Awful service. We ordered 3 meals and it took an hour to get out to us, the place wasn't even busy. When the waitress SHAUNA brought us the food and we asked for boxes since we had to get back to work. She was completely rude about it and gave major attitude. Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name, and there always glad you came! Well this particular location delivers just that. Amber and Erika are awesome no doubt about that, you can start a card w rewards and after so long can join the mug club with a personalized beer glass with your name and a logo of your choice, I did an old jazz mountain logo for mine. Definitely old fashioned bar tending service where they treat you like a shrink would treat a patient and let you vent and b.s with ya been going here for a couple years now on a regular and plan on going at least once twice a week. WORST RESTAURANT EVER! I wish I had looked at the reviews first. We walked in an ordered to go. First of all, the waitress was the worst ever. Totally rude, did not crack a smile the whole time we were there, basically looked pissed off the whole time. And it wasn't because she was busy, or they were understaffed, half the time we were there she stood around or sat and watched TV. She should not be serving the public!! Was told food wouldn't be long but it took 45 min. and I didn't see any other orders come out before us. And the food - wings not that great, I've had much better. I had a turkey burger that was the grossest, hard on the outside and looked like dog food on the inside. My friend had a burger that was RED on the inside. Hoping we don't end up with food poisoning! Worst service in the industry. We don't go there because the service is horrible. To make it worse when you call to put in a take out order they don't answer the phone, it actually goes to voicemail. If there was a negative star they would get 5 negative stars. No matter how the food is the horrible service overrides all aspects of you trying to get food there. read more

Advised manager by a phone voice mail and in person how I was shortchange on three orders and my drink was like water with a little soda taste. She said it was because the box that the drinks com from was at the bottom and did not remedy the situation. Very poor customer service. read more

This place is TERRIBLE!! My food come out cold and rubbery after waiting over 30 minutes in a place that is empty! We ordered boneless wings and got bone-in our waitress didn't even know what we ordered. It took at least 10 minutes for the waitress to even recognize us and come to our table when we arrived. Consistently bad service. We go to Wing Nutz almost every weekend because my husband loves the wings, the food is good and we like the atmosphere. We tolerate the bad service, and even joke about it with friends we meet there for dinner. But, the past two weekends, I didn't even get my food until everyone else at our table had already finished their meals. To make matters worse, when I finally got my food IN A "TO GO BOX," the order was wrong. I've been here several times good wings if you get the right flavors I mainly get regular hot . also recommend getting the fried chips or french fries whatever you call him really good. I go here a lot because its fast convenient and it tastes better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Hooters is still better if you prefer the drive from Draper. read more

Whatever they were cooking was smelling up the place (smoky) I never tried the food but when I got home I smelled like deep fried something! Went a few months ago and they were out of chicken wings, it happens, but disappointing. Then returned a few weeks later for lunch during work. I've worked as a server for over a decade and know the system. 10 minute drinks, 20 minutes to place an order, and 40 minutes later our food finally showed up at a wing place is far from par. The wings were ok, they forgot my carrots and celery, and the salad was tiny. I left hungry after a 90 minute lunch with not a single drink refill and have no plans of returning to give them a chance at redemption. I'd rather wait for McDonald's to bring back their horrible wings than endure this poor experience again. read more

Went this afternoon and there was one waitress working the entire restaurant. Two guys working in back never gave her any help. She was amazing and served their entire restaurant.
