Adriana provided excellent service! She was friendly, welcoming, and made my experience at Chick-fil-A really enjoyable. Her attitude and customer service were outstanding and refreshing. 10/10 service! read more

absolutely awful location. Inaccurate store hours. Awful rude employees. Arrived at 915 and they already had the dining area closed and no one is allowed to go in just to use the restroom? And then the food that is served is cold and refried. Should close it down. Or find management that will hold their employees accountable read more

ZERO STARS. Not my usual store, we love the CFA near our house. This store has a completely inefficient drive through. With Mobile order, I always order ahead and get my food fast. Not here. I had to circle the building 3 times to get in line, they couldn't find my order. Other customers were also unhappy and voicing their displeasure. Y'all need to bulldoze this store and completely redo it. No pleasant greetings, nothing but attitude from every employee but one. I'm NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS STORE. read more

I came here to pick up food for my family and ended in an altercation with one of the employees. The drive thru line was double wrapped around the parking lot. As I tried to enter the line, I had to scoot up a little to allow the car parked behind to exit. By doing that I unknowingly blocked another car who was waiting in the waiting parking spot for food from exiting. The staff member comes up to me and says "excuse me, imma need you to move out the way." Her tone and delivery was already off putting, but I didn't say anything and tried to move out of the way. She immediately got frustrated with me because she thought that I was not trying to cooperate and starts yelling and talking about me to her coworkers as she walks away. I call her back over and let her know that I'm not intentionally blocking anyone, but that there is someone behind me who was backing out and would've hit my car had I not moved up. She responded in a snarky way saying "oh okay" almost as if she meant "yeah that's what I thought" Anyway, I get to the drive thru window and I hear her coworkers say "is this the girl who was giving you an attitude?" And the other employee says yes. I had an attitude but she came to me and rudely barked at me from the beginning?? At that point, I felt uncomfortable because they told me to drive up and wait for my food. Because they were openly talking about me, I didn't know if while I was waiting they'd done something to my food or what. I've never been treated that way at any chick-fil-a before but it was extremely upsetting. Not to mention my food was cold and dry. Efficiency is important especially when the store is busy, but please make sure you are putting someone outside who knows how to kindly and effectively navigate traffic. read more

The amount of non-greetings I received at this chikfila is disturbing. Hardly ever have this issue in stores on the north side. Then, I get home and this guy named Jaylen can not put in something as simple as sweet and sour sauce which I requested. To top it all off, I have 4 nuggets instead of five. No wonder a lot of these people are not going anywhere... read more

I went here for a quick lunch. The lines were super long as usual, but moving along. The staff was friendly and they fulfilled my order correctly. read more

Chick-fil-A - ows a sign in front of a parking lot - Fast Food Near Me - Lithonia, Georgia

I've been here numerous of times... Many different times were good experiences and others not so good, but they can get better with time. Those lines aren't that great because of the structure of the parking lot. Pick up orders backing into driving lanes aren't fun with wild drivers. Most people won't STOP at the line on the ground... which makes workers jobs harder and causes confusion. The food is okay, but they will get my name wrong sometimes... I keep the order simple. read more

Just stopped by there for some lunch about 11 o'clock. This is the first time I've ever in so many years put a bad review on for Chick-fil-A, any Chick-fil-A. I ordered eight nuggets and waffle fries. The waffle fries were so brown and hard that I could barely eat them. And the nuggets were not much better. Whoever was working the fryer does not know what they're doing or either they weren't paying attention. Sad because I always look forward to Chick-fil-A. The only thing they didn't mess up was the cup of ice cream. read more

Twice I went to this chick fil A and they mess my order up and I called they don't answer the phone the employee at the window though I was lying because I told her that I ask for 3 ranch dressing butt the employee that took my order never put it in I also told her I wanted grill chicken and they put fried chicken on my salad this place has no customer service like the others I've to I will never go back there. Manager needs to call me back 470 343-9986 read more

This, Chick Fil A continues to be one of the dirtiest I've ever been here, the food is always subpar, and the staff is rude. All I got today was a sandwich and a diet Sunjoy my sandwich you could tell had been sitting around the bottom bun was hard, and the chicken was soggy And this is consistent with just about every time I've ever been here. You may ask why do I continue to come to this one? Well it's on my way home and I'm usually very hungry at that point in time or I have customers that are close by there that I want to take Chick Fil A to And it's just the closest one. But I consider myself a chicken sandwich connoisseur and this is probably the worst Chick-fil-A in the country. It's probably taken over by corporate at this point. read more

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A and I expect the line but today was ridiculous. The parking area is just to small. If you park and go in be prepared for the drive through line being a hindrance from leaving. Even entering is confusing. I ended waiting in line for 15-20 mins before I finally paid got my food and drove off. My food was amazing hot and fresh as usual. And they appeared to have plenty of staff‍ Great food just be prepared to wait for it. Maybe they need a more effective system. Oh well this will always be my fav I just know to expect a wait. I'm giving this a place a 1 because it is not the first time that this has happened. I ordered my grilled club wrapped in lettuce, no bun, and because of this happening so many times, I have to order extra lettuce so they can actually look at the order and get it right. This time it's like they completely did not care. I open my sandwich box to see that it is not wrapped in lettuce and the bacon is missing. This is has happened too many times that I just could not go on without leaving a review about this. It's like they just took the bun and bacon out and said ready. The fact that I call and they tell me that the little white wrap to hold the burger is the lettuce wrap. That's so wild to me. Everything time I get my order wrong again, I will put another bad review. read more

This is another one of my regular CFA locations (don't judge me). The lines can be long but the service is efficient. It's quicker just to go inside when the line for the drive thru is wrapped around the building. The food is good here tho and worth the lil extra wait read more

This place always seems to always mess up my order . Ordered that new honey pepper pimento chicken sandwich. They legit only gave me a chicken sandwich in a box . Call the restaurant, just rings, no one even picks up the phone . Won't be going here anymore paid 30+ dollars for nothing . My wife's salad didn't even come with all the condiments you add to the salad . read more

Imagine craving something for so long and finally getting it just for the whole order to be messed up.this is my last time at this location because this is the second time my order was missing items. How do you give me a salad with dressing a kids meal with no fries combo meals with no drinks because "you didn't see it" on my order. The fries that came with my other meals look like someone was eating off of them. It's a hard pass for me I'd rather go inside the mall and deal with them. read more

This day I went around 11ish and the line was pretty short and service was fast. However I ordered three items and only received two of them. Unfortunately I didn't realize until I got home, so I guess I'll now be one of those people who check their bag thoroughly before leaving the drive thru (which the workers hate, but apparently they can't get a simple order right). And this was after the girl at the window asked for my name and handed me the wrong order. So 1) I got handed the wrong order, then 2) when I was handed my own order it was wrong. Pretty unhappy since I can't go back now and paid extra money for an item I did not get. read more

This chick fil a location always go above & beyond to satisfy the customer! The employees are always very pleasant & the food is even better! Always served hot, & in a speedy time no matter how long the line is. I normally do curbside pickup when I visit & my food is always out within 5 mins of checking in. & if there ever is a time my food order in incorrect, the manager solves the issue immediately with no problems. This was the worst customer service I have ever received at chick-fil-a drive through! While 15-20 cars were waiting in the drive on a Monday morning at 0730am there was a young man working the drive through flirting with a customer in a cheap Mercedes. He was just smiling, leaning in to talk with her and kept asking her questions while all the customers waited patiently. Then after she finally got her food she asked for a refund because something was wrong with her order. Lol! I gave up and left but This behavior was unprofessional and inconsiderate and I will never go back to this location. In the future They needed to ask her to pull over to the side so they plan a date for later or whatever they wanted but to keep customers moving. And, I wish I had read these other reviews before going there. read more

Worst chic fil a I've been to. I've gone twice and the employees are always talking and playing. I went the other day and did the mobile ordering service because tbe line was super long. No attendant outside taking orders as usual just a longgg line. So i did the mobile order thinking this would be quicker..wrong! Sat in my car 25 minutes with no service. I went inside to see what was going on with my order and was told it was overlooked. My order was made on the spot with no apology, no discount no nothing. I'm in complete shock as chic fil a is known for customer service. I hope they do better read more

Absolutely the worst ChickFilA in the Greater Atlanta area. For tonight's episode on a beautiful starry night they closed down curbside pickup for inclement weather, and to add to the fact that I placed an in app order after sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes the lazy employees waited to tell me that they had no fries and no mac and cheese. Seriously if you want to save yourself time and a migraine go to the chick-fil-a inside Stonecrest mall or even drive down three exits to Conyers for a better experience. This location is literally 2 miles from my home but never again will I subject myself to this foolishness. The Chick-Fil-A brand deserves better than this location and their customers definitely deserve better. read more

This location was on point today! Due to COVID, the line was long because drive-through is their only option but they ran that drive thru like a well-oiled machine. I saw the staff displaying great team work and communication. When I received my order, everything was correct and the food was fresh! It was worth the 8-10 minute wait. read more

Service has been going downhill for awhile. I tried to reach the establishment only to hear a recording from the owner Sam West to call back. I reacted out to Chick-fil-A customer care and they said they would forward the complaint I had about missing items that I ordered carry out through the mobile app. I also left a message on the mobile app about my experience with my missing breakfast items. I even waited almost 10 minutes when I ordered my carry out through the app. I have still not received a response or reimbursement. There was a time when they didn't have buns. It's just always an issue. read more

Use the APP! Only restaurant in this city that I trust will have good service and good quality food. Ordered curbside service, and literally sat outside for over 5 minutes waiting! Then the guy just nonchalantly is walking to my car, with no care in the world.! The ONLY reason I'm giving a 3, is because my food was good, and it's Chick-fil-A lol. But I won't be back to that ones EVER. read more
