The service was about a 8/10. I ordered the burger with fries and chili but it didn't taste very good. The burger honestly didn't taste like anything. There was also kids running around tables. It was pretty cheap though.

We love Chili's !!! I've got Celiac Disease and found out I can't eat anything I want too. Yes ~ most meat is on my list but just meat is expensive. I still highly recommend Chili's for normal people.

I didn't have high expectations for this dining experience since it is a chain restaurant, after all. However, I did not expect to spend so much money on drinks that had so little alcohol in them that I felt I needed to order a direct shot on the side of them to add to said drink to have any point at all. And I had just come from a very young man's funeral so I needed a strong drink. The second drink was suggested to me by the bartender and I told him I was afraid it might be too sweet so he served it to me and then told me if I didn't like it I didn't have to finish it. Well, I didn't like it and I did not finish it. But I was still charged nine dollars for it?! Not impressed.

We walked in right after this time and there is always 5 of us

Little too overcooked for me but that's pretty standard but what was wonderful was that our meal was comped and we really don't know why because we never complained about anything! So thank you!!

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced - and with speaking to a manager! I ordered at approximately 5:23 PM, and waited an hour outside for carry out, only to be told that I needed to wait an extra 30 minutes for them to re-make my order after the manager canceled my order, and I should have called and let them know that I was here. Apparently there's a difference between Curbside, and Carryout - with curbside you enter the make and model of your vehicle, which shouldn't matter anyways as about a week ago, a server was bouncing between cars to make sure everyone was taken care of - which is what should happen regardless of how you order. Apparently my order was ready by 5:54 - good to know! Still waiting, I called at 6:21 and asked to speak to a manager, telling her I would wait longer and to not cancel my order, and again at 6:28, and was belittled over the phone and yelled at saying she thought I wanted to "cancel" my order and that it was already in the trash. I hope to never return - considering I patron this establishment at least two times per month. As a small business owner, I won't accept this level of customer service. The customer parked next to me "Kevin", called on my behalf to speak with said manager at 6:08, and again after 6:30 since his meal was overdone from sitting in the warmers too long, and as he had to wait awhile too. That's when Muncie Police pulled up because of "belligerent customers" in the parking lot. I've never been belligerent in my life! The manager blamed "it" on being busy, to Kevin. Being busy does not explain rudeness. Kevin offered to pay for my meal - she said for him to do that, since she wasn't going to deal with me. Upon returning from speaking with the manager inside, Officer Qualls said, "Don't shoot the messenger", that she would not be making my or my employee's orders, and she was going to refund Kevin's order to his card. To which he called again to inform the manager that this was poor service, that he wanted to set an example for how you take care of customers, regardless of what is happening in the world. I drove away, because apparently at 5'5", I looked threatening to the manager, and didn't want a police record over poor customer service, and still tipped the curbside server $20 for having to dealing with that "manager" on a day-to-day basis. Corporate - you should evaluate the "leaders" of your establishment to ensure quality customer service, and perhaps training! I've had better experiences at Taco Bell.

Kelsey was the best waitress. The food was good. The 3 for me was only $10.99 which made a great price for a sit down restaurant

Both were good but I wish there was a little less meat so that I could get a mix of toppings and meat in each bite. The taco is so filling that they make a mess every time you take a bite. The atmosphere is cute as it is basically just a house inside. Loved it.

Apparently chips and salsa are no longer free. I had the short rib taco which was full of meat and quite tasty. The pickled onions on it though weren't really very pickled. They were okay but not great. I also had the mahi mahi taco and it was great and I loved the pineapple salsa.I opted for grilled shrimp but you could get them fried if you want. The big disappointment was the pollo con arroz that my husband ordered. It was luke warm. The waitress said no problem and she could get him a new dish quickly. She came back with that she claimed was a whole new dish in less than 5 minutes! I am sorry you can't make a whole new dish in 5 minutes. The rice was steaming hot. The chicken looked like chunks of boiled white chicken that had a cold crema under them so chicken was not hot. Not a lot of flavor. Very disappointing. Service was excellent.

I lived nearly half my life in Arizona and California, where they know how to make good Mexican food. The food at Habanero was the blandest Mexican food I have ever encountered. Located in an industrial district, I wasn't too surprised when I pulled up after 7 one evening and it was fairly quiet. "Probably does most of its business during lunches," I thought. The hostess greeted me quickly and, when I asked if they had a bar area, she ushered me to it and I took a seat at the bar. I should probably have taken a clue from the fact that dirty glasses were clustered at the end of the bar, and there were neither bartender nor other patrons in sight. The other dinner patrons were in the dining room. Chips and salsa came quickly, followed by my bartender who took my order for a house Margarita, on the rocks. "Would you like salt or sugar with that?" should have been my second clue. Sugar? On a Margarita? The chips needed salt, but fair enough. Lots of people are watching their salt, and that was easily remedied. The salsa, though, tasted more like pureed tomatoes, lacking any kind of discernable heat. Strike one. The Margarita was also a disappointment: watery and weak. Though she poured the mix from a jug, it's not uncommon to prepare a large batch of mix early in the day and add tequila just before service, but that was not the issue here. Flavor and any punch from the tequila were conspicuously absent. Strike two. For my solid food, I ordered a chili relleno, my litmus test of a good Mexican place. While delivered quickly and piping hot temperature-wise, the sauce had an unusual sweetness to it while the poblano pepper had no. Heat. Whatsoever. Strike three. When I stood up, signaling that I was ready to leave, the server simply said, "You're ready for your check?" My Margarita was only about one-third gone, and I'd only taken a few bites of my relleno. An astute restaurant professional would have noticed that very little had been eaten and would have asked if everything was all right. It wasn't, but they either didn't notice or knew not to ask. A good four- or five-star experience - even after a single visit - will encourage repeat visits and a positive review will encourage others to try the establishment. A one-star experience, especially when it's the first visit, will not inspire the patron to give the place a second chance, and a review based on that single experience will likely have a chilling effect. Sorry to be "that guy," but I won't be back.
