No delivery- sucks. Not worth leaving to go get Expensive and one item missing. Cold soggy food. Meh. Oh well. Someone deliver out here -ahhhhh! We'd try it again if they delivered but ... also, these places out here are slacking big time. They have this market cornered (they think) but that's crappy. It's not the angry Facebook rants that make these business close. It's their messed up hours, no delivery, rotten or raw meat, and service. Just because it's not a big town doesn't mean you get to do that to customers. read more

I came here for first time today, awesome. Great wings, drinks, service and plenty TVs for games!! If you ever had wings and rings in st Charles (now closed) you'll love this place. I'll be sure to be back!! read more

I placed an order for pick up. Ordered 4 separate meals. My order was confirmed twice on the phone. I arrive and only have 3 out of the meals I ordered. The receipt also shows only 3, which is wrong. But as I wait I can totally see why my order was mishandled. The place is over run by high school kids, some running all over each other chaotically and some huddled in the corner talking away. To top all it off I was given my food and as I'm out the door the hostess runs out and asks if I FN paid? Are you serious? Worst experience ever. They won't last... read more

We have been to this location numerous times and have always had good service and good food. However this last time we went here we waited for an extended period of time for a server to come to our table. We then watched and heard 3 employees argue over who was going to serve our table. Once the disgruntled server came to our table and was less than welcoming to us we decided to have a drink and go else where for food. We were extremely disappointed and from now should we return will sit at the bar so we do not inconvenience any of the waiter or waitress staff with having to serve our table. read more

The service was fine and the sauce wasn't bad but I got a basket full of mini drumsticks. I ordered traditional wings and didn't get a one. To top is off for some reason the legs had been cut so there was a cut off bone sticking out the bottom so couldn't even eat off the bottom part. read more

I have tried many places who serve wings, this is nothing different, same old wings, horrible fires, it's a BWW with a different name. I understand it's new to Minooka but don't waste your money. Wings are cooked and then tossed in the sauce, not good at all, go to the store and grill your own wings, idk if the owner of BWW owns this place also but it's a twin. I wish this place would have been much better. read more

Been here for wings twice now and both times the wings were swimming in sauce. The wait staff could use a little more training too

This is an added bonus to our Minooka food chain. It is not the BEST, but is a nice change of pace.

Our waitress shortcutted our bill and we had 3 bills so we lost over 10 bucks. We thought this was her taking out our tip so we left. She then heckled us with her life story that we didn't tip even though she officially didn't do her job and cheated us out of our money. read more

Very good the chicken wings were fire and the service was super fast and our waiter was very nice we got our food fast and it was good the cheese fries was very good it made me want to cry the place looked super clean and the the tables looks very cool and they have so many TVs so you can watch the big games that our on the tv and the next cool thing is that the challenge were you have to eat 16 wings of their hottest sauce super cool I like that my face can be on the wall but I can't to do it because it is to spicy for me lol‍ read more

Went here twice thinking maybe it was busy and they were short handed or something else was going on to explain why it's took 50 minutes to get our food and it was just wings and a wrap. Then, when the food came out, it was cold. Food was decent otherwise. The second time we went, it was surprisingly empty relative to how it was the first time. There were a lot of tables open yet it took the host two times of walking back to talk to someone to see where to seat us. We were then seated. 10-15 minutes later, we were greeted by our server. When our food came out, my husband's wrap literally had 5-6 small pieces of chicken on the wrap and the rest was some bacon and a lot of lettuce. Once again, fries were cold. I wanted to love these place but I really don't know if we want to return. Parking can be crappy at times too. read more

Since the current wait for a table on the weekends is 1 hour. We decided to place an order to go. We have not eaten the food or experienced the service yet since the restaurant has only been open 2 weeks. So I was told on the phone the take out order would take 1 hour also. I arrived at the restaurant in 50 minutes to be sure our order was not sitting and getting cold. Keep in mind I am 4 minutes away from there. When I got the food back home it was COLD, plus the order was incomplete. I ordered a side salad but didn't receive it. Also no barbecue sauce for the ribs. Had to drive back there to complain about the COLD incomplete order. Was told we are very busy and the girl taking my order was new in training. No response to the COLD food when I told her. Have already told my neighbors not to bother trying them. read more

We stopped there Friday night and the food was very good. My son and I split a 16 wing basket and they will make you any combination of sauces you wish. Which is good with wings because you don't know there definition of hot or mild. I chose one flavor and I did not really care for it. The waitress noticed and asked what's wrong. When I told her she brought me 4 of her favorite wings and the were very good. (Free of charge). The wife had a wrap that she really enjoyed. The waitress was fantastic, not only for the replacement wings but she was very pleasant and attentive. Ask to sit in Storms area and you will not be disappointed. We will be back to try other items on the menu. Great job on the new restaurant and good luck! read more

My wife and I had the most pleasant evening at this restaurant. We had been wanting to try for several weeks and was more than pleased with both the service and the menu. Everything was prepared to our specifications as my wife has a food allergy. Staff was more than helpful, courteous and accommodating. Will be returning again! read more

This was our first and VERY last trip here. No one was there to greet us as we walked in, so that set the tone for the reminder of a VERY, VERY long night. Service was unexplainably long for a Monday night. My wife ordered the buffalo chicken wrap with bbq sauce on the side. She likes the sauce in the side to control the amount. Sauce came on the sandwich. I ordered the boneless wings with a few having the absolute horrible, and I mean horrible (they really should take it off the menu) caribbean jerk rub. The server did offer to make my wife's wrap right, however we had already waited far to long. She also offered the take the jerk chicken off the check but I told her no. Again, we had already waited far to long. We waited and waited and waited and waited for our meal. Oh and we waited and waited and waited. We had a free appetizer that didn't get removed from our check and when ask the server went to correct and brought us the same check. So she went back a second time and it took three of the staff members to get it corrected. So, we waited and waited and waited for that to be corrected. We did have a manager come over and take 10% off our bill which was nice but that can't and doesn't make up for the below average food and horrendous service. I believe the server should have checked the order before it came out and the check to make sure that was correct. The cook staff needs a lesson of how to apply the jerk rub. All in all this should be a ZERO star. If the keep this up the won't make it through the winter. read more

Ordered to go. Food was ready in less than 12 minutes. Granted there was no one in restaurant. Chili taste like it came out of a Hormel can and bone in wings were not hot, like they were sitting out from the dinner rush. Overpriced and average. read more

Terrible service. We were charged for drinks that were supposed to be included with the kids meals. We ordered chicken sandwiches and one was dry and all of them came out wrong orders honey mustard and got none. Waitress just said I put it in first so it changed for drinks. She said the kitchen just hand me food doesn't know why it was wrong. She also said the order got lost in the computer. Took an hour to get bad food. How can you run out of breaded chicken. Because it's out of a box not made fresh. Mushroom straight from a can no cheese on the sandwich as stated on the menu. No way I would recommend this terrible place. read more

I have visited this place four times sofar twice to dine in and twice to carry out. Looking through some reviews I seen some funny posts so I will hint on a few of them. First of all This is a bar atmosphere so noise should not bother you if you go if it does then carry out, that is a simple solution. The parking lot - it is the size lot that was offered and established, newcomers will die off and the parking will be sufficient enough to pack the house with the spaces that are available if needed. Food choice is amazing, quality (on certain items) are a little less than par, but with such a wide spread it is hard to make every item at a decent pace and a tasty. CONS: Slightly higher costs, some days staff seems flustered and overwhelmed, not all food is treated equal(quality dies off),a bit crowded if more then 2 people are waiting for carryout and waitresses are flying past you. PROS: wide variety of food, SOME items are well made (your average bar food), Friendly and interactive staff usually engaging each time entering, a decent size bar with plenty of TVS around. My take away is this place is new, and they are working out the kinks, finding their niche for our location here in Minooka, ( I have been to others, and they are great), taking in peoples criticism and working to better their establishment over time will come. I will continue to order from here when I need to mix it up, but will order certain items for now(hopefully this changes), but all in all a nice place to stop for a carryout atleast that can appease to everyone in your house hold, this place will be golden once the kinks are worked out. read more
