At this point, it's become a consistent issue rather than an occasional one. Examples of mistakes the chicken minis were missing honey, our biscuit order was completely wrong, we didn't receive any sauces, the drinks were incorrect, and the side sizes weren't what we ordered. Honestly, the list goes on. We've tried giving this location chance after chance, but the experience never seems to improve. It's gotten to the point where it's worth making the drive to the Baytown location just to receive an accurate order and better service.

I am sure this is a bustling location on any given morning, today was calm and quiet at the 9am hour. I knew I wanted the chicken biscuit meal with a coffee. I deconstructed this and turned it into a 1/2 biscuit with chicken and saved the other half of the biscuit for the honey/jam breakfast sweet/pastry to go along with their coffee which I have never had before either. To sum it up absolutely hit the spot! Parking is plentiful here and the staff are all very polite and generous. Will always be back for more in the future.

The employees were friendly and helped make suggestions. Three people- everyone got burgers but different sides. Onion rings were thick slices and fried in more of a cornmeal battered. I think they would have been better is a more flaky batter. The chili cheese fries were lacking. I was just craving that "ballpark" vibe hoping this would deliver and it didn't. Idk how to make that better ‍ the regular fries, although seasoned needed more salt. Everything delivered was as ordered. Hot and fulfilling. The burgers were big and the meat patty was substantial. Not a chain burger for sure. I will return but will try the spicy crispy chicken sandwich, tator tots and the wings. I'll keep you posted The agua Fresca machine was down. But would have loved to try the Pina. Until we eat again....

When we got home, the person "expediting" the orders did not include the eggrolls we had ordered as part of the two combos. Someone from the restaurant did hand me a card for 1 free bowl that expires in just a few days.
