When I pulled up, I was greeted right away. I explained that my truck needed a thorough exterior wash and that the interior of my truck was desperate for cleaning too. The young man asked me to pull around so we could discuss it further. Once there, I let him know my truck bed and bed cover also needed to be sprayed out. I brought cash to tip if they did a good job. He told me that service was only $35, which honestly shocked me--in the best way. Most car washes alone with a pre-scrub are $25 in Leander. He reminded me to pull my mirrors in, then brushed my truck thoroughly before I went through the wash. He then sprayed out the entire bed and rolled the cover out and cleaned it too. It looked fantastic and did not even look like the same truck bed. After pulling forward for the interior cleaning, I let the team know I was ready to tip and pointed out a few areas that needed extra attention. I have young children who practically live in my truck, so it definitely needed some extra care. Before leaving, I asked if it was okay for me to check everything myself to see if anything else needed to be touched up. This team responded with "Yes, ma'am" and smiles, and they took care of everything without hesitation. I tipped another $35--worth every penny. I do not have the time, nor did I want to spend money on supplies I'd only use once and then store for months. My interior, exterior, and rims are spotless, and I will absolutely be back. Came to pick up my vehicle and was extremely disappointed. Part of old decal on windshield (previous owner) was not removed and owner actually blamed me for not being specific that I wanted it removed. I guess it was also my fault that they did not vacuum or clean out the compartments in the back, center console, behind the seat pockets, etc, etc. Also several marks on interior came off easily when I pointed them out to them, was obvious they might have done quick wipe off of the interior but no DETAIL! Owner new I was less than happy but still wanted full price for the horrible work. He did say I could bring it back in and they would spend more time on it, no thanks, they had it for 3.5 hours. Never again, my advice save your time and money, do it yourself or go anywhere else bu this place.

Two weeks ago, myself and two others scheduled to have them come to our place of work and detail our cars. They showed up that morning but informed us that they would need to take our cars to their shop to detail them. This wasn't the deal, they were supposed to do the details on site, however, we agreed and they took the vehicles. They picked up my car at 9am and didn't return it until 6pm, 9 hours later. I was left at work without my car, couldn't leave for lunch and had to wait for them when I was off work. Several phone calls to them but without an answer. Finally we got our cars back, I paid for a $70 full detail, when I checked out my car, the first thing I noticed was $20-$30 worth of change emptied out of my console, and the console wasn't even clean. Also, my car had a little less than half a tank when they took it and when I got it back it was just above empty. The job they did was FAR from a detail, there was no detail to it, the job was equivalent to a $20 quick wash and vacuum. They basically washed the car(exterior was not detailed, it still looked dirty, bugs still on the front and wheels not touched) and vacuumed the interior then sprayed a greasy quick detail product all over the entire interior in an attempt to make it look clean. Once the interior product wore off the next day or so, the car looked worse than before I had it done, the products left a greasy residue, they even put it on my leather. My interior is black on black and everything had a white residue, they need to understand that one product is not meant for the entire interior and different materials. Needless to say, not only was this far from a $70 job, they did more harm than good. I'm missing money, they took my chrome valve stem caps and they crumpled up my Grandfathers memorial card that I had on my dash(they must of thought it was trash, crumpled it then tried to flatten it back out). The other 2 vehicles they did, the truck they took out all the belongings and never returned them with the truck, the other car paid for a $150 detail and they didn't do half the car and took the floor mats and never returned them. Their jobs were just as bad as mine. Ridiculous to call themselves a detail company.

Brandon answered my call the first time, answered all my questions, and gave me an honest and truthful quote. He offers several options as far as the Modesta coatings go, and was able to accurately describe the differences without pressuring me into anything. I am very impressed with the results! Brandon did an immaculate job on my paint correction, and the Modesta coating looks beautiful! If you are on the fence regarding a coating and the price, I think you should 100% go for it. After picking up my car in the rain today and driving it home, my car was still spotless.
