Nice friendly establishment. ..the lady(Andrea) step out from behind the counter to greet us when we came in for the 1st time...this made a great impression on us....she inform us of the daily specials and all the great food they had....we wanted the 40wings for $24; however, they were not able to do 1/2 boneless 1/2 bone-in. We ended up getting 2 lunch specials of 8 wings, fries, and drinks for only $7.99 each. We added the seasoned potatoes chips and breaded zucchini slices. Overall, we had a great time at the arcades and the food was good. The only suggestion is have the wings a little bigger in size and not so salty on the zucchini slices. Okay, so I stopped here Because I was really hungry after a long day at work and the place I wanted to stop and get food was closed. I walk in the place smells like grease and looks dirty. I shrug it off because they're obviously still in business they must have good wings because they don't have a good atmosphere. I got their traditional hot, so it wasn't too hot but it had that nice tang you'd expect from buffalo wings. Both food and service suck here. We had ordered a 18 piece chicken wings combo, 5 buffalo shrimp, fried cheese curds. Fries and cheese curds were hot and tasty but no ketchup. Golden heat wings were under seasoned and bland. They were just sitting in a puddle of grease, their so called golden heat sauce. When asked for napkins, they gave us a roll of paper towel, you know the kind being used to stock bathrooms. When I asked for some buffalo sauce to compensate the bland taste of this mediocre wings, the cashier tried to charge me 50 cents. Knowing that I'm complaining about the greasy and bland wings, not because the sauce was so awesome I wanted more, I just felt that it should've been free to keep a customer happy. This young cashier has a lot to learn about customer service. Her "I don't know what you want me to do" attitude will get her nowhere. If you don't know what to do, get your god damn manager to handle the situation. The cook was no help at all either. As we were leaving upset with their substandard food and inferior customer service, she hollers out, "have a good day!" Which triggered my husband to shout back, " you don't have to be condescending!" You can serve bad food but good service can make up for the bad food, or vice versa. This was our 3rd visit. Our first two were okay. This time was bad. The girl who was cooking our food had her hair down. In food service, one should always wear their hair in a net, or pony tail. I came in and ordered two lunch specials that include fries and a drink. After paying, someone started pumping out stuff from the soda machine. I asked the employee when will the soda machine be working and his response was not any time soon. I asked well what about my two drinks and his response was "I don't know, but if it makes you feel any better it came with your lunch special and you didn't pay extra". What? What kind of response was that? He could've offered a bottled drink for free or threw in some free wings to make up for it. I was really surprised to read some of the other reviews. We came in for wings late on a Monday night, when they were doing the 40 cent wings special, and our experience was amazing. We're THRILLED to have this place so close by. Starting with the service: The two guys working there were super friendly and greeted us immediately. They were happy to talk about the flavors and to take special requests, and offered a little taste of a sauce to see if it was too spicy for me. I'm a big wuss when it comes to spice, so this was HUGELY appreciated. It was clear that the guys working there were happy to be there. They obviously had pride in what they were doing. We snagged a seat and waited. We weren't in any kind of hurry at all, so we weren't stressed about time, but it did take a while to get the wings. When the wings arrived, we found out why. These are absolutely the best I've had in Denver, no contest. The time to get the wings out is there because they make your batch fresh for you right then, and they do it right.The wings themselves were tender and moist, and full of flavor. They were cooked perfectly with crispy skin, and tossed in the sauces. I'm pretty picky when it comes to wings, you've got to get that flavorful moist chicken, but keep the skin crispy after saucing. These guys hit it perfectly. I ordered the BBQ and the Mild, and also tried bites of the Garlic Hot and the Teriyaki. As I said, I really dislike spicy stuff, and the Garlic Hot was just a bit above my spice tolerance. The flavor was outstanding, however. If you like spicy, you'll love that flavor. The Teriyaki was a pretty good flavor, and on good wings, Teriyaki is always a good flavor. The BBQ was sweet and flavorful, and delicious. The star of the meal for me was the Mild wings. With a dislike of spicy foods, i'm usually doomed to boring wings. So many places seem to think that mild means bland, but not here. The Mild sauce was buttery and tangy and SO full of flavor. They don't skimp you on the sauce, so there'll be some pooled up at the bottom of the basked, and I was tempted to lick it up after my wings were eaten! The other thing that never gets mentioned about wing places, when you order celery, you get a bunch of it, when you ask for ranch or blue cheese, you get more than you need. I hate reaching for a wing and realizing that I'm out of blue cheese because they were skimpy, and this place make sure you've got what you want. They also bring a stack of plenty of napkins and wetwipes, which is always nice. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with this place. The wings are fantastic, they have tons of sauce choices, they place was clean and nice, and the staff were super friendly. I have to agree with some of the previous reviews. I ordered some lunch for the office over the phone. The lady who answered was none too concerned with helping me. But in person she was much nicer. After getting the wings, I found that they were a tad overcooked and they seriously lacked flavor. I ordered the Pooh Bear and it had no honey flavor and no spice like advertised. I was disappointed. If at least the wings weren't overcooked, I could enjoy the flavor of them. I did enjoy the seasoned french fries and the celery. But that's about it. I don't know if I will be returning. read more

I was really looking forward to trying our Wing Slingers as I read about them online recently in a list of Denver's best wings. I was sadly disappointed. The wings were dry and very small. You pay for a certain number of wings, not by weight. To be fair the prices weren't terrible tho. The fries were overly salty. And finally, the fried Mac n' Cheese bites were obviously a frozen product that really had no flavor.
