You kind of know what to expect when you go here. Wings are usually pretty good although expensive. The fries are good, mine were served super hot and fresh so no complaints there. But my grilled chicken Cesar wrap was dry. I mean really dry. Yea there was some cedar on it, but the chicken tasted very over cooked so every bit I took was very hard! Also the tortilla used for the wraps was massive but the amount of food inside was not. For the price you could probably put more than a few strips of grilled chicken, lettuce, and cheese in the wrap. My husbands bacon and chicken wrap was good, the crispy chicken definitely tasted better than my grilled. But still- didn't seem like the food inside the tortilla was a good portion. We visited over the weekend on 09/25/22. We were in the area for a 125 send off for the military. We had never been before and decided to give it a try. For the first time in a very long time, I didn't feel like we wasted a ton of money on eating out. The food was AMAZING and service was spectacular. I wish I remembered the name of our server because she was exceptional. She never vanished for long periods of time, checked on us after our meals were delivered, refills were taken care of and she even brought us to go cups for the drive home. Always one of my family's favorite spots! They have the most delicious curly fries, the tastiest wings and the absolute best pulled pork sandwich! My oldest and I always go for the Hawgzilla Pulled Pork sandwich. The bbq is tangy and sweet, the fries are crispy, sent straight from the heavens. I love everything about this place, they have a great menu size, yummy menu for kids. They have a GIANT homewrecker hot dog! Was there with the family on Monday night for $.99 wings. I ordered 10 wings with standard buffalo sauce and they came out not very hot and hard. They tasted like they were pre cooked in advance and just heated up when you order them. I didn't eat them and ordered 10 more naked wings and told the waitress to ask the cook to make them fresh. Them came out hot but still hard and tasted precooked. I didn't eat these either. We paid our $140 bill and left. I used to love their wings but it's not the same now. I will not be back. read more

Very convenient packaging that separates all the different kinds of wings, and they were all drenched in sauce and there was a good amount of meat on the bone. The only place I get my wings in kalamazoo. Wings Etc. has never disappointed me food wise. I'm a traditional wing girl and here they are always meaty and delicious. I've also had their boneless before too but since i'm not a boneless girl i can't really attest to how good they were but i definitely liked them. The only reason my rating isn't 5 stars is because of my dine in experience. The food was great but after our waitress greeting us for the first time she took forever to come back... and this was right in the midst of coronavirus craze and we were the only ones there. Lowest quality wings I have ever seen. For a place with wings in the name, you'd hope for better but oh wait - etc. Yeah, the name is suiting for a place that is like wings and bleh. You wouldn't expect much at a dive bar establishment and somehow it's still even more disappointing than that. You would hope they wouldn't just have some frozen bulk wings that they just flash fry and throw sauce on in the back and leave under a heat lamp, but it's somehow worse than that. All their sauces are mostly salt and grease, so if you let them for more than 10 minutes you will literally see all the sauce drip off the meat in a horrible greasy puddle. The wings are small, dry, chewy, salty, and Expensive. The price is definitely not worth it. The place looks like a dive bar, and the service is only usually acceptable. I tried their other food and it was mediocre as well. Their ranch dressing is unusually warm - but I hear they make it but I am so freaked out at how warm it is kept.
