The sisig can be in a plate or a wrap/ burrito. Tastewise, not the best but the idea is unique. The cowboy burger is delicious, it has the Angus Beef Patty with BBQ Glaze, Onion Ring, Bacon, Cheddar Cheese. The sliders here are AMAZING! I'm pescatarian and was thankful they had salmon sliders that were absolutely delicious. My aunt got the burger and even though I didn't try it, she gave it a 10/10. I don't know because I haven't been to the Philippines or Thailand or even any Asian country yet I am convinced that the vibe at this establishment is hitting on their vibe back home or maybe possibly their vibe in Hawaii because I know there is a cross-cultural there of Filipino Americans, regardless of which ever it is the whole karaoke diner hometown Café with a lot of stuff in the little space, but good food at the same time when you can be comfortable and it's loud so it's just a lot going on there. We went on Sunday afternoon running out to do errands trying to figure out something to eat ended up here because we often stop at various Burger IMs and this one we hadn't tried. So I had the salmon burger and it's like a twist Hawaiian Filipino style burger with avocado and grilled onion and pineapple. However, I only got the avocado. I skipped the pineapple and it was delicious. Hands-down, I didn't take away nothing & I'm loving the garlic aïoli that they put on it...Baby that's good stuff. I will go back and almost went back today for another one. I ate three bites and I had to put it up because I was full, but I did not throw it away. I went back and finished that sandwich before the end of the day. My daughter got some sliders. She too was very happy. She said it was very flavorful. The chicken is bloody raw! ... Where's Gordon Ramsay when you need him? We ordered 4 chicken sandwiches recently and took them home to eat. When we opened them up, they all looked cooked on the outside so we dug in. By the first bite it was clear they were raw. Every single one was cold and pink in the inside. After a long day of working in the city, I came home and decided to have dinner with my mom. We couldn't decide where to go and I thought wait, didn't she want to try that BurgerIM place. I asked her and we decided to have dinner there. There's not too much seating at the store, it's a bit crowded but that didn't take away from the experience. We ordered a burger each, fries and turon. It was all so good. It did take some time to get the food out ~ 15-20mins. But we didn't mind that, the owner, Ted spoke with us and told us how passionate he is about cooking. We were surprised to see some Filipino favorites as well. I've never been to a BurgerIM before so I wasn't sure what exactly the concept was or if it was the same for every store. I love the authentic filipino touches and the hospitality. I think next time I'll ask if they can toast my burger buns because I do like that extra crunch that it adds. My mom and I took the turon home because I wanted to try it with vanilla ice cream...I was not disappointed. The turon came with caramel sauce and condensed milk which I also tried but I think I'm just a deep fried item and ice cream girl. My husband was a bit under the weather so he wanted to eat soup. Thought of the Filipino Arroz cCaldo but it was not not yet ready. So he opted for the Dinuguan with rice and I got Pork Sisig with rice & veggies. We got to go - surprised with the portion size. It was enough for two people. Additional update... I wanted an afternoon snack nothing big like a burger so I ordered the Aioli garlic fries and wow! Immediately after my first bite my taste buds sent electrified satisfaction signals to my brain.... Im usually a ketchup guy but surprisingly I did not need it. Been here a few times to order their halo halo. I come here whenever the whether is typically hot so the halo halo is a great food item. But not worth it for $8.99. It is way too expensive. I haven't tried their other items. I know for a fact they don't offer online ordering at this location but their surrounding nearby locations do offer it. It would be a great time saver to offer it. Because the last time I was there nobody was dining in. No other customer but me and I ordered four halo halo and it literally took half an hour just for them to make it from start to finish. I really wanted to like this place due to new ownership, but it is still lacking. Although the lady taking our order was super nice, I dont think she is as familiar with the menu as she should be. I order a original burger meal. I asked for the burger to be lettuce wrapped as it was on the menu, at first she said she couldn't do that, until I pointed out it was on the menu. I then asked if I could make my soda into a shake and pay whatever extra charge it costed, but she told me I couldn't do that and would have to order separate. So we order the shake separately. We order the ube oreo. When they handed us the shake, it was clear that it was a blended up liquid milk mixture with oreos...not a milk shake. It WAS NOT RICH AT ALL JUST LIQUIDY. It also tasted as if the milk was old, and had a bitter after taste. We ended up tossing the $6 shake. When I opened up my burger, I was shocked to see the picture I put below. The patty was so greasy that it soaked onto the 7 different tiny pieces of lettuce that were stuck together to make a "lettuce wrap." I ended up having to eat it like a salad. I was also disappointed as I asked for grilled onions, not a raw piece of onion. First I wanna say that I would definitely go back. The place is run by a sweet Filipino couple and there is some language barrier challenges but for the most part they got our orders correct. We did get our fry orders incorrect but thats okay. The ingredients were fresh, burgers were cooked to a perfection, the fries were delicious, and they even had some Filipino dishes on the menu. We got a 3 slider box- 1 classic no house sauce sub chipotle (they were out of house sauce), 1 classic plain (for the kiddo), and the crispy chicken. Kiddo LOVED the burger; tore it up pretty quickly. I thought the burger patty was fine, but that chipotle sauce the dude recommended to sub for the house sauce, now that was FIRE! But the crispy chicken slider...I should've ordered 2 extra boxes of that one alone. We'll definitely be going back to try more of their stuff out. BurgerIM reminds me a lot of home. I first visit a burgerIM in Long Beach, CA and when I saw one up here in Vallejo I was excited! My bf and I went to the Safeway next door and we figured we'd stop by to get some burgers. Upon entering the location was a lot smaller than expected. The menu is straightforward and offers a lot of visuals. I ordered the duo, angus beef, cheddar cheese, lettuce and pickles. My bf got brave and ordered the Spanish Beef. We made one of those a combo to share and it was more than enough for both of us. Upon getting home I was a little upset to see the fries were not like the usual fries they offer. They were regular cut and not the circle ones that I was expecting. Overall, they were seasoned well and nice and crispy. My bf even said they are his second favorite fries out there. The burgers were good! For the Spanish beef the presentation wasn't as pretty as the picture on their menu but more than made up for in flavor. Super flavorful, meat to bun ratio was on point. Plenty of cheese. The sliders were good. Nothing out of the ordinary other than the meat to bun ratio for them was a bit off. I felt like I had more bun but it was still good! They were juicy and the pickles tasted fresh. Glad this location opened and it's local. We look forward to visiting again soon. A hidden gem in Vallejo!!! We tried for the first time their Halo-Halo and Goto and both were 5-star rating in our taste buds. You would think and feel as if you're eating Halo Halo and Goto in the Philippines as they both have the authentic Filipino taste. Their Halo Halo has roasted pinipig, leche flan, banana turon, and two scoops of ube ice cream as toppings in a tall 22 oz. beverage cup. How can you beat that! The Goto also has a lot of pork intestine, beef tripe and other local ingredients and real Pinoy taste. We will surely be back and will try their new sisig burrito! read more

Our first time ordering buying from this location and I think we got lucky with our visit. We bought lunch here on valentines day. No customers inside and it took about 10 minutes for our order. We had the Family Box which contains 8 burgers, 8 wings, fries and onion rings. For the burgers, we had half of the Angus Beef and half of the Dry-Aged Beef. Everything was good. The price for the Family Box was $34.99 + tax which I thought wasn't too bad. Overall, our experience was good. Terrible service do not go. Ordered at 633pm, app says 645pm pickup. Arrive at 650pm and told running behind 10 more minutes. Gave us our milkshakes at 710pm 730pm requested a refund as still no food. They call the manager and told me even though 1 hour wait if I take the food which finally came out at 734pm we would not be refunded. 2 meals 2 shakes Over $47 which included a 15% gratuity 1 hr wait and no service recovery. Visited this place a few weeks ago because my sister and I were craving a quick snack. We ordered the garlic aioli fries (ordered it with the aioli on the side, which I do recommend if you don't want your fries soggy). The aioli had a very nice flavor and the fries were perfectly crisp. The young gentleman working in the back (Quinn) quickly came up to service us, and was very helpful in helping us choose what to order! Subbed raw onions and added sautéed onions to both burgers at $0.95 each. You would think a substitute topping would be free especially if it's the same item, but I guess it cost 0.95 to sauté some damn onions. The Spanish Beef is supposed to be their spicy burger, but it was not spicy. Angus Beef was mediocre. I've had bigger and better burgers at a backyard BBQ. $4.90 for a small portion of fries & onions rings. Overall, the food was ok. Overpriced for the amount of food you buy. I know it's the first week of operation so hopefully they get their stuff together. I'm a fan of BurgerIM cause of the one in Fairfield so I know it can be good, but sadly I may just go there for my next BurgerIM fix. He was also told "this ain't McDonald's" since he was surprised of the wait time. Ok, we know they just opened up, even with a snarky remark like that we decided to try it during a less busy time. So today in the afternoon that is what we did. Wait time about 25 mins, that's fine, not bad. A simple order to go. Two dry aged BEEF burgers. One was clearly not beef, it was LAMB. I am not the biggest fan of lamb (nor did we order lamb) so my husband got to eat that and I ate his (we had already both started eating our burgers). The burgers themselves were just alright, cheese a bit transparent, actually not anything better than what McDonald's has. The fries were good, but I dont want to go to a burger joint just for fries.
