Had them do an interior detail on my new to me SUV because they do have a steam/vapor cleaner. Carpets looked good but was obvious they did not take time to do the cloth upholstery(as I requested). Came to pick up my vehicle and was extremely disappointed. Part of old decal on windshield (previous owner) was not removed and owner actually blamed me for not being specific that I wanted it removed. I guess it was also my fault that they did not vacuum or clean out the compartments in the back, center console, behind the seat pockets, etc, etc. Also several marks on interior came off easily when I pointed them out to them, was obvious they might have done quick wipe off of the interior but no DETAIL! Owner new I was less than happy but still wanted full price for the horrible work. He did say I could bring it back in and they would spend more time on it, no thanks, they had it for 3.5 hours. Stay AWAY from this place! There's absolutely no reason to use them. Their work is subpar at best and overpriced. You're asking for a bad experience if you use them, let me tell you why.... Two weeks ago, myself and two others scheduled to have them come to our place of work and detail our cars. They showed up that morning but informed us that they would need to take our cars to their shop to detail them. This wasn't the deal, they were supposed to do the details on site, however, we agreed and they took the vehicles. They picked up my car at 9am and didn't return it until 6pm, 9 hours later. I was left at work without my car, couldn't leave for lunch and had to wait for them when I was off work. Several phone calls to them but without an answer. Finally we got our cars back, I paid for a $70 full detail, when I checked out my car, the first thing I noticed was $20-$30 worth of change emptied out of my console, and the console wasn't even clean. Also, my car had a little less than half a tank when they took it and when I got it back it was just above empty. The job they did was FAR from a detail, there was no detail to it, the job was equivalent to a $20 quick wash and vacuum. They basically washed the car(exterior was not detailed, it still looked dirty, bugs still on the front and wheels not touched) and vacuumed the interior then sprayed a greasy quick detail product all over the entire interior in an attempt to make it look clean. Once the interior product wore off the next day or so, the car looked worse than before I had it done, the products left a greasy residue, they even put it on my leather. My interior is black on black and everything had a white residue, they need to understand that one product is not meant for the entire interior and different materials. Needless to say, not only was this far from a $70 job, they did more harm than good. I'm missing money, they took my chrome valve stem caps and they crumpled up my Grandfathers memorial card that I had on my dash(they must of thought it was trash, crumpled it then tried to flatten it back out). The other 2 vehicles they did, the truck they took out all the belongings and never returned them with the truck, the other car paid for a $150 detail and they didn't do half the car and took the floor mats and never returned them. $ 140 Dollars for detail, They used wrong product on synthetic leather seats. The seats had white glossy sheen on them and the seats are black. I had to redo the work they did. Other work was requested and paid for but they did not do it. Don't pay until you see finished product. I find them unprofessional and they never returned my calls. Wow jerry and his men are awesome, they made sure I was completely satisfied with their work, he literally did a walk through and made sure all the door jams were clean, not a spec of dust left, inside and out, and when he saw one streak on the windshield he made his worker redo every single window not just the one with the streaks on it. I was very impressed, I would highly recommend this car wash it's a small family owned business and he really cares about his customers, you can't go wrong with these guys!!!!!!!!! read more

after reaching agreement by telephone for a hand wash/wax of our f350 dually with a large lance camper with slide-out on it we took it to them. While waiting received a call trying to up the price claiming he did not realize it was larger than a small camper shell . He agreed to go ahead and get it done for agreed price. Upon pick-up by a worker claiming it was done, it was apparant that while the units had been washed (with significant water streaks) there had been no waxing done. They claimed they were too busy with other units coming in causing them to delay ours. They did minor waxing on front of truck unit and left remainder undone unless we were willing to spend a good amount of time in between other customers the rest of the day.. We had already been waiting over 3-4 hours). The money charged was a ripoff! Ended up having to re-do it ourselves upon getting home. read more

I asked specifically for a thorough interior cleaning and carpet shampoo. I had recently adopted a dog from a shelter that immediately got very sick and as it turned out she had a very severe case of Distemper. I didn't realize Distemper was still a problem, I thought it had been about wiped out in this day and time. I adopted this poor dog as a companion for my 5 yr old dog that I'd raised from a pup and once I got her home I realized how sick she was. Though I didn't know it was Distemper at that point I made her comfortable in another building, I didn't want to risk my dog getting sick too with whatever she was sick from. I took her to my vet immediately the next morning to get her checked out. We ended up losing her, she was just too sick to recover. That was horrible enough but, it is highly contagious and spread through bodily fluids or even can spread as an airborn virus(?) I scrubbed and sterilized everything two or three times over and kept my guy away from the building she was in overnight - for several weeks. Now, I had another dilemma. Though she didn't get sick to her stomach or mess up my SUV in anyway on the ride home or to the vet this disease had me terrified for his safety. I had been planning to have my SUV detailed before all of this ever took place. I took it to Jerry and explained my situation. My big buddy that loves to ride everywhere with me couldn't understand why he could no longer ride in my SUV. I told Jerry that I wasn't the least bit concerned about the outside of the truck, I needed the interior cleaned thoroughly and the carpet and upholstery shampooed. I dropped it off at 8:00am and didn't pick it up until about 5:00 pm that evening. It was total chaos when I arrived and the place had a whole lot of people picking up their vehicles. I paid him and drove home. I should have checked his work there before I left but, I didn't as it was so crazy and I had people lined up behind me trying to get out of the small lot. I went out the next morning to run to the store and my truck smelled damp and musty. I checked the carpets and they were literally soaking wet. I wasn't happy but, I took it in stride and got my shop-vac and started getting all the (still soapy) water sucked out of the carpet. I will say that this was when we got weeks of heavy rain daily so it was impossible to get it to dry completely. I don't drive my SUV everyday, sometimes I might not use it for 3 or 4 days. Then a few days later I could smell mold. When I pulled the seat up to look there was black mold growing in the carpet, especially under the backseat on the passenger side. It was nasty for sure. I have to say that by this time I was disgusted especially after talking to him personally and telling him why I needed the interior cleaned extremely well. If I had complained after a little over a week, he likely would have said to bring it back and they would do it again but, I didn't want them to "do it again". That's what I was worried about! I spent several days getting rid of the mold and cleaning everything myself so I would KNOW it was clean. Actually, I don't believe they cleaned the upholstery at all. They didn't even wipe the dash and door panels it seemed other than to maybe run a dry dust rag over them quickly. Everything was dirty and all I got for my $100 detailing was shiny tires and a bad case of black mold! So, I will never, ever, go back to this business again. They caused me to have 3 times as much work than if I'd just done it myself and it cost me $100! Seriously it was the poorest excuse for detailing a vehicle that ever was, I'm sure. No thanks, I'll do it myself from now on. It might take me a couple of days, but, that's much better than the weeks it took to finally get my SUV clean and mold free again. read more
