My truck is 2018 and taking care of it is very important to me; servicing and washing. I am getting older, and although I prefer to wash the truck, myself physically it is difficult. Besides where I live I cannot wash a vehicle. I moved to the area two years ago and found White Water fairly close by. For the most part I am happy with the results. If the wash misses spots they will run it through a second time. Today I was there due to having spent time at a muddy ranch after the rains. I asked Rory if there was too much mud for the machine. He assured me they have had worse, and he would have them do a wheel well wash, that was with the express wash! It came out clean. They have towels, window solution, all purpose solution, a rug beater, in addition to the vacuum and blower. Plus right now there is a deal on the coupons, so I always keep a book or two in the truck. The people there are very nice; I have not come across anyone who wasn't pleasant. Of course, it is not as good as this perfectionist would do in my younger years, but my truck is clean and shiny, it takes less time, and is better for me physically. About once a year I get the truck detailed, so washing here keeps the detailing looking good.

When I pulled up, I was greeted right away. I explained that my truck needed a thorough exterior wash and that the interior of my truck was desperate for cleaning too. The young man asked me to pull around so we could discuss it further. Once there, I let him know my truck bed and bed cover also needed to be sprayed out. I brought cash to tip if they did a good job. He told me that service was only $35, which honestly shocked me--in the best way. Most car washes alone with a pre-scrub are $25 in Leander. He reminded me to pull my mirrors in, then brushed my truck thoroughly before I went through the wash. He then sprayed out the entire bed and rolled the cover out and cleaned it too. It looked fantastic and did not even look like the same truck bed. After pulling forward for the interior cleaning, I let the team know I was ready to tip and pointed out a few areas that needed extra attention. I have young children who practically live in my truck, so it definitely needed some extra care. Before leaving, I asked if it was okay for me to check everything myself to see if anything else needed to be touched up. This team responded with "Yes, ma'am" and smiles, and they took care of everything without hesitation. I tipped another $35--worth every penny. I do not have the time, nor did I want to spend money on supplies I'd only use once and then store for months. My interior, exterior, and rims are spotless, and I will absolutely be back. Part of old decal on windshield (previous owner) was not removed and owner actually blamed me for not being specific that I wanted it removed. I guess it was also my fault that they did not vacuum or clean out the compartments in the back, center console, behind the seat pockets, etc, etc. Also several marks on interior came off easily when I pointed them out to them, was obvious they might have done quick wipe off of the interior but no DETAIL! Owner new I was less than happy but still wanted full price for the horrible work. He did say I could bring it back in and they would spend more time on it, no thanks, they had it for 3.5 hours. Two weeks ago, myself and two others scheduled to have them come to our place of work and detail our cars. They showed up that morning but informed us that they would need to take our cars to their shop to detail them. This wasn't the deal, they were supposed to do the details on site, however, we agreed and they took the vehicles. They picked up my car at 9am and didn't return it until 6pm, 9 hours later. I was left at work without my car, couldn't leave for lunch and had to wait for them when I was off work. Several phone calls to them but without an answer. Finally we got our cars back, I paid for a $70 full detail, when I checked out my car, the first thing I noticed was $20-$30 worth of change emptied out of my console, and the console wasn't even clean. Also, my car had a little less than half a tank when they took it and when I got it back it was just above empty. The job they did was FAR from a detail, there was no detail to it, the job was equivalent to a $20 quick wash and vacuum. They basically washed the car(exterior was not detailed, it still looked dirty, bugs still on the front and wheels not touched) and vacuumed the interior then sprayed a greasy quick detail product all over the entire interior in an attempt to make it look clean. Once the interior product wore off the next day or so, the car looked worse than before I had it done, the products left a greasy residue, they even put it on my leather. My interior is black on black and everything had a white residue, they need to understand that one product is not meant for the entire interior and different materials. Needless to say, not only was this far from a $70 job, they did more harm than good. I'm missing money, they took my chrome valve stem caps and they crumpled up my Grandfathers memorial card that I had on my dash(they must of thought it was trash, crumpled it then tried to flatten it back out). The other 2 vehicles they did, the truck they took out all the belongings and never returned them with the truck, the other car paid for a $150 detail and they didn't do half the car and took the floor mats and never returned them. Their jobs were just as bad as mine. Ridiculous to call themselves a detail company.

Brandon answered my call the first time, answered all my questions, and gave me an honest and truthful quote. He offers several options as far as the Modesta coatings go, and was able to accurately describe the differences without pressuring me into anything. I am very impressed with the results! Brandon did an immaculate job on my paint correction, and the Modesta coating looks beautiful! If you are on the fence regarding a coating and the price, I think you should 100% go for it. I reached out on Monday and by that evening I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday after I received information about their Silver Package which included a hand wash exterior service and deep clean detailing interior. The service was scheduled at 8:30am and they arrived at 9am, which doesn't bother me at all as I assumed 8:30am was an estimate. I did receive a message around 8:15am about seeing me soon so I at least knew they were on their way. As soon as they arrived, the male and female team got to work and finished around 12:30pm. I was quoted around $200+ from other business for interior only, so the $179 for exterior and interior (for a 3 Row SUV) was the main driver for me! Well worth it, and was able to use Zelle as my payment method. I was initially apprehensive as I couldn't easily find a social media page on their website (not sure if they have one) but given their prompt responses and the Yelp reviews, I'm happy I went with them. I only have one before photo, so I tried to take the picture at the same angle of the center console for comparison along with the rest of their work. For context on what the before was, an 8 year old is in the car daily and there's been 2 14+ hour road trips in the past month alone.

Put in a few quarters, spin the dial and out comes pressurized clean water, or soap and water, or the foam brush. Easy and quick. The car wash also has a vacuum if you want to do that to your car too. While I was here, the trash cans were emptied and the loose trash was picked up by the (owner? manager? cleaning service?) so the place was restored to good condition.
