At 4:30 on a Sunday my husband and I walked into a full lobby and dinning room, the manager was sitting in the dinning room with two others having a meeting. They didn't act like it was much of an issue to not getting up to help. An employee walked out into the dinning room and said something to the manager, she told the employee to take care of her customers and didn't get up. Her meeting was more important than the customers. She talked about not getting surveys and wants five a day, she needs to be happy there are no surveys being turned in, we had to sit at a dirty table and wait for over 30 minutes for our food. She's not being productive nor are the two employees sitting with her. It is taking everything in me not to ask her why she's not taking care of us guest. This is a very bad look. read more

A few things to start things review off with. One extremely disappointing how bad the service was here at this Bastrop location. The first red flag should have been the beer cases left on the floor and there fridge not being fully stocked. Number 2 the cleanliness of the kitchen which was left in such a disarray. Lastly the chicken wings were extremely undercooked. You don't have to have an experience in the food industry to realize when you receive undercooked chicken and poorly cooked food. It was an overall bad experience. I will not be returning to this location. There is no excuse for undercooked food at all. Poorly executed service, which reflects a lot on the management team. I can see why this location has such low ratings. I have ordered from this WS twice before. The first time the food was ok. It came out hot and in a reasonable time but the food had the slight taste of burnt grease. The order was made and received early in the day so I'm not certain why the food tasted that way. The place was quiet, not busy at the time so I'm not certain why my food wasn't hot! The service was "meh". I would t recommend this location to anyone again until they make some changes. Isabel at the front counter can't really handle stress. They were a tad busy and she was visibly frustrated. No customer service and turning people away talking about a 40 minute wait. We got our food in 10 minutes. She continued to do so even once the place cleared out and the cooks were no longer busy. I love me some Wingstop but this location was a little disappointing. The young lady working the register was not communicative and was quite rude. The restaurant itself felt like the AC was not on and was a little dirty. The food was pretty good, though I had to send mine back as they didn't give me the right number of wings and didn't put the sauce on. I would like to see this location step up their game because it is nice to have it in the area. I placed a mobile order at 12:45 while still at work. I head over there, tell the cashier my name for pickup and she goes and checks on it. Tells me 5 more minutes. I sit down and wait. During this time, a few others came in and ordered their food. I know it takes about 20 minutes to make. Well 5 mins, turn into 10, then into 15 minutes of extra waiting. The few customers who came in and ordered their food, got their food before mine was finished. What's the point of ordering ahead of its not ready the time my app says it will be ready! I was very frustrated and annoyed. I got no apology for the wait, nor did the cashier check up on my order after the first time. This location is consistent in one thing, providing poor service. I ordered a ten piece with "two sauces and one dip," but was vehemently told I can only have "one sauce and one dip." Customers should not have to get into an argument with the cashier over what it says, clearly on the menu. I'm not calling out the cashiers name because it doesn't matter. I never should have to argue about what I'm paying for. Customer service training is in order at this location. I'm sick of the consistent rude service at this location and no thank you to the silly computer generated response from the Wing Stop corporate office telling me " how sorry they are and they hope I'll come back." Went in the other day and no one was taking precautionary measures. No gloves, no masks nothing. I had to go in and get my food, no one came outside to bring it to me. The cashier proceeded to dip my cup in the ice container to fill it and then poured my tea. Safe to say i got a new cup. My food was cold and my fries were burnt. Very sad day. read more
