I would have gave a 1 but we did have one person step up. Our server was Tabbie and she did absolutely nothing to help us except take payment. She didn't take our order, another server had to because she was too busy talking and standing around. She never checked back and we had to ask for a box multiple times because she was too worried about payment. Will go back because we do like the food, atmosphere and other servers. He had a shit attitude as soon as he made eye contact with us. Trying to be cool with him and lighten up the obvious tension he was putting off, I asked how he was doing, and he responded "Well I'm still fucking black right?".Really dude? We visited Wingchesters to watch a NFL game. Although they had several TVs on a variety of channels the overhead speakers were playing music. I would have preferred the sound of a game...but that's fine as it is more of a restaurant than sports bar. (So much so that I felt awkward after "woo-hoo"-ing when my team scored....most smiled and it wasn't a big deal) Anyway- upon arrival we were greeted quickly and seated by a TV playing the game we wanted to watch. We were told they'd change the channel if needed, but that was not necessary. Our server was friendly and quick to take our drink and food order. It did take a while for our burger and wings to come out, and a table seated long after us got their wings before us. This could have been in an effort to serve us at the same time. No worries- food was hot. The burger and toppings were fresh and perfectly cooked. I would have preferred thin fries to steak fries but they tasted fine. The buffalo wings were just the right amount of heat and spice and came with carrots and celery with BC or ranch. The server refilled our drinks and what I would assume was a manager asked in passing if everything was good. Overall we were very satisfied with the food and service and would visit again if in the mood for wings. I'm told this is the best place to watch a game in the area- it isn't lively like sports bars I've been to before (BWW, Miller's) but the food was good and service friendly and prompt. read more

Humongous fungus burger - I usually love mushrooms in burgers but there was something about the sauce on this that made it weird, the flavor didn't fit with the rest of it. I almost wonder if someone mistakenly put the wrong sauce on it but I'm never one to complain. Fries - Decent, nothing special. I saw one person with a salad and was instantly jealous. Our family comes here once every few months, as we live in the area and not a lot of choices for a Saturday night dinner. Usually the service mediocre but the food is usually pretty good. The last few times we've been here the wing flavor was incorrect but we just take what we get. we usually get a large order of wings, with three sauce flavors and the flavors used to get marked so it was easy to tell what flavor was what. But the last coup times the flavors weren't marked, which is okay. in June we were there and we e were brought burnt fried pickles, we ate most of them, and a staff member noticed the burnt pickles and said " sorry about that, let me take care of these" and took our remaining pickles and never came back. We we're there tonight and saw what we thought was a customer get off her chair, go behind the bar, fill her beer and go sit back down. Her and her male friend were speaking very loudly about politics and when another customer asked them to please speak softer, she repremmended the customers and said I work here and people can speak their minds. When the bartender returned, she loudly proclaimed to the bartender that the bartender missed a really fun time. Very unprofessional if she actually does work there. Like the gentleman that spoke up, we were getting irritated at the loud conversation and as that couple walked away, the lady and her friend proceeded to mock them. This was unacceptable. They have a multitude of beers on tap to choose from and the food is delicious. I have been here twice since they opened and have tried the wings and a burger. where to start? first off, service isn't that great at all. staff is friendly, almost fake friendly. takes forever to get your drink order after you've been seated. waitress/ even times waiter, never comes and checks on you. at times you are almost finished with your meal, been out of your drink since it arrived and asked if you'd like another. 30 minutes later after getting staffs attention, finally a refill!!! place isn't really packed and food comes out slow, not much attention after first encounter from staff! I try to support local, been to this place several times and never come out happy from the service. Especially when ordering a burger and asked how you want it cooked, comes out well done when ordered medium, every time! why ask how you want it! staff doesn't come by to ask how thing are until you've eaten because you've been there so long and you're hungry because it's taken so long........ probably the only good thing about this place is that they do have a huge beer menu, that is, if you can get one served to you! read more
