You kind of know what to expect when you go here. Wings are usually pretty good although expensive. The fries are good, mine were served super hot and fresh so no complaints there. But my grilled chicken Cesar wrap was dry. I mean really dry. Yea there was some cedar on it, but the chicken tasted very over cooked so every bit I took was very hard! Also the tortilla used for the wraps was massive but the amount of food inside was not. For the price you could probably put more than a few strips of grilled chicken, lettuce, and cheese in the wrap. My husbands bacon and chicken wrap was good, the crispy chicken definitely tasted better than my grilled. But still- didn't seem like the food inside the tortilla was a good portion. Also, I get that it's a sports bar type setting... and my server was super nice, but she had messy hair, ripped jeans, and an extra large stained hooded sweatshirt on... you wouldn't even know she worked there until she came up to take our order. Pros: I would highly suggest ordering from grubhub or doordash if you'r ordering takeout, you will see a wider variety of options for your meal. We keep coming back for their wings (traditional and boneless) with Hot-Garlic sauce, and butter. Cons: prices are decent, still not the most expensive. This was an online order. The wings and fries were very good, as always, but this trip was disappointing. They were 15 minutes later than the longest suggested online pickup time. My order of fries was about 1/2 the normal amount that I get, and I ordered ranch dressing for the sauce but there was none in the bag when I got home. They are definitely understaffed and I wonder if there was even a store manager there. After walking in to check if my order was ready and standing at the register for 5 minutes I had to ask a worker in the back if my order was ready. We visited over the weekend on 09/25/22. We were in the area for a 125 send off for the military. We had never been before and decided to give it a try. For the first time in a very long time, I didn't feel like we wasted a ton of money on eating out. The food was AMAZING and service was spectacular. I wish I remembered the name of our server because she was exceptional. She never vanished for long periods of time, checked on us after our meals were delivered, refills were taken care of and she even brought us to go cups for the drive home. If we're ever in the area again, we will definitely be back! Whoever was cooking that day deserves a raise. The food was amazing! My nephew wanted wings and we found this little gem. The wings are plentiful in flavor options and they do not shy away on sauce. The ranch was thicker but had good flavor. The mozz sticks were basic, but did not disappoint. Oooh and paper straws for saving the environment and turtles. The menu has options for everyone in the family. Always one of my family's favorite spots! They have the most delicious curly fries, the tastiest wings and the absolute best pulled pork sandwich! My oldest and I always go for the Hawgzilla Pulled Pork sandwich. The bbq is tangy and sweet, the fries are crispy, sent straight from the heavens. I love everything about this place, they have a great menu size, yummy menu for kids. They have a GIANT homewrecker hot dog! I've been here 3 times in two weeks. First of two attempts :numerous dirty tables one of which we sat out for 20 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us or clean the table. We just left amazed. Second time , same cluster. Didn't even go in. Third visit we saw too many people, no social distancing, bartender was loud , rude, taking shots on the floor w her two male friends at a table, people looking desperate for service and finally people just walking out because the drunk barmaid had a freakin attitude! Was there with the family on Monday night for $.99 wings. I ordered 10 wings with standard buffalo sauce and they came out not very hot and hard. They tasted like they were pre cooked in advance and just heated up when you order them. I didn't eat them and ordered 10 more naked wings and told the waitress to ask the cook to make them fresh. Them came out hot but still hard and tasted precooked. I didn't eat these either. We paid our $140 bill and left. I used to love their wings but it's not the same now. I will not be back. read more

Very convenient packaging that separates all the different kinds of wings, and they were all drenched in sauce and there was a good amount of meat on the bone. Only thing I would change is add descriptions to the different kinds of sauces- I ordered "wall" without knowing what it meant and you can imagine my surprise when I ate it. The only place I get my wings in kalamazoo. Wings Etc. has never disappointed me food wise. I'm a traditional wing girl and here they are always meaty and delicious. I've also had their boneless before too but since i'm not a boneless girl i can't really attest to how good they were but i definitely liked them. The only reason my rating isn't 5 stars is because of my dine in experience. The food was great but after our waitress greeting us for the first time she took forever to come back... and this was right in the midst of coronavirus craze and we were the only ones there. That doesn't stop how good the wings are though!! My boyfriend and I were craving wings and tried out this restaurant for the first time. Sadly, it will also be our last time dining there. Our entrees were decent; however, we ordered bbq wings and for a wing establishment, they were not good! The chicken was over cooked and there were huge globs of bbq sauce plopped on the top. Needed a place I could use laptop with WiFi for a business meeting. On the left side of the bar, there is an electrical outlet on the wall - so worked for me! WiFi is wide open, no sign-in page, easy on. Plenty of TV's with sports on, including the volume. Nascar race was on most the TV's (and all sound) at 2:30pm on a Monday. Several video games.
