My truck looks amazing after visiting here, and I truly don't understand the negative reviews. I had a great experience--and it all came down to communication. When I pulled up, I was greeted right away. I explained that my truck needed a thorough exterior wash and that the interior of my truck was desperate for cleaning too. The young man asked me to pull around so we could discuss it further. Once there, I let him know my truck bed and bed cover also needed to be sprayed out. I brought cash to tip if they did a good job. He told me that service was only $35, which honestly shocked me--in the best way. Most car washes alone with a pre-scrub are $25 in Leander. He reminded me to pull my mirrors in, then brushed my truck thoroughly before I went through the wash. He then sprayed out the entire bed and rolled the cover out and cleaned it too. It looked fantastic and did not even look like the same truck bed. After pulling forward for the interior cleaning, I let the team know I was ready to tip and pointed out a few areas that needed extra attention. I have young children who practically live in my truck, so it definitely needed some extra care. Before leaving, I asked if it was okay for me to check everything myself to see if anything else needed to be touched up. This team responded with "Yes, ma'am" and smiles, and they took care of everything without hesitation. I tipped another $35--worth every penny. I do not have the time, nor did I want to spend money on supplies I'd only use once and then store for months. My interior, exterior, and rims are spotless, and I will absolutely be back. Cost has increased from $35-$40, the amazing young lady behind the counter would give you two air fresheners every trip when you paid. Bathrooms used to be clean now they don't even take out the trash. BTW-no one works inside amazing young lady and air fresheners been gone for awhile and now you drive your car thru car wash right after you pay! I went and got my small car washed here because I had it done there previously and it was great. This time, I paid for the full service to have all the door jams wiped clean etc. I sat down for no more than 5 minutes and they came in and told me my car was done. I gave the tip before I inspected the car. When I was driving away, the side mirror was still pushed in, I got out and fixed it but this tells me, they were not wiping down my car. I paid 35 bucks for a 5 dollar drive thru wash. I do not think I'll go back there. read more

This place used to be good. They have gone downhill tremendously. There is no one doing quality control and just kids not taking any pride in their work. Paid for the $40 dollar full service car wash. Watched them just drag across a couple of towels across the outside and call it done. Had to even ask them to shine the tires which his response was the car wash itself does that. I went through the drive through car wash across from heb 2 days prior to this and it did a way better job for half the price. Currently in Walmart parking lot wiping it down myself to get all the water/ and missed spots off. Really hope this place turns it around. All new equipment and the quality is worse than ever. More than forty bucks for a wash and the windshield was so smeared inside that I stopped at HEB and bought windex and paper towels and cleaned the windows myself. No tire dressing and nobody even came out after the wash to dry the car. Going back to Austin and the car washes there where they take pride in their work. The kids at this wash could care less. H2O still does the best job around. read more

So I have the $80 per month car wash and they usually do an ok job when I bring it in. Today, I brought my truck in and was told that I would have to pay an extra $10 because my truck was muddy. I couldn't believe what came out of this kids mouth. If you look at the pictures there was minimal mud on my truck. I asked him to show me where on the year contract it stated that it would be extra for having mud on the truck but of course he couldn't provide me any proof. It's a shame that they probably get away with this often. I will see about terminating the contract. read more

I had my Toyota 4 Runner washed yesterday after being on the east coast of Florida whee a number of sea birds dirtied the vehicle. The car came out sparkling. No sign of bird droppings. Very impressed as to how quick it was and I didn't even get out of my car. read more

They do not deserve even one star. I had to tell them that they didn't wipe down inside windows. They did a terrible job cleaning the rims. They walked around like zombies, would not interact. I paid for the best available service and there was still trash in the car and nothing in the cup holders or gear shift was cleaned out The service took like 15 minutes total. I decided to splurge on my my husband's truck and get it waxed since it hadn't been in years. I had already spent a couple of hours washing and scrubbing the road film off. They put it through the car wash and then proceeded to wax it. When he got where I could see him he would do one quick squirt of wax on the buffer then do the whole side of the truck with it. I knew there was no way that he was applying enough wax! I ask him to please use more wax, so on the driver's side he did. As expected not even a month later it rained and the water just sat on the hood as a sheet instead of beading up like it should, the side of the truck did bead up a little since he put a little more wax on it. So much for getting a good protective layer of wax on it which was what I wanted. $60 down the drain!!! read more

Paid $20 for the basic detailing service on Saturday. It was ok. They did manage to get all the rocks from underneath the mats and cleaned most of the interior plastics like the dash board and the doors. However, the seats weren't vacuumed very well, the console was still dirty, and all the windows are smudged. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much based on the reviews I read, but getting the larger bits of debris off the seats would have been nice. I paid $90 to have the seats and carpet shampooed. The seats and carpet were wet, but the back of a white shirt proved the seats were not clean. They tried again. The interior was wetter but not clean. Lifting a rear seat belt buckle revealed lint. On a TV sitcom, John Goodman told his children, "We're not going for clean. When they told me it was ready, I saw that they'd only partially wiped down inside, around the cup holders were not even touched, floor mats were not cleaned. When I said something the girl who does the inside said I cleaned it. So I went inside and told the lady behind the counter what happened and she apologized but offered no solution. It takes FOREVER to get your car washed! I took my car in and paid almost $30 for a wash. I had some water spots on my car when I arrived, THAT'S WHY I NEEDED THE CAR WASHED! I left to do some shopping and noticed in the parking lot that the spots were still there. Drove back to Coach Wash with a car full of groceries and they said it would be awhile so I said I would be back later in the week. Came back 3 days later and was charged ANOTHER $30 because they said that it took EXTRA WORK. I wash my car often at a coin operated place and use a foamy brush which works very well at removing those spots. It takes me 20 minutes and costs me $6 in quarters. Needless to say, I WILL NEVER RETURN TO COACH WASH and tell all my friends to STAY AWAY. I must say that I did talk to coach (who is a nice guy) and he basically said that since it was extra work, the price was right. I told him that if I knew it would cost $60 for a friggin car wash, I would not have done it. Oh well, find a local kid to wash your car and you'll be far better off. read more

Bad experiences! I have been there at least 5 times. First couples times outside detail was clean but inside detail was still dirty. Had to touch up myself. I went again today and was flat out refused service. I was first asked if I had ever been there before and I said yes. Then the worker came back and told me their manager refused to detail my jeep. I asked why and was told my jeep was too large. I have q jeep with a 4" lift and a stringer front bumper. I said I did not agree because I had been there multiple times with no problems. Still refused. Wow! I told them no problem I will take my business to someone else but I thought it was very crappy to refuse service after detailing my jeep multiple times before. There loss... my $60 plus tips (generous ones) goes to Kwik Car and there workers. Kwik Car will continue to be my go to and recommendation to all friends and family. Husband and I were passing through on our way to San Antonio so we stopped here. My husband said he had used this place before and he thought they did a good job. Well we waited over an hour for the car to get done. It looked nice however there were still water spots. When we got home an hour later, I picked up my suitcase and it was vibrating. I have a battery operated device for cleaning my retainer. I started to investigate that my suitcase was unzipped, the device had been removed from its package and was turned on. This could only mean that an individual that was working on my car was looking for electronics that could be turned easily. When he discovered that it was useless and wouldn't bring a profit, everything was thrown back together in haste. I have called and left a message for the manager with no response. My husband and I did have all of our devices with us for this very reason. I will never come near this place again. So just beware, some little criminals are working there and will rob you blind given the opportunity. read more
