Never been to a Wings and Rings before. I dropped my kid off with some friends at Perfect North, and I needed to burn some time while they all skied. The place definitely has a B Dubs feel. And not in a bad way. Tons of televisions so I was able to watch some football while I waited. I didn't wait. The service was not fast. That said, I didn't really mind, as I had time to burn. But if you're in a hurry you might want to consider that. I ordered a Signature half salad for lunch, with fried chicken in sweet Thai chili sauce. The salad was really good and fresh, with a ton of red pepper in it, which I liked. The sauce went well with the salad, and blended well with ranch dressing. I'd definitely come back, and next time I'd like to try the wings. But if they're anything like the salad, I'm all in for it. read more

The food was decent, but I was really underwhelmed with how long it took to come out even if it was during a game. Our server was super nice and helped to clean up the table given how messy it was before we were even seated there. read more

Eaten here many times. Classic sports bar and wing place. I've liked everything I've tried. They have a good selection of sauces and heat levels. Service can be hit or miss but overall a great place to hang with friends. read more

We loved this this location, which is why this experience has been so disappointing. I placed Order through the Wings and Rings app for delivery. The food never arrived. When I called the store, I spoke with a manager who identified herself as Jessica. She stated the location does not deliver food, even though the order was placed through their own app for delivery and I have received deliveries from this location before. The interaction was not friendly, and the call ended in a way that made it seem like I was hung up on. Since I still had no food or resolution, I drove to the store myself. The restaurant was not busy, yet I stood at the front waiting for help while staff were in the kitchen talking. When Jessica came out, she again insisted they do not deliver. She brought another employee with her during the conversation, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. I showed her the order on my phone and explained that I simply wanted a refund. I was told the refund would be processed by Sunday night or Monday at the latest. It has now been six days. I have emailed the store and completed their customer survey. The only response I received was an automated email thanking me for my feedback. I have not heard from a real person, and I still have not received the promised $74 refund. It is extremely frustrating to have to go to this extent just to get a refund for food that was never delivered, especially from a place we have supported and enjoyed for years! A situation like this should have been handled quickly and professionally. Instead, there has been no accountability and no customer service. I cannot recommend this location. Customers deserve better service! read more

Got there before lunch special time expired. Got waited on after the time . Could not order off lunch menu. Why ?? Not Fair.

Good experience. Highly recommend food and staff are wonderful. Headed there again tonight

It's a shame how far downhill this place has gone. When it first opened the food was great. Since the pandemic the service has gone downhill, the food has been cheapened and is poorly prepped, and the place is dirty often. Disappointing fall for this restaurant. I ordered their LARGE chicken wings, but they were anything BUT large. In fact I've seen pigeons with larger wings. Save your money and go to Burger King! Our server was fine, but I hate when a restaurant inflates the description of an item on menu and expects good reviews. read more

Horrible Experience - Our Vacation Was Ruined. In January, we were excited to take our kids for first ski trip. Everything was going well until one dinner completely ruined it. My eldest son ordered a chicken sandwich from Wings & Rings and took it back to the hotel. After one bite, he screamed in pain -- the sandwich was rock hard. I ran out of the bathroom to find him crying, blood streaming from his mouth. One of his teeth was nearly knocked out. The sandwich was so hard it didn't even compress when I squeezed it. We rushed back to Wings & Rings, but the staff said the manager wasn't there. Only after I insisted did they give me a contact number. That night we drove for hours trying to find an emergency dentist, without luck. My son was in terrible pain and couldn't eat. The next day we finally found a dentist nearly an hour away. By then, our entire vacation was already ruined. We sent all medical reports to Francois, but heard nothing back for months. I have to keep sending the messages to him. Finally in May, Francis told us they wouldn't take responsibility. Throughout the process, I had to chase them for replies, and their attitude was incredibly dismissive. One sandwich ruined our whole trip, and the way they handled it was beyond disappointing. We will never go back. read more

I'm shocked that the reviews are so low! I ordered my food to go and had zero issues. I got 15 traditional wings (medium - honey bbq) and the Ranchero Tots (giving hashbrown casserole vibes) My food was hot and delicious! The workers were quick to help and attentive to the front desk even with other duties at hand. It's a very large open room setting - when walking in I can see all tables at once (cafeteria vibes) I'd love to eat in if it was a bit more private, I'll just keep ordering to go! Medium is the second spice level and it sure is spicy! Seemed more like hot to me, but I'm not complaining. read more

Got carry out wings for the Super Bowl. The people at the curbside pickup were great, but t food wasn't. Wings were horribly overcooked. I eat at this restaurant about once a month and the food is always good, which is why I decided to get carry out for the game. If it wasn't a 30 minute drive I would have returned the food to the restaurant. $34 for 20 wings and some celery and this is what I got. At least we were able to salvage enough read more

We've been to the this Wings And Rings location several times over the years and I'd say we've had more good than bad here. The service was EXCELLENT this time as our waitress was super on the ball and very friendly as well. We tried some Parmesan Garlic which were simply fries topped with garlic aioli and shaved parm. It was a no frills and very tasty appetizer. Good fries with good flavour and they didn't let the garlic dominate it too much. For my main course as usual I got their traditional wings with Buffalo Extra Hot sauce and bleu cheese for dipping. The wings were cooked perfectly and had lots of sauce on them which I appreciate. The Buffalo sauce has plenty of great flavour and plenty of heat also making for a superb chicken wing. Also worth mentioning is they have some of the best bleu cheese dip of any wing joint I know of. The onion rings I got as a side I would classify as average. All in all another outstanding meal at Buffalo Wings And Rings. read more

Unfortunately, after several attempts to order online, I was unsuccessful as the online order system wouldn't accept my order. I took the time to call in and order, which was a smooth and painless process. My order was ready upon arrival and I expressed my frustration with the online ordering and the staff member responded with "I know, we hear that complaint all the time." I would think a frequent complaint would be reviewed my management to see how it could be improved for patrons, guess not. After getting home and reviewing my order, I was very disappointed in the portion size of the Cauliflower wings, mind you I ordered the "shareable" size from the menu. See picture, there is nothing to share here. My husband and I frequent this establishment and appreciate that on a football Sunday we did not have to wait long for our order. However, the portion size (4 larger bites and some crumbles) is unacceptable for paying $7.99. For almost $40, we only ordered 10 wings, cauliflower wings and mozzarella sticks on a pick up order. Imagine paying $50 for the same order while dining in. I understand the cost of everything has gone up, I don't mind paying, as long as I'm going to receive a comparable portion size. I don't like complaining, but felt I should caution others on ordering the "Shareable Cauliflower Wings", as you couldn't even share them with your shadow. Hopefully, the online ordering and portion sizes can be reviewed for a better patron experience. read more

What happened? My family and I loved this place. Food was good and staff was friendly. The staff still seems friendly but the food has gone down hill. Let's start with the good. My beer was cold and the ice in my kids pop was frozen. That's the end of the good. If you like chicken jerky then this is the place for you. We had two different orders of boneless wings and they were completely unrecognizable as chicken. My jaw was hurting after trying to finish the first one and I quit after the second. Awful. I'm not a farmer. That being said the celery was the the toughest I've ever had. I don't know if it was the time of year we went or just cutbacks in food quality. I have to lean toward the later. My son's traditional wings were ok but based on their size I think they came from a pigeon. You have been warned. read more

We got here at 9:30 pm. They close at 11 pm. The nice lady at the front desk said we have 3 servers and aren't seating anymore. Literally, there are only 6 tables being used. I am here and just counted. You can place an order to go she said. My husband said, if it matters tell the server we will tip well. She asked then said No our servers are ready to go home at 11:00. They had 3 large groups earlier. Since when is this allowed? Where is customer service? We ordered to go. It's no problem. The restaurant is well lit and the many large Tv's make it a great place to catch a game. The Onion tings are the best in the area. The parking lot is large and easy to get in and out of. The staff were friendly and service was good. The bar iOS larger then some in the area. And the open floor plan is great. The high ceilings help reduce the amount of noise. The menu had plenty of bar food on the list. You pay your server. This is my second time here and for the area it's a great place to go. Next to the movie place makes it very convenient. read more

We had to wait another 20 minutes for our waitress to take drink orders (not her fault, she had just got there and was very nice). After ordering our food it took almost an hour to come out. I was served very undercooked chicken, it was completely pink inside. My dad got a sandwich that was missing half the toppings. Also the AC was on full blast during 75 degree weather while it was also raining. Overall terrible dining experience. This place used to be great. read more

I've always had a standing rule about buffalo wings. I only eat them at wing places. Now I think I have a second rule. When I'm at the wing places, only order the buffalo wings. I've been to a few BW&R locations for wings over the years, and they have been consistently solid. Good meaty wings and great sauces every time. Tonight I thought I would throw in a side of bacon mac & cheese as a change of pace. Mistake. The bacon mac & cheese is.... is... very difficult to describe. All I could really taste was pepper. Technically it was macaroni and cheese. There was macaroni in the bowl and cheese on top, and I have to assume some sort of cheese mixture that held the macaroni together. I'm not entirely sure. There were a few tiny pieces of bacon on top. I made a point to finish it off so I could enjoy the wings, which were as great as always! It took a little while for me to be served initially once I was given a table, but the server was very pleasant and checked on me regularly. For this, I bump them up to 4 stars from 3. Wow. So we really tried to throw these guys some business last Sunday night. Been to many other locations, and keep forgetting this is right on our way home from CVG. We landed around 9:30p from a long flight from CA, and decided we should stop somewhere on the way home. Passed by many places in Hebron that would've been fine for a late bite. Checked Yelp, info says they are open till 11pm. Not true. Entered the lot at 10:10 or so. (Looked open to us when we pulled in.) Parked our car next to 5 cars in front, noticed another 4 on the north side. Walked up and found their doors were locked, even though there was a small group in the bar area. I'm sure they saw us but we're too busy to acknowledge. Maybe we can try another time. Maybe. Right. read more

I am usually kind knowing restaurants can have a bad day. Three things go into a good experience 1. Food quality, 2. Service and the facilities. The combination of these did not add up well this trip. The sad part is the food was good but it took way to long to receive it, the server was very average and the restaurant was not clean. The restroom was out of soap and paper towels and we are still in a pandemic. I usually like this restaurant on the KY side but on this particular day this restaurant must receive a bad review. All the issues are a poor reflection on leadership and thus the server must receive a little less on the tip. read more
