So I thought I'd at least come back for the celery/carrot sticks with ranch since that was the only silver lining from this place and I even got a call from the district manager saying they can't change the seasonings from the chicken. Okay, fair. Ordered the celery and carrot sticks only and it was not fresh at all. Carrot pieces were brown and celery sticks were very stringy and you can see from the pic. Let's start off by the ambience. I've been in there before and it's a really small place kinda on the loud side and waiting is really long so I was smart enough to do. Uber eats this time plus the parking lot is a shared parking lot with other strip mall stores so it's people in and out and parking is a pain in the butt and let's go with the service. The people are really nice that work inside there. I've been inside there before so I'm gonna give them a thumbs up for that. Let's get to the food. I did not get utensils or napkins. Now you would think with all this food I would need some napkins, right yeah well I didn't get any. My soda was not filled all the way to the top that sucks especially since it's five dollars for a soda now these days now the four piece tenders I got for free because I spent $25 on a 10 piece combo now I'm gonna say these are really good a lot better than the flats that I got, but I will say even though they are lemon pepper seasoned. They are very, very seasoned with a little bit too much lemon pepper now let's get to the 10 piece flats half of them look like they're premature birds or just don't have meat on them and then the other half look great they taste good both of the orders of meat taste good my carrots and celery were fresh and I receive a large sides of ranch with each meal so yeah, I would definitely suggest ordering from them, but I think they could do a little bit better by checking the quality control before it goes out and also reading and making sure people get what they request like utensils or napkins for sure cause this is definitely a messy meal read more

I ordered the boneless combo for two to go, and the chicken was packaged well but the sauce containers were not sealed and leaked. I ordered extra seasoning on the fries and they were just right (can't imagine just regular seasoning being enough). They were a little soggy but would probably have been crispier fresh instead of after sitting through the car ride home. The boneless wings were a little inconsistent in size but I enjoyed all the flavors I ordered (plain, garlic Parmesan, and Louisiana ). I order online when I get Wingstop here, but you can order inside too. I wouldn't say it's the cleanest Wingstop, unfortunately, and the staff is fine but not remarkable. I think a couple times I've gone they were confused about my order/ didn't give it to me when I asked so it sat on the shelf for a bit. I would say, this is a solid 3 to 3.5 star restaurant. Service was good enough and the price was great. My daughter and I bought 2 x 10 boneless wings (4 different flavors) and 2 ranch dips for 32 dollars. They also do not accept tips via credit card purchases. I think this makes it considerably more affordable than other restaurants that ask for tips for merely taking your order. We didn't dine in but the Ambiance was just fine. It had a few tables and the venue was overall clean enough. As mentioned, we were able to pick 4 different flavors. Atomic - this is their spiciest offering and it is indeed spicy! Not unbearablely spicy but it does creep up on you and linger for awhile. I will not be reordering this if I come back here because it does not taste very good. Mango Habanero - this is the reason why my daughter asked me to come here! Her friends recommended it to her. This is good. Very well balanced between heat and sweet. I think most people should be able to handle this much heat without too much problem. Hot Honey Rub - yum! This was our favorite. Sweet and savory. Delicious. Louisiana Rub - this was solid too. I think I prefer the dry run offerings here than the sauce-y wings. I have been here before and tried the Korean Spicy Wings. This is not very good or authentic. It is not bad but not good either. Just an fyi to those wondering. There are so many restaurants that sell wings now that are better and worse. I think Wingstop is a solid middle of the road chicken wings restaurant. This is easily, the best, Wingstop that I've been to, why do I say that? Because I had hot fries! Also, good staff, relatively clean, and lots of parking to get in and out. I am pleased with my visits here. It's also good to visit on a Monday when the little chicken nugget wings are $.70 each. I'll start by sharing that I really do love WingStop, just NOT from this location. The service here is TERRIBLE. My friends and I ordered take-out online through the app for an in-store pick-up. We got to the store which was crowded, busy, and loud. I went to the pick-up area and instead of waiting behind me in line, a few people cut in front of me and just showed their phones for pick up. So rude. Anyway, we picked up our order and went home to eat it. Now, we get home, excited to chow down on our wings, only to find out our order is a total mess. I love boneless chicken wings and I WAS a huge fan of BDubs until i walked in and tasted the chicken wings at Wingstop! Mind blowing NEVER going back to Bdubs again for sure.. we ordered their cajun wings and mango habanero with the cajun seasoned french fries.. the french fries were good but those wings were absolutely delicious! Perfect breading, nicely cooked juicy chicken, coated very well in their respective sauce tasting divine! My sister and I came here for lunch because we were craving Wingstop and it delivered. We ordered ahead and got 15 wings with the Classic Hot, Cajun, and Hot Honey rubs. My sister loves the Hot Honey flavour. My favourite is the Classic Hot but the Cajun was also delicious. Despite it being in the middle of the day on a Thursday, we did have to wait ten minutes at the counter but we got our food immediately. It was surprisingly busy for a weekday and every table was full. My sister and I enjoyed our time together. We were so busy enjoying the wings we barely spoke. Consistent chicken wings, was OK for carryout while watching NFL game in Bellevue. One bad thing about watching football on Sundays on the West Coast is that the first slate of games start at 10 am. This makes it hard to get food before the game since most restaurants don't open until lunch time. It was true for the Wingstop in Bellevue, which opens daily at 10:30. So my wife and future son-in-law volunteered to order and pick up the wings, while I stayed at home, continuing to watch. The order process was easy via the app, and they stated it was easy to pick up. They got the 20 piece bone-in ($26.59), with choice of up to 3 flavors. We got original hot (at wingstop, their hot is similar to most other places' medium), mango habanero (supposed to be blazing, but not really), spicy korean q (not spicy at all). They do a nice job of deep frying the wings, but by the time it got home, it was no longer crispy which is what you should expect for 30 minute old wings pre-tossed. The wing sizes were normal size (not oversized like it can at some Wingstop). The flavors were OK...as usual, the best was the classic buffalo. We also got some boneless wings (I guess it's been ruled legally that even chicken nuggets can be called wings now). The separate order of fries were enough to provide needed starch to balance the wings. They were skin on, and OK...some had been fried just right to provide some crunch while most were similar to the taste of boiled potatoes (which is still pretty good, especially with wings). At wingstop, carrots or celery are extra so instead they used carrot sticks from the grocery store. It's pretty hard to mess up chicken wings, and this wingstop certainly didn't do that. read more

I had an awful experience at this Wingstop. When I went to go pick up my $150 order we were missing our two drinks. We showed the receipt through the wingstop app, showing we had a Dr Pepper and a Diet Coke and the lady working behind the counter at around 8:30 tonight, refused to give us our drinks. The only thing to knock about Wingstop is the long wait times. Always order on the phone or through the app! I tried the maple sriracha wings; they were not good and wayyy too sweet for wings. My expectations were not high considering this place is a much smaller establishment than the one I usually go to. To my surprise, my experience here was really great! The gentleman who handled my order was very patient and helpful, answering all the questions that I had and giving recommendations. It wasn't long before my wings arrived. Fresh and nicely fried, covered in a variety of my chosen flavors. I believe I chose the lemon pepper, korean inspired flavor, original hot, and another new limited flavor that I don't remember. All were tasty in their own way. The meat was very tender and juicy. The blue cheese dip that came with the veggies tasted VERY blue cheesy, complete with chunks floating around. Love it!
