They had unique flavores like strawberry rhubarb pie and lemonchello for sours, French toast and peper.wnt mocha for stouts. I appreciate when breweries have a strong enough base of beers that they can take risks that pay off like this. The staff was beyond friendly. They gave us tones of recomendations, had long passionate conversations and they even covered the drink. It wasn't just one person either. We had great conversations with 2 or 3 of the staff. This brewery is about 2 hours away from where we live but I think it will inspire a few day trips just to visit.

It's especially disappointing because the location is fantastic, the vibe is great, the food is consistently excellent, and every other bartender and staff member I've interacted with, including the manager, has been amazing. There are some truly great bartenders there who provide attentive, friendly service and make the experience enjoyable. But if I walk in and see her behind the bar, I will not stay.
