Hands down the most painful experience ordering food i have ever experienced. I called in my order around 11:40 am to pick up 15 original hot wings. This is not a complicated order. The girl who answered the phone couldn't understand what "15 original hot bone in wings" meant. I had to rephrase several times. She then couldn't understand my phone number and i had to give it to her 1 digit at a time with her confirming each number. She refused to go to the next number unless i confirmed her confirmation of the digit i just gave her - i wish i was kidding. Order placed and i thought man, they must be busy. I wish it ended with the phone call. I got to this location and the open sign was off, zero customers inside, and zero presence of staff. I rechecked the address and confirmed i was at the right one before walking inside. Next to my order was 1 other order. The girl who answered my call made me jump through hoops to get my food, but somehow we managed. The wings were decent, biggest complaint was the half inch deep pool of hot sauce at the base of the clamshell. I had Wing Dome the other day. Rating this place 5 stars simply based on how amazing their Louisiana Rub wings are. Awesome dry rub wings are a national treasure and hard to find at other places. Delicious as either classic or boneless, doesn't matter. Cheese fries are good too, although best way to order is just get normal fries and order side of cheese to dip in, less soggy that way. Someone on my team at work set up a potluck one day, so I made it my reason to try Wingstop for the first time. This is a chicken wings franchise out of Texas that recently opened up a location at Kelsey Creek Shopping Center in Bellevue. This is the same complex in which Walmart Neighborhood Market opened up earlier this year. As a result of Walmart's opening, a bunch of eateries have opened up nearby. The restaurant has dine in tables, but it has a fast casual feel to it. Though don't confuse this place as being a fast food joint. The chicken wings do take time to make, so it can't be considered that. If you decide to takeout, there is a bench to the side that you can sit and wait. They have a boneless wings promotion on Mondays and Tuesdays for 50 cent wings. It is not explicitly advertised at the restaurant, but I found about it while checking out their website. You must buy at least 5 which is pretty easy to do. The number of flavors you can choose from depends on how many wings you order. There are 10 flavors to choose from overall. Decided to get 20 boneless wings to bring to the potluck. Since I ordered 20, I was able to choose three flavors. Decided on the original hot, mild and Hawaiian. The boneless wings are an okay size, but they are maybe just slightly larger than chicken nugget size. These wings are not chicken wings, but actually chicken breast meat. Flavor wise, I liked these wings fine. I would say the original hot was my favorite. Hawaiian on the other hand is a sweet flavor that is teriyakiesque and like something you would find at Panda Express. I don't think I would pay the regular price for these, but would seriously consider getting boneless wings for dinner if it was a Monday or Tuesday night and I did not feel like cooking. read more

Walking In i am greeted by the worming smell of chicken and friendly staff. There is a short lady there that has a cunning way of making me fell right at home as i order and wait for my food. I'm unsure of the quality of meat they use however the way its cooked and served reminds me of an old school food joint from where I grew up. I have tried almost all the flavors and my favorite is mango one. It's got just the right amount of spice marred with sweetness. Price is definitely fare for the location and product. There are few places in Bellevue that do a good job with wings and if you order the same amount of food at another place you will pay about the same. So food for dollar is good. I am going to call this my Danny review, let me explain. I love Wing Stop, I love it in Las Vegas, and I love it in Salt Lake!! When I started going to this location I still enjoyed the food but I found the customer service really lacking which effected how much I enjoyed going. That is, until I figured out Danny's schedule. So, if you go here and it's not feeling five star-ish, ask when Danny will be in, it is amazing how much one person can impact an establishment but it does. Finally! Chicken wings that are cooked the *correct way*: fried naked without any type of breading!! Plus, these wings were huge! 4 was sufficient for me along with some fries & veggie sticks. We got a family 40 pack for the 4 of us which came with a choice of 4 diff flavors. We chose 2 orders of garlic parmesan, 1 original hot & 1 Louisiana rub. My fav was the Louisiana rub. I think I just prefer a dry rub over sauced wings. The wings aren't bad here. I've tried both bone-in and boneless wings here and no surprise - the bone-in wings are better. Just like any other wings joint there are different flavors and spice levels. I've tried original/buffalo, Thai, Lemon Pepper and Parmesan and the Lemon Pepper is my favorite - for both kinds of wings. Some of the flavors aren't as good on the boneless wings versus the bone-in such as the parmesan because the batter/fry on the boneless don't hold the cheese well. And in my last visit my friend and I came here on a Monday night where a special they were having was boneless wings for fifty cents! We decided to take advantage of the special and I ordered 15 boneless wings in three flavors - parmesan, lemon pepper and buffalo. After you order the cashier tells you how long it will exactly take for your order to be ready. It's not "about" 15 minutes or "around" 15 minutes, but they always give you the exact amount of time it will take like 16 minutes, 17 minutes, etc... I've never actually timed it, but can say the processing time they give you has always been pretty accurate. My takeout order or dine-in order has never had me wait longer than what the cashier has told me. (And if you're expecting to walk in, get your food order ready in less than 10 minutes like a fast food joint then I would advise you to order ahead of time.) When I got my order of boneless wings I liked the buffalo best for the boneless as the chicken seemed more tender than the other wings, since it was drenched in sauce. The lemon pepper was good, and remains to be my favorite flavor but the chicken was slightly overcooked, based off how stiff the batter/fry was on it. The same goes for the parmesan ones I ordered, too, yet I didn't like the flavor as much because as mentioned previously - the cheese just didn't blend well with the texture of the fry as it would on a bone-in since it would melt on the meat versus the breading. I wouldn't order parmesan again for boneless. But overall, the wings are not bad and would recommend trying the bone-in wings as they will always be the better option, especially lemon pepper. There were two beers on tap and bottled beers, in addition to pop. They also have handcut fries, which were good. Just remember that they charge extra for condiments like ranch, blue cheese, etc... even if you order wings with. The happy hour is from 4 to 6PM where they have wing specials and cheap pitchers of beer. read more
