They eventually drove off, and we pulled up only to be asked to hold on. Nice greeting then told to hold please. We held for 5 mins then asked if we could proceed and told to hold again. We waited another 5 mins and say someone come out the back door so we asked if he was a manager and if they were short staff he replied yes. I stated we been waiting for 10 mins and he said I'll get that fixed. Immediately the cashier came on the speaker and said, "what can I get for you" I then heard someone in the background say " and they can keep holding on for another 10 mins". We pulled off and looked in the restaurant only to see the entire staff standing by the registers laughing and talking. No customers nothing just employees being rude dismissing customers. I would request management to review their cameras and discuss the importance of customer service to all those working 12/21/25 from 7pm - 8pm. I guarantee they will see a decline in sales as its the fault of their staff keeping customers on hold for 10+ mins. Very unprofessional and rude causing me to never go or recommend this location again. Based on the previous review this place is a problem, and the District Manager needs to address it ASAP as the staff is disrupting the reputation of Burger King. Start with the staff from last night. Very unacceptable, being a professional, I'd write every person on that shift up especially the drive thru cashier and the staff hovering in the front by the registers clearly not taking their job or customers seriously.
