normally, I have a good experience going to Wingstop however, on this particular day, I ordered 10 boneless wings and fries however, the boneless wings were burnt at least four out of 10 were not edible. They were so hard it was like they were so charred covered in sauce I was really disappointed because whoever ever prepared these boneless wings knew that they were burnt so I'm unsure why they would serve them however we went back and had them remade. We called before going to the establishment and it didn't seem like we were going to get helped in a timely fashion but when we returned to the restaurant, they were able to help us hopefully this doesn't happen again. read more

The wait times are super long and some of their employees are quite rude. Their manager told us to order online as they couldn't accommodate to in person orders. As we went online, we were unable to place our order due to it being unavailable. When we asked if they could just take our order in person, we were denied and pretty much said we're out of luck. Terrible customer service. I went in to place an order and the cashier said it will be 18 minutes. We sat for close to an hour. When I went to inquire about my order they had it sitting in the bag on the shelf. Half my order was missing. I had to show my receipt and tell them what was missing for them to give me my missing items. When I asked for a partial refund, they said they could not give any refunds and the manager wasn't there which was probably a lie. I visited this Wingstop location on 2/21/25 and was absolutely astounded by the complete and utter lack of professionalism and decency. I ordered a 10-piece traditional combo for takeout. When I got to the store I asked for a second ranch, now personally I think it's absurd to charge for something like ranch at a wing place, but to each their own, I can swing the $2.14 for a ranch. I went to pay and the employee who barely speaks any English told me I have to pay online (seems like a lot of hassle to get a ranch). I'm sure it's not going to be a surprise to any of you reading this that you can't just go to Wingstop's website and order a singular ranch and nothing else. When I asked if they could ring me up on the register or just give me a free ranch a very rude employee came around the corner and told me that I'm not getting a free ranch and she's the only one allowed to work the register. And I quote "I'm on break for another 30 minutes so if you want a ranch you can wait". After a brief exchange with her that resulted in her essentially telling me to go f*ck myself because she's on break and isn't going to take 30 seconds to ring me up for a ranch I'm pretty bugged to say the least. She puts both her AirPods back in and sits down at a table, out of the corner of my eye by the fountain drink machine I see roughly 30 packs of ketchup (now these aren't the little packs you get at McDonald's, they are the harder plastic that has some form to them). I pick one up and ask her if they are free, she ignores me twice even though it's very obvious she can hear me. Finally I shout "ARE THESE FREE" snappily she responds "well they are right there so yeah I'm pretty sure they are free" and puts her AirPod back in. I responded "great I'm going to take all of them" and proceeded to take every last ketchup which I'm sure had to be at least $2.14 worth(should've just given me a free ranch). Am I in the right for this, at the end of the day who knows. All I really know is that I wanted a ranch, was willing to pay for a ranch, and not a single one of the 3 employees would ring me up for a ranch. I think that's pretty damn pathetic.
