I have been to this restaurant many times before and I always will love it. The food although a bit steep in price does always hit the spot if you have that hot wing craving. Their service although mostly short always has been excellent and very nice in my experience. My food suggestion for here would be the boneless or/and bone in Carolina buffalo wings with the Mac and cheese bites. So delicious!

Foods okay, definitely the "cheap" wing place but overall good. I will say it was a good portion size. My biggest gripe is this place doesn't seem very put together as a restaurant. There was one server for the floor, a bartender, and an expo guy, All super friendly.

    Wings were VERY saucy!

Mediocre service, order came out 10-15 minutes apart, burger cold! Second time in a row to have a bad experience at this restaurant.

Owners are Shervin and Maria. Sounds like they have family in several parts of the U.S., including California and the South, and also have strong roots in Grand Junction. And thankfully for the locals, because this has got to be some of the best Southern fried chicken and catfish in the state. I love that this is a family owned spot run out of a food truck that roves. They may be downtown or out near the Tractor Supply off of Highway 6 and 50, or at regional festivals and other events. Be sure to give them a call before you head over -- and you can place your order by phone as well. Which is a great idea. This food is fresh and can take 15-20 minutes before it is ready. My favorite is the catfish. Massive serving with a light, well-seasoned batter and served hot and very fresh. I could not believe you can get two large fillets and sides at only $21 -- pre-tip. That is an amazingly affordable price. I recommend fries (also a huge serving) and also the mac, which is both cheesy and a bit sweet. And check the menu for supply. They also have chicken, sandwiches, (very flavorful) wings and tenders, mash potatoes, sweet potato pie, greens, etc. Shervin and Maria, and one of their sons (who was helping out during one of my visits), seem like a lovely family who care deeply about Grand Junction and the food scene. They are very much local, while also open and welcoming to visitors. I look forward to seeing them again.

We wanted something casual and hearty during a winter outing in Glenwood Springs, and had walked by the tantalizing signage for chicken wings here several times before stopping in for lunch. Inside - dead. And because none of the usual indoor lighting was lit, the interior just seemed sort of sad, dirty, and run-down. There was one front-staff worker whose first language was definitely not English who was cleaning at the time and quickly sat us down with some menus. We had sort of a hard time communicating and getting our order down, but he definitely was doing his best. We got an order of Jamaican Jerk whole wings and Hot Honey regular wings. What you see is what you get - presentation isn't looking to impress, but portion size is quite ample. The whole wings are legit chicken quarters and the Jamaican Jerk was not playing around - a punchy jerk seasoning that had both of us drinking deeply from the spice, while the Hot Honey was a pleasant crowd-pleasing mix of flats and drums with a solid sweet to spicy ratio. All in all, we enjoyed our wings but probably would try coming when things are a little more lively so it's easier to ignore the ambiance.

Beginning with the greeting, they were absolutely lovely, very polite, sat us right away, we went on a non busy day so we had pretty much the second floor to ourselves. The host was lovely and then our waitress came and was just as nice, a great way to start a meal. We ended up getting the buffalo wings, SO GOOD, crunchy, lathered in sauce, tender enough, so flavorful, with a side of ranch. We had the onion rings, and let me tell you, those were BIG rings ! Again, nice and crunchy and so enjoyable. Last but not least, we had the loaded nachos and WOAH! Let me tell ya, this dish can feed up to 4+ people! It was only 2 of us and we were in shock at how big these nachos were so keep that in mind! They had beef, pico de gallo, salsa, cheese and they used different chips too, the regular and the blue tortilla chips, omg MOUTH WATERING! Full of flavor, very well made, everything about them was great! To drink we only had club sodas with lime but they do have a full bar and by the looks of it, they had it all so if Youre a drinker, this is also the place for you! The place was chill, dimmed lights, nice music not overly loud so you can still carry on a conversation , and very clean which is always on top of my list. The price was reasonable and I just loved it! This place was great in every way! Definitely HIGHLY recommend!

DETROIT PIZZA Tucked…read moreinside the tiny town of Redstone is a little piece of Michigan you need to experience. We're talking Detroit pizza. Usually, I'm a thin crust kind of gal, but Propaganda Pie's hearty, large, rectangular Carnivore Creation ($32) is awesome. Chow down on the light, airy crust with plenty of caramelized cheese, ham, bacon, pepperoni, sausage, and red sauce. Or ponder the other amusingly named choices: I'm Not a Crook, White Noise, etc. Add a large Caesar Salad ($14) to share. The romaine lettuce tastes like it has just been picked, the croutons are large, and the parmesan is artisanal - not that fake canned crap. Ice cold draft lagers make it all perfect. Indoors is cute and kitschy, but we sat outside to savor the view and the glorious weather. Love their sign: "We Do Not Have WIFI. Talk to each other... pretend it's 1995." Yup, some propaganda for Propaganda Pie.

(We do quite well on this front actually for being way over here in Colorado). But trust me when I say this was easily the best Detroit pizza I've ever had...anywhere. The caramelized cheese crust was pure crispy perfection. Even my fellow aficionados were drooling over my photo proof. I think that's probably all you need to know--if you're nearby you should just go. That's all there is to it. But I will mention there were beautifully large cookies and brownies too, and a good selection of draft beer and fun fountain drinks. They had live music outside when I went (August), there was also nice seating near the river and some yard games to entertain. Total experience situation for sure.
