I called the location and was told the order was picked up by DoorDash. I have since spoken with someone who stated a refund would be processed but it hasn't been. I'm just being told to check with my bank. My bank said they have no record of a refund or an incoming refund. So I filed a fraud claim. This is the second time I've had issues with Baytown Wingstop locations and receiving a refund. 100% done with this chain. Would like to share screenshots but it has private information in them.

The restaurant is nothing fancy definitely a casual dining experience. Our server was great and very attentive to our needs and polite. The drinks were good a bit sweet. Overall a good dining experience for a quick bite and drinks!

Our order got lost somehow, so they came back 25 mins later to retake orders. Then they came back again 15 mins after that to tell us they didn't have ribs that day, so one person had to reorder again. When the entrees finally arrived over an hour after we first ordered, they forgot 2 of the side salads. The person who got the ribs had to wait another 25 mins since he changed to a burger. When it came out, it was rare when he ordered medium well. They took it back to remake it, which took another half hour. Two of the steaks were also overcooked from what we requested. The sides were also cold, I'm assuming because they messed up the order and had them sitting there waiting. They apologized and offered us free dessert and were nice about it at least, so that's the only thing stopping me from giving 1 star.

Since it was BOGO wing day, I ordered all the wings. Why not? Wings were the healthiest choice and protein! Yeah! The wings were pretty tasty as well.
