The food was very good, the service was very lacking. The restaurant was not crowded but we had a hard time getting our server's attention. When she brought my husband's food she mentioned that they had dropped one of his wings on the floor, thrown it away and were making a new one. She never returned with the replacement wing. There are about 25 TVs in the restaurant. Only 2 had sports on. The rest had either a bouncing DirectTV logo or were tuned to Hulu, waiting for them to select a user. The wings are always crispy (putting on the sauce RIGHT before they leave the kitchen), appetizers are friendly, and the list of flavors offer options for everyone! I typically pick up 16 traditional and ask to mix the TNT + Asian Barbie sauces. Add side of curly fries + beer cheese sauce with a yeasty beverage, and I'm in wing heaven. NOTE: I've read through the challenges other Yelper's have experiences and I've not had anything comparable. In my opinion, complaints about servers' looks or dislike of music do not warrant a low score. Bartenders do not know how to bus the bar of used plates, glasses and napkins! Jordan was nice and was greeted immediately, but we sat down at at an unclean spot on the bar. When I looked around there was no unclean spot on the three sided bar. I had to ask to have the area cleaned when we sat down. A couple gentlemen sat down next to me And realize the same thing and had to ask the bartender to clean the spot. We ate dinner and he still did not clean up the mess. He served us two beers over half hour. And still didn't clean the mess. When I asked him to clean it, he kind of gave me an attitude. I go here often to sit at the bar and watch football. They have plenty of TVs. Staff is usually busy and limited. I once waited an hour for a cup of queso with chips. Came here after being disappointed by Chili's ability to seat guests. Spencer was a great sever! He gave very attentive, fast service. While the restaurant was very busy with what seemed like one or two servers, everyone was handling it very well. They have open for a few weeks now, and I think stuff gets confused a little, we wait about 10-15 minutes and then ask another waitress to call our waitress that already went home and we did not even knew about it. I guess service will get better with time. Wings are nice size, a little pricy compared to their competitors, but overall they are good and tasty. I have already went twice, but I must admit the service is still not that good. But the food is the same like the last time I went. Walking in we informed the host that we were both over 21 and they decided to throw menus and dining utensils at us and told us the bar is self seating in the back. After reading some poor reviews of long wait times, rude staff, and getting sick.....I was really hesitant to go. But, we decided to give it a try. Went around 9pm on a Saturday night. Got right in. Server was nice and fairly attentive. Food came out as ordered and rather quickly. Taste was ok. $50 for 2 people. Had a variety of beers. Nothing major went wrong or stood out. I'd really say it's just a typical chain sports bar. Just a couple of issues I noted: Fried green tomatoes were slightly undercooked but I still enjoyed them. Employees were dressed sloppily (shirts untucked, hair not pulled back, mismatched pants). Staff carried full trash bags through dining area. Wings need to be more saucy. They were rude on the phone, wouldn't provide a refund and expected us to drive 40 min round trip for a replacement. Potential but needs a STRONG overhaul. Great TV's and ambiance. Food is extremely disappointing. The wings were probably the most frustrating part of the meal. The wings are not seasoned AT ALL, but are drenched in sauce. We wanted wings and football so we decided to check this place out on a Monday night. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in and saw there was a boneless wing special. The sauces are great and there's so much more variety in sauces and rubs than the national wing chain down the street. While the food was really good, our bartender really made our experience too-notch. Seating and table placement is really bad. First visit I had 4 people in my group and they sat us right in a isle table where we were constantly being bumped into, asked to move and the accommodated. Second visit party of two and the sat us at a tiny table against a wall with little room to eat or move, with lots of other tables open and not busy. We WERE able to order online, but when we picked up, the front of house staff were unaware they had that option. By the time we got our food, it was no longer hot and extremely dried out (overcooked). Though there appears to be a lot of sauce options, many are merely salad dressings. Our food was brought out without any utensils and we had to wait for our server to walk by again to ask for some just so we could eat. This is a typical Wings Etc. Good wings, burgers, bar food, and anything else you could want at a Sports bar. I can honestly say the food was fine. But the service and atmosphere were beyond chaotic. Yes, this place just opened, but it is always busy. I'm actually surprised this location isn't larger given the size of Muncie. That being said, the place feels cramped because of the number of people. I personally just don't get a sports bar vibe from this location. It seems more like a restaurant with flat screen TVs lining 2 opposing walls. But hey, they have a full bar, just in case anyone is wondering. Overall, the place is fine.
