Does nottttt live up to its name & definitely not worth the money…read more We ordered their bbq chicken pizza, a sausage honey burrata pizza, garlic knots, & cookies. The bill was crazy expensive, the barbecue pizza had very little chicken or sauce on it & you couldn't even bite through the onions. The burrata was better but still similar in that there was barely any sausage on it? I'm talking several slices that appeared to have none on a 12" pizza.. The garlic knots were good but the marinara was watery, almost like salsa, when we would dip the garlic knot- it would literally come out with nothing on it. The cookies were average, nothing special. But we paid a bill that would insinuate top quality artisan The lack of substance suggests they're trying to save money on more expensive ingredients, like meat, by just not putting any on the actual pizzas. Companies that CHARGE FOR CONDIMENTS will lose my business. I am already buying food, why are you charging me for something that I want to enjoy with it???? Please reevaluate your customer service and business practices. I will not be returning here and as for anyone reading these reviews, be prepared to be charged a DOLLAR PER any sauce you want extra. Oh and be sure to not take too much salsa or they will rudely tell you not to. SAD EXCUSE for a restaurant. I will be warning all my friends. read more

It's really disappointing when you spend so much money here, and then you get charged even more for extra sauce. I'll have to check my bookmarks but I think I've tried every Taco shop in the town of fallbrook and all of them are pretty mediocre. Not bad but not great. With that said this one is right up my alley! I love real tacos and they have lots of choices so it's not just two or 10. I asked for red sauce he gave me extra with no green. The food I keep coming back for -- the California burrito, carne asada fries, nachos, and rolled tacos -- used to be outstanding. Hot, fresh, and worth every penny. Now the same dishes arrive cold or at room temperature, and the aguas frescas that were once a highlight taste noticeably watered down. I want to be fair: I considered that off-peak hours might explain the issue, so I visited at various times -- early morning, afternoon, late afternoon, evening, and late at night. The problem persisted across every visit, which tells me this is a systemic issue rather than a timing one. To top it off, prices have roughly doubled from what they used to be. I'd expect premium quality at premium prices -- unfortunately that's no longer the case here. I do want to note that the staff remains friendly and welcoming -- that hasn't changed, and they deserve credit for it. The issue is clearly in the kitchen. Deliberto's used to be a place I recommended without hesitation. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and returns to the standard that built their loyal customer base. Until then, I unfortunately cannot continue to support or recommend this establishment.
