Kind of a disappointing experience. Service was incredibly slow. This might be because the staff was limited. There were few people in the kitchen and only one waitress. When our food came out that was disappointing also. My husband asked for his wings extra wet and they came out barely covered with sauce. At Wing Nutz, you can get more than 10 different types of sauces, each with a different heat level. Oh but what if you want a jalapeno honey barbecue (which is rated as medium hot) to be spicy? No problem. They will bump up the heat level as much as you want it (all the way up to "purgatory"). They also have pretty sweet microbrews on tap. The service is excellent and extremely friendly. Yum yum yum! I love wings I love beer! We are regulars at Wing Nutz. Unlike Hooters, the wings are always big and tasty at Wing Nutz. And they do not charge you for sauce. With sports TV all around, what else more you can ask for?! Our favorite is always the bone in chicken wings with the Southern Hottie sauce. That was spicy but wonderful. Every bite was like heaven. There's no breading. The sauce isn't the really gross stuff in a little plastic cup that has a shelf life of 12 years like she's accustomed. The fries weren't fries at all but little potato circles or something and were mostly soggy. Personally, I don't care for anything with bones. Grosses me out. I've had their boneless wings with some really hot sauce that I didn't think was all that hot nor flavorful. I do like beer and they have a variety on tap and pour it into a chilled pilsner glass. Wing Nutz is always a great place for a beer with some excellent wings. They're baked instead of fried making them more healthy and in my opinion more tasty. They have a ton of sauces to choose from and lots of unique beers on tap. Very chill restaurant and bar, not like the obnoxiously loud Buffalo Wild Wings. This place was not the best. Walking in, there is no hostess and you have to find your own seat. We literally had to find our own seats because there was not enough at the only open table. After waiting about 20 minutes we finally got menus and our drink orders. Once we got our orders in, it was another 40 minutes before we got our mediocre food. A kid's nacho was $6.49 for chips with cheese melted on it with maybe a 1/8 of a cup of diced chicken...something I can make at home in 30 seconds. Two Sundays ago I was at Wingnuts in Draper Utah One of the Corporate owned not franchised-owned locations and it really was a poor operated when it comes to them policing their staff I had an issue and I thought Will had taken care of it after speaking with him on Monday I thought I learned more about how they really operate and their meaning of customer service however after trying to reach out to both the store manager and Will who is one of the founders and higher-ups through corporate operations and them not reaching back to me to deal with an issue I have decided that I need to leave this poor review and I am not worried about the fact that they are a company who refuses to serve people again after getting a poor review because I don't ever intend to go back their again however that is the type of company they are if you leave them a poor review instead of fixing the issue they just say screw you your not welcome apparently and ignore your contacting them. So this is addressed to Erica the store manager will miller I think is his last name the corporate person and the employee who disrespected me on Sunday, July 8th, 2018.
