I've come to this location at least 5 times in the last 2 months and all but 1 trip was a terrible experience! The only nice thing that came out of this last trip is that the food was taken off the bill because I got tired of waiting while every table around us was already served and ready for the check. This was my first time at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. There's plenty of parking. It is smaller than other locations I've been too. You are required to wear a mask upon entry. The staff wear mask, but no gloves like some restaurants. It was pretty busy when we arrived. The entrance is small so no space for actual 6ft physical distancing and the staff do not ask customers to physical distance. The 'to go' section is at the entrance and it was crowded. So unfortunately we had to walk through several customers when we were waiting to be seated. Our wait was only about 15 minutes. They do clean the tables between customers, but restaurants have always done this so that's not new. However, the table was still wet so we had to do some clean up on our own after. It took a while for us to be greeted by the waitress. Once she came to the table she was nice. They were out of the drink I wanted which happened to be the special on the menu. They were also out of tater tots which was very disappointing. They did not offer any type of discount or other alternative not having 2 items we wanted to order. The manger didn't even come to the table to offer an apology or check on us during the meal. I'm not sure if this is just because of everything going on. For the meal we ordered wings in these sauces and seasoning to include: Nashville Hot, salt & vinegar, and Caribbean Jerk. Nashville Hot had a nice kick. The flavor reminds you of the more traditional wings sauce with a hint of sweet. Caribbean Jerk is definitely not as spicy as regular Jerk chicken. It did have a little kick, but not as spicy as I thought it would be. However, you can tell it is Jerk by the taste. Since they didn't have tater tots we ordered loaded potato wedges. They came with chili, cheese, bacon, & sour cream. The loaded part is an extra cost, but definitely worth it. We also ordered drinks. My drink was not one of the specials since they were out, but it was still good. The waitress did apologize for the food taking a longer than usual amount of time to arrive. When it did arrive it was nice and hot (temperature). Overall a good experience. read more

Shirmalyn has made me a Bayou City Wings person... I convinced my girlfriend and two friends to go to bdubs because they are Bayou Wings people. Shirmalyn was our waitress and was the worst. She acted like she could care less about anything. We had to ask her 6 times to simply try the new sauce but she never put the sample order in so we had to ask someone else for it, the mozzarella sticks were cold, it took forever for her to do anything, it was so bad that we were unsure if waitresses even took orders anymore or if we had to order online.... anyway. Been going to buffalo wild wings on Garth a lot since I started keto a few months bacm. They recently remodeled which is nice. The food is generally as good as any BWs, with the occasional under saucing her. The issue I am experiencing is lack of training with the wait staff. They are not rude or unprofessional, just seem inexperienced. No one busses or pre-busses the table, folks do not know how their own system works for ordering. simple requests like asking the kitchen to cut my kids boneless wings are either not passed to the kitchen or not honored. Asking for all drums was not done when food arrived, the server asked are they not all drums? On one occasion a waitress stated they were out of limes as I watched several other tables got limes at that exact moment. thought about discussing with manager, but I never see one and decided that hopefully they'll improve on their own. They charged our card for a carryout order that we never received because the "fryers were down." Was talking to other people in Baytown and apparently the fryers at this location are "down" frequently. Would have been nice to get our $40 back, but the manager was rude and said we were lying. Gluten Free Wings So I never liked Chain Restaurants.... Being in Baytown for awhile I decided to give one a try, and I was craving some wings. Parked up front, soon as we walked in Hostess was ready (better than some 5 star joints) got seated, I asked for a booth and she said okay! Woman half naked fighting MMA style on a 100" projector across the table (perfect). Told Waitress I was Gluten-Free, she asked manager, she said yes! SCORE GLUTEN FREE WINGS! We tried the potato skins, was bunch of potato slices with bacon bits thrown on top, but if you dip it in the ranch it works out beautifully. We ordered some drinks, she I'd me and my 86 year old grandmother which was funny more than upsetting, made her feel young again.Got some Alabama Slammers Cocktails, downed those, little heavy on the sweet n sour, but otherwise perfectully thirst quenching. Got Large (20) piece, BBQ, Salt & Vinegar which were excellent and very interesting. Parmesan and Butter which were very very good, little greasy but just right. Dipped these suckers in ranch and felt like the fat kid I was, but no one judges you here since everyone is dirty and best of all you can get wet napkins right at your table like sweet n low packets, score! They had the game system you could play on tvs, but they looked really dirty, so strayed away from them this time! Next time maybe! When I arrived it was not ready. I asked the to go person (who's attitude was horrible from the start) no greeting what so ever, how long before my order is ready since I placed it atleast 15 minutes before I arrived. She said let me check - came back and proceeded to work as if I did not ask this question. I went to her again and she said again let me check. She came back looked at me, and again proceeded to work as if I did not ask her to give me an ETA and then answered a call without again answering me. I wish I had her name so I can call her out because I called in my order so I could go in and leave and this person could care less as demonstrated in her nasty attitude. I interrupted her call and demanded an answer because now YES I am pissed. BBW - most customers are placed in a position to be rude! She TRIED to argue with me, blaming BWW's sorry online system (her words not mine) and then she went and got her manager after I called her out. I asked for my money back after the manager came out defending the fact that they just received the online order too! How is this my issue and where are the apologies??? No apology from the rude employee (little Hispanic girl ) or manager (African American woman) - I wish I would have gotten both of their names because they both deserved to be called out. I got my money back and vowed to never go back to this BBW - Baytown, Texas again!! Not my first bad experience here!! This B-dubs has their game together! for my ratings, 5 stars is usually saying a lot, but this place has never let me down in the numerous times that I've been. As in many of my reviews in this part of town, awesome lunch service is a MUST. This b-dubs knows the routine. Our big group comes in, we order, we get our food, almost immediately get our tickets. Lets face it, there have been a couple ticket mix ups...but with 10 people and on many occasions, its bound to happen at least once. Food is always up to the standard I expect from these types of restaurants and service is always friendly and attentive...I couldn't ask for more! There are also great drink prices for happy hour, so we keep planning them here and coming back. They don't mind that we push a million tables together and take up most of the bar ;)...
