Great wings! We ordered 20 honey BBQ for delivery and they came in like 15 minutes. Cheap, fast, and tasty. They also gave us like 4 containers of blue cheese dressing which was nice because other places are stingy or make you pay for extra sauce. read more

Wingos' wings are consistently good and they are always quick with their deliveries. Everything I have had from them has been really good with one exception. Don't get the shrimp and chips. It's not fries, it's a bag of chips. I just made that mistake read more

Live in DC or perhaps visiting and feel like chicken wings?? Well Wingo's has THE BEST wings u will ever eat. Lemon pepper ones are my absolute favorite! A must try...oh yeah they offer a student discount for gtown students on tues or wed for 50% off your total. only negative is they have no place to sit down...but for wings this good, that doesn't matter :-) read more

I really love this place. They never disappoint. The wings are pretty awesome and I love how they're not covered in breading. Plus they have a really extensive menu and everything we've tried so far has been great. The chile and the chicken sandwich are some of my favs and of course the wings and chicken strips. It also really helps that they're open super late and always deliver. read more

After some of the higher reviews, I wanted to give this place a try. I kind of regret it. I ordered an order of medium fries with cheese and chili, an order of chili and a "wango tango" (basically a piece of deep fried cheesecake with powdered sugar). I used Eat24 as usual; paid, tipped ahead, and was expecting probably a 45 min delivery time max. Delivery person didn't get here until an hour and a half later. I had to ask customer service where he was twice. Mind you, I'm in NW DC, Georgetown isn't that far. I would have walked however many miles if I knew exactly where in Georgetown the place was. It probably would have been faster. The food was mediocre. You do get a lot of fries in a medium order, but the chili on top was cold and the cheese was barely there. The order of chili tastes like an oily bowl of refried beans. Never again. The wango tango was pretty good, but I was expecting it to at least be warm. It was cold too. Don't waste your time or money ordering from here. read more

The chicken wings are great, Mombo sauce tastes delicious! Try their dry wings. Also the jalapeño poppers taste like they are made from scratch. Great for late night orders. read more

I heard a lot about this place and finally decided to go there. The restaurant is very tiny, just a counter actually. The chicken seemed a little old. It was chewy and didn't taste great. Was not spicy either. read more

Best wings in DC. I love wings...there is rarely a week that goes by without me chomping down on a few and WingO's is by far my favorite. I like hot wings but also like wings that are a little sweet. Their Mambo wing is my favorite in this category, followed closely by their regular "Hot" wing. read more

Visited my friend in Georgetown this past weekend and this is one of the places he showed me. We got 50 wings for 5 people with the Mambo sauce and the Golden BBQ. The Mambo sauce was listed as spicy but I didn't feel anything. I don't think my spice tolerance is particularly high, either. It still tasted delicious. Definitely recommended if you are in the area. read more

Okay so we went there cause we saw them on the news about there yelp reviews, so we figured let's give them a try!! We ordered the mambo wings and BBQ wings and there were really dry and hard! 30 bucks gone down the drain! However they were polite! read more

Had bought a bucket for a Redskins party, man what a disappointment. How are garlic parm wings soggy but the wings that are supposed to be covered in sauce hard? And some had full on feathers still attached, wtf? Do they clean them before they cook em? Waste of $50, no one would eat them after all the feathers we piled up from just a few. read more

Wingo's is amazing. The wings are consistently good, the quality and variety of sauces outstanding, and the service fairly efficient. Plus, you cannot beat half-price Wednesdays! read more

Chicken strips are very large; four is plenty for a grown man! The Italian Stallion was good but for the amount of chicken you get with the strips just get the strips! About two strips are on the Italian Stallion Chicken Parm. Delivery is nice but the ranch dressing and honey mustard was packaged. I kind of wanted real ranch. Still good though I mean it is delivery and all lol... read more

Fanastic late night hours and so so so good! I mean, for simple cuisine and a shoebox to order from, these guys are the spot to visit when you're in that part of town! read more

These are probably the best carryout wings I have ever had. If you are thinking of ordering wings for delivery, you should get them from here. The service is fast and the wings are delicious. They are not dry or small. You really do get what you pay for :) read more

Best wings I've ever had. Ever. Their spiciest is too much for some but great for me so hah. Also their burgers are phenomenal.

Have to say, I was skeptical going here for a late-ish night meal option but their chicken strips are really really good. Not too much bread on them and just greasy enough to satisfy that late night craving. Would recommend paired with the finest honey-mustard dipping sauce. Also, they serve water in red Solo cups, which I personally find hilarious. read more

Was at work late one night and saw the flyer for Wingos, so decided to try them since they delivered. Tried the garlic Parmesan wings and chili dogs. Was not disappointed. Since I work midnight shift I will be ordering from here again instead of the other late night restaurants in the area. read more

"Wait was ridiculous " the wings are not bad(7/10) requested crispy but they were not crispy. Would visit again but only if there was no wait to order. read more

I'm not much of a wing fan, but these are pretty good. I get the honey BBQ, and they were delicious. They also give you extra wings which is great. The selection (funnel cakes? candy?) is amazing and fun. It's pretty decently priced, especially compared to everything else in the Georgetown area. read more

ATTENTION WING LOVERS: Hands down Lemon Pepper Wings (Flats) EVERY TIME! Soon you take 1 bite, the taste will change your life. I've never been to the establishment, but have always ordered from work. I have several people in the office HOOKED! I've tried a couple of other flavors and was disappointed due to the wings not being seasoned. The Lemon Pepper has delicious flavor through lemon juice, salt, cracked pepper and it ROX ALL DAY LONG! YOU'VE GOT MY VOTE! read more

I was pretty satisfied with my experience with Wingo's. Their delivery time is approximately 45 minutes which is exactly what they tell you over the phone. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich which was pretty amazing. I would definitely get it again. The sandwich comes with chips, which adds another bit of flavor to the meal. They have so many drink options you can pretty much order whatever drink you want; anything from Red Bull and Gatorade to average fountain drinks. I liked that they were prompt with delivery and got my order completely correct. I will definitely be ordering from Wingo's again in the near future. I am a fan! read more

So the Significant Other and I were hungry and too lazy to cook tonight (plus its Friday). So we took a chance on something that met the qualifications of "open" and "delivers to us". Wingo's was the winner! We ordered online and the food arrived very quickly (around 15 to 20 minutes, tops). Extra points: The delivery guy managed to get through the locked entryway door and up to our apartment to deliver the food. The Chili was "pretty good" from the Resident Chili Authority. The chicken tenders were "finger-lickin'-good". I ordered the mild wings (my go-to before I know a particular place's spicy-index), and they were good. There wasn't a lot of sauce on them but the flavor was still there. One critique is just that there was a LOT of oil in the bottom of the container left over from when the wings were fried. I ordered the blue cheese dip with them, and actually ordered an extra serving because I'm so used to only getting one container free; they sent 3 containers! Then we had the onion rings, which are fantastic! All in all, pretty darn good! Prompt delivery is the cherry on top! read more

I missed the NYC Hot Sauce expo while in DC. I didn't feel as bad about it after ordering the Suicidal sauce wings. I also ordered the hot honey BBQ wings but they were too sweet. Luckily I was able to mix in leftover suicidal sauce to kickup the heat. Also, very fast pickup. read more

This is the perfect place for fried food. Especially if you need to order late. Generous portions and pretty greasy. It's perfect for filling cravings. read more

nonnaC's review: *Got delivery Food = 3 (Chicken wings, mini corn dogs, chicken sandwich) Service = NA (delivery was on time) Facilities = NA Pros: Fries. Cons: NA Overall: Got into DC late and Yelped to see who delivered nearby - was just looking for some sustanance at this point. Wingo's was pretty standard. Wings were okay, but may have been better if we ate at the restaurant. Chicken sandwich was a bit bland, but definitely was not bad. Like I said, everything was pretty standard, except the fries - those were the best. Would I come again? = Yeah, I'd give it another try. read more

My wife and I decided to try Wingo's as a late night dinning option (which is AWESOME). The service was fast and friendly. We waited less than 10 minutes for an order of 20 wings in 4 different flavors. Only giving three stars because the wings themselves weren't that good. They were dry and pretty greasy. We have had better wings in other places. read more

A small shop providing chicken wings and chicken tenders. Some seats available on the sidewalk. The people there are extremely nice. Many kinds of sauces for chicken wings. Good enough for simple lunch. read more

Perfect wings, asked for crispy and they were crispy. Loved the amount of sauce too Tried Nuclear and lemon pepper. read more

Always good, consistently good food!! Never once have i been disappointed with my order. I have been there too and its a clean establishment. read more

Very affordable for food in Georgetown. Many choices of wing flavors. Every flavor I've tried has been great. Definitely would recommend as a casual place if you want take out or to eat outside. Really sucked when it burned down but I think they are back in business. read more

Hands down best lemon pepper wings I've ever had and the seasoned fries are really good (should've requested fry hard so they last longer). I also got garlic Parmesan but they were entirely so oily oozing with Parmesan cheese. Don't get me wrong but I'm a cheese lover but this...not my cuppa. All in all I'll definitely be back! read more

I have a long history with Wingos. Working in Georgetown I order there several times a week. Lately I was disappointed in the quality of their wings, however once I started asking in the Comments to not to over cook them they have been much better. Overall service from them is great and the food is all pretty good as well. I recommend asking them not to overcook the wings on your order however cause they seem to have a habit of doing this lately. There burgers and sandwichs are also really really good. I'm not a fan of their fries so much. Onions rings are really good though. read more

I am currently eating Wingos and I am so happy with it that I decided to write this review. I love you.

Got the 6 wings combo, with two flavors, lemon pepper and Parmesan garlic. They were delicious, would have enjoyed more garlic in Parmesan garlic. Fries were seasoned and amazing, good portion size, came with drink. Delivered to hotel , all the way to my room, within 20 minutes of call. Good service and food!! read more

OMG!! I live in NE DC near Catholic University and I traveled 4.89 miles to Georgetown JUST to get some lemon pepper (all flats) wings from WINGO'S!! I must say, the chicken was not dry, overcooked, but juicy, lemony, and flavorful. I was taken aback for a second because I'm from Decatur, GA and wings in the south is the business. Wingo's did not let me down, no wonder there's no competition in the District....WINGO'S CRUSHES THEM ALL!!! AAAH HAHAHAHAHAH AAAAAH HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! read more

Best wings I've ever had. I try them at many places and theirs are nice and meaty, cooked crispy, and flavored with terrific sauces (I prefer abusive). read more

I feel like I made a mistake ordering delivery. I didn't take that much of an issue with the fact that it took an hour, but more so the fact that my food was cold and my order was wrong. The wings were cold and dripping in oil, and my seasoned fries turned out to be regular fries that had become cold and soggy. The delivery person also called me three times because he couldn't find my location, but I could barely understand him because he wasn't speaking very clearly or enunciating. I may go back, but definitely not for delivery. read more

I ordered the chili cheese dogs with fries yesterday. This chili has beans in it. The fries have a crispy outside like it was fried twice. Those were great as well. I also had the grilled chicken sandwich. This was a little dry but nothing some sauce couldn't fix. I really like having delivery options and this place fills a huge void. I like the fact they have healthy salads and grilled skinless chicken and also all the junk food. read more

Wingos is my go to place when I am having a night on the sofa and and need to get it in. There are many options on their menu. Which is great for me as on many occasions I crave all types of food. My favorite treat on the menu are the Woody Dogs. Two jumbo chill dogs with cheese. As I am writing this I am getting a craving for them. Yum. I also enjoy the hash browns, burgers, corn on the cobb. I use the Grubhub delivery service which is fast. Although the place is called Wingos, I have no idea how the wings taste. I have tried quite a few things except that.. I think it is a great place to order when you have multiple folks ordering as there should be a little something for everyone...Thinking tomorrow I am going to be getting down with the woody dogs..ahhh Thanks Wingos read more
