she needed to ask the manager. The manager said "you are more than welcome to eat on our patio. We are pretty busy inside." There were 10 plus tables empty inside. We had my husband, my 3 small kids, and myself. It was also 8:00pm My kids and husband went outside to the patio while I waited for our food. I walked outside to the patio where my family was waiting. It was dark and now 8:15. There were no lights on the patio. We had to eat in the dark with no table service after spending $65 there. I also had to buy bottles of water for us to drink. So rude to make us eat outside. I felt shunned. We had to find a bottle of ketchup on our own. I teally would have complained to the manager, but we had to get to our movie. Worst experience ever. I will never be back. I ate there at the Beloit location on April 25, and immediately after eating there I started throwing up and had to call off work for several days. For that time, I was in a universe of pain and suffering the likes of which I have rarely experienced in my life. I order the exact same dish everytime I go (and I used to go every week) and have never had any problems remotely comparable to this. There were hardly any people in there and our waitress had one couple at the bar and then our table and she was very slow to check on us. We waited for refills for a long time and waited for our check for a long time because she was showing the couple at the bar pictures on her phone. Also all of the staff were sitting on their phones and sitting down while there were multiple dirty dishes that were left out on all of the tables. They were also sitting at a table playing cards. I have eaten at a number of BWW's across the country and they a happily predictable. This one was no different in design and the staff was very nice. I sat at the bar and had a good time watching sports and chatting with people. All good. That is until I got my food. I had the Santa Fe Salad to keep it light because I had a big work day the following day. Food was good going down. Unfortunately, my stomach was very upset directly after eating. I spent the next 4 hours in and out of the bathroom. Not a good experience and it impacted my next day at work. So I have been to the Beloit BW3 several times now and have seen a drastic improvement. Initially I was concerned about the service, but they have definitely gotten on their game. To start with, the place is HUGE with the bar section in the center and dining areas surrounding it. There are close to a billion TVs, so this is probably the best place in Beloit to catch any type of sporting event. Also this seems to be the only place to find a crowd on a Friday night. The food at BW3 is very similar to any other location. They do have some specific things things like cheese curds and other items that would be popular in the Midwest. As far as the beer selection, it is awesome. They have a significant variety of craft beers on tap, and the best part is you can sample and then decide. They also rotate the taps according to the season, so each time we go, there has been at least 1 or 2 new beers available. Again, initially when they first opened it took a good 5-10 minutes to get a beverage after ordering it......that is NOT the case now. We ordered two beers and they were table-side in less than 5 min. The food also came out in a very timely fashion and tasted good. Overall BW3 has been a welcome addition to the Beloit community. The manger Dave is extremely friendly and wants the customers to be happy and have an exceptional experience. Its not often you see the managers so actively involved in the dining room, and checking with patrons to see how they are doing. Ordered $65 worth of food on Father's day through doordash. Food arrived on time and was still warm and looked good. Unfortunately everything tasted burned. my guess is old oil. we tried to eat it but my stomach started to hurt so we just threw it all away. I rated them on Google and received a prompt response from the owner asking me to go to their website so they could make it right. I did what they asked and received an email saying I should contact Doordash instead. Doordash arrived on time and they didn't make the food. I'm so upset. More upset over the owners response. A friend and I ate here Memorial Day 2017 on our way home to Chicago after a long weekend of camping in WI. With all of the options in Beloit this was an excellent choice. Our server Kristi was nothing short of phenomenal. She was very friendly and helpful with my particular order. The shift manager was great as well. The worst BWW experience I've ever had. My husband and got there a little after 7:30 and ordered 15 wings right away. By 8:25p I finally got ahold of the server and asked where the food was she said "I'll get it right now" .. ok is it just sitting under a heat lamp? She came out with them a few mins later and they were Luke warm and dry. Wow... took us 10 more minutes to flag the server back down to try to get new wings. She just said "ugh I'll make new ones" and ran away. We waited 10 more minutes and got NOTHING. Btw I'm pregnant so we sat there for well over an hour with no food. A manager finally came out and said "I just became aware of the situation we can take the wings off the bill." Umm ok... My husband was furious and said he didn't want the food. We had a college cross country meet at Beloit College and we decided to come to this Bdubs for our team dinner. So a few things.... 1. Our waitress did an amazing job. She treated us wonderfully and couldn't stop smiling. 2. Food was warm and they did a good job. 3. Like all Bdubs, this is a good place for team dinners. This is a brand new Bdubs and the new Bdub stores that are being built have a TON to TV's. I also forgot my Debit card there and they immediately sent it out to me to the Chicago area. We got carryout from the Beloit Buffalo Wild Wings last night. All 4 of us got the hand-smashed All-american Burger. The burger was beyond done ... almost burnt on the outside and dry as a bone on the inside. I couldn't even eat half of mine. For $11.95 it should have been a lot better than that. Every single time I get the Santa Fe salad it's different. Sometimes there's no tortillas, Sometimes there's no limes, sometimes there's two dressings, sometimes only one, sometimes there's literally an avocado cut in half tossed underneath the chicken in one giant chunk, and tonight there's no avocado or tortillas with it... doesn't appear the chicken had any desert seasoning either... I like this salad a lot and it's great when i get everything as the menu describes and my bf loves the wings.. but how hard is it to make a salad the same way every time???? I have had consistent excellent food and friendly service from this Buffalo Wild Wings. For those not in the know, Buffalo Wild Wings is a restaurant chain specializing in chicken wings, burgers and a wide variety of appetizers that are perfect for any sports watching party. Now, this location in particular stands out to me for a few things. First, the afore mentioned friendly staff. I have always been welcomed with a "hello!" and a smile, and every server I have had has been very accommodating and patient. Second, it's always very clean. For a place that serves chicken wings with a large selection of sauces, dips, drinks, and sides, it would be very easy to miss a spot on a table or chair, but every time I have eaten here, the table looks as if I'm the first to be seated there. Now, the food is phenomenal. It's always been brought out hot, fresh and delicious. I have never seen anything out of place and a side or extra request has never been forgotten. The only downside is the prices can be a bit expensive, especially if eating with more than two people. But this is a chain, so I assume prices are set by their corporate office. Overall, if you're looking for a burger or a load of wings for a party, or want a place to watch the big game, this is the place to go! read more

I am from out of town. My girlfriend and I went to BW3. Around 7 o'clock when we walked in the hostess was cleaning menus and said she'll be right with us. The hostess grab some cleaner went to the table clean the table never asked us to follow her I have a she cleaned a table she waved us over he never said us down we walked to the table she walked past us my girlfriend said thank you, she just threw her hands up. When our server finally came after we sat there from 5 to 7 minutes it was not packed. We ordered soft drinks and an appetizer, when I appetizer came he just tossed it on the table. When our food came he served it to us we had to ask for napkins salt and pepper which we did get. He never came back to check on us Mira asked us for a refill on it we wanna refill didn't say anything else to us. This is the worst customer service place I've ever been to and I would never be back in my opinion the whole staff was very rude and did not care. And on top of that the hostess order Jimmy John's sandwich walk to the back smiling with her sandwich and she was never seen again at least we never seen her. After about an hour and a half the manager came over and very rudely asked to see my friends ID again. He raised his voice and told her she looked 12.
