Service was good and fast, food was ok and the price was a little much for what we got, but overall its exactly what you expect from a BWWs.

Our server was wonderful--very attentive and professional. Unfortunately, the kitchen seems to have its priorities skewed. Despite ordering early, we watched several tables who arrived after us receive their meals first. When our waitress checked on our order, she was told "seven minutes," but it took another 20. We came in at 5:12 pm, the restaurant had barely anyone in it. We ordered drinks and they took forever waiting on the bartender. We ordered singles and you couldnt even taste any alcohol only the mixer. I felt bad for the server, Her back of house was so slow. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. read more

As soon as we got there all the booths and some tables were full of previous customers trays when it was dead empty in there. We sit down order or food and appetizers. It was 32 minutes before we just walked out because it took forever just to get an appetizer in that time. read more

Huge BW fan, this location is terrible. Multiple times ( I know, should have stopped going) cold, over cooked wings and warm beer glasses. Wait staff doing their best to make it happen, and taking the brunt of terrible food. Not fair to them. read more

I was underwhelmed with a few things on my visit recently. When we walked in, the hostess stand was vacant so we stood there for a minute until a young lady, who clearly wanted to be somewhere else told us that it was a hot out and that she wished she could not be there today. I could tell that this might just be the wrong place to come for lunch. We asked where the best server in the place was so we could sit there and were told that we should go into the bar area because the other servers weren't "that good". That was my cue to leave right then, but my family insisted that we would only be hungrier if we left and went somewhere else. Sitting in the bar, it probably took 3 or 4 minutes for someone to go "hey there is a new table full of people" and come over. When you're hot and hungry, 3 or 4 minutes is a lifetime. We ordered drinks quick and I swear to the readers of this review, it took more than 5 minutes to get water, then the beverages were at a minimum, 5 or more additional minutes. My patience was pretty thin after feeling like the staff didn't really want us...or anyone there, but now I am searching out the server for a refill of a pop that was empty about 30 seconds after she left the table and she's nowhere. I finally get the attention of another server who tracks her down and brings back a refill. The wings were tasty, but of course, the meal couldn't be all together and was missed our vegetables (carrots and ranch). We asked for the side and it was several minutes before we got them. All-in-all, I'm pretty sure that we won't be returning here for awhile. At a cost of give or take $40 for lunch, I can find somewhere else to spend my money. read more

From start to finish, this was probably the worst food service I have ever experienced! I work in food service, and I understand what it's like to be narked on for not doing something. But seriously, they tried seating us at a dirty table, the waiter never came to check on us but once, and the food took forever to get and was honestly not great! I think the worst part was waiting for wings, to find out she gave us bone in when we wanted boneless. I understand that most people probably are looking for bone in, but we don't care for them, so this was disappointing. The food is the same tasty wings and burgers I love but the service has suffered. The staff do not try to remind people to social distance, or even pay attention. The staff disappear into the back and leave those waiting in line to wounder if they are coming back. The area is a bit dejected looking supplies piled around. We had an amazing server, I believe his name was Sean. We went on a Friday night. It was me and my two young boys. Our server was so attentive and quick with our requests from drinks, to ordering the kids food early and more napkins. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Besides that, this BW's is just like most locations around the US. Same menu items, extensive beer and cocktail list. Food is always pretty decent to good. What I would typically expect from a sports bar. I tend to always get the buffalitos. This time i switched from the Asian Zing sauce to medium sauce. it was good, but i do love the sweetness of the Asian Zing. As a fun game, the kids tired to count the number of TV's in the restaurant and I think we came up with around 39! So there is something for everyone to watch if you want to watch. read more

Nice place, great margaritas. It has become expensive the 3 of us used to have wings and a drink for $40 today it was $100.00 for two of us and we took a burger for our son. We would still go back but not as often as we used to. Today they were so short staffed that only the bar was open. I love their wings but it is too expensive, we've had full meals for that price not just wings and chips. read more

I pledged to my family that I would not return to Buffalo Wild Wings after our last experience about 5 months ago, see my review below as I included so that it would not be replaced with this review. This time only my daughters places the order as they no I won't order from there anymore. Wait for it.....My daughter had an eyelash in her wings! And I'm NOT talking your run of the mill eyelash, I'm talking long a$$ clump eyelash extension in her food! We called and asked to speak to the manager and we told very casually just to let them know next time we order and they will comp part of our next order! I am disgusted! The entire bill should have been refunded!!!! There will be no next time! Now our family and friends that were here are never returning to that Buffalo Wild Wings! I used to really "enjoy"/tolerate this location since I just ate the traditional wings. No matter if you come before, at, or after your pickup time, the food is cold. The place is dirty, the kitchen is filthy, and staff isn't super nice. read more

Wait time was horrendous no one wants to work but Grace was amazing and was handling the whole dining room herself. Food after we were able to order came out piping hot and delicious. Be patient it's not their fault they have zero help. read more

I've eaten at this location many times, but have never had an experience like this one. First, I had to wait almost a half hour after the pick up time to get my wings. During that time, other customers had come in, ordered their wings, and got their orders before me. Not only that, they gave me some of the most disgusting wings I've ever had, couldn't even eat most of them. A couple of them would fall apart after biting into them, the insides looked rotten. The grossest wing still has feathers on it. I'm disgusted by this experience and I won't be back any time soon. read more

I just have to unfortunately face the fact that Buffalo Wild Wings has gone down severely over the years and since the pandemic it has gotten worse. I do understand that this is a college town and it very well could be college kids running the show but things need to be done better. We walked in and had a large party so I knew that it would be a wait. Actually the wait wasn't long the table was wiped down but the floor looked like they had dumped the garbage on the floor from every table and placed it where they sat us. The server did apologize and say they short staffed and have been too busy to clean it up. The server came over and took our order slowly and things could have been sped up if he just went old school pen and paper. I personally don't prefer you to go off the top of your head especially with a large party, the cheese sticks were terrible. The wings were cold with old sauce. The cheese curds was the best thing on the menu. The server was drowning he needed help for our large party. Gratuity wasn't included but I did too generously seeing that he may be a college kid working for cash, however it wasn't until we left that my husband said he serviced the Caucasian families around us more generously than he did us. BW's on stadium is awful. I called an order in Tuesday for pick up today between 2 and 2:30. 100 wings. Called at 1:45 She acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. She finally said they would be ready 20-30 minutes. I came 45 minutes later. Pretty sure not even started. Over one hour after I called they were finally ready. Biggest issue is I picked up cake which has to be refrigerated and it's in car. No manager came out no nothing just finally got my order. read more

Not so good today. After placing our order, found out it was National Wing Day. You would think the server would mention that and the specials. The boneless wings were "coldish" and.l not worth eating until my air fryer heats them up. Only had 5 traditional in the combo and 1 I couldn't eat as it looked tortured. I had dry seasoning which was barely a sprinkle. My wife's wrap was dry as it was not sauces very well. But the girl working the desk told me they were bagging up my order. 20 minutes later, I'm told that I can expect to wait another 20 minutes. Not only is their time off, it's hit or miss with how much sauce is on the wings. This place needs a new manager and to train their staff to not lie to guests. Food is good. But service never fails to be terrible. One time I got sat and we were waiting for 15 mins before anyone even helped us. Turns out our server was the same girl standing at the waiting booth behind us talking to 2 other coworkers, at least don't show us you're not doing your job and take it the back. Another time I was out with my family and some ladies sitting next to us were extremely upset with the service so they left $20 and left and the server told the managers that they left no money.
