Main Brick Oven Brie Pizza!! Amazing, they crossed perfect, light chewy cooked through, not soggy in the middle. Everything you want out of pizza crust. I find myself constantly disappointed in the Lewiston Auburn area when it comes to pizza. There's one other place I go that's in Auburn, it's nice to know there is a second option if you want a pizza crust that doesn't taste and feel like cardboard.
