I don't enjoy me and my girlfriend both getting sexually harassed by our waiter Lauren. Not a Karen, just want to warn people about coming here. We came here all the time up until now and honestly it really sucks that we won't be back anymore. I know our one loss isn't going to shut down the business, but it's disappointing losing a place we actually enjoyed because of how disrespectful and uncomfortable the experience was. We got ID'd at the door, which is fine, and given wristbands. Then after sitting in a booth for a bit, we were told the booth was "closed" and had to move. After that, we got ID'd again... even though we were already wearing wristbands. It just felt unnecessarily complicated and unorganized, especially when we were already checked in. Serious life choice error - we ordered wings and they were way over cooked - was like eating chicken jerky. I usually love the carrots and celery with ranch - the ranch was average at best, the carrots were bagged little carrots thrown on top of the chicken wings and the celery was just quickly chopped and not the thin little delightful celery twigs. BONELESS THURSDAY!! WOW, I am shocked about this rating. I mean I have experienced good times and bad times, but not a 2.5 rating, plus the wings are not that bad. Have I had better? Of course. But it seems to be more bad reviews about service than the actual food. I usually order my wings to-go so I never experience the wait time. The one time I experienced bad service was at a sit down at the bar for Veterans' Day, I waited for about 30 minutes before I was even asked what I wanted to drink lol. My last go to order was fast and quick even though I didn't arrive to pick up my wings until about 20 minutes after and it was a quick in and out. Back at home, it was time to watch March Madness and enjoy some delicious wings! My wing flavors were 7 Asian Zing, 8 Hot BBQ, and my favorite Garlic Parmesan and Dry Buffalo Dirty Bird. I have nothing bad to say about my order. My wings were crispy, tasty, not over season but you must eat them while they are hot. Cause after a while, the crispiness is GONE! Was a hit for the first day of March Madness. We had a great experience here! I had had the nachos a while back and they were simply amazing. So I got them again. They're going through some issues with their draft system so beer was not what you would call plentiful, but he was attentive to our needs answered all of our questions and was honest with his feedback about the food and the process. On the way to Utah, my twin sister and my dad were talking about mango habanero wings, my dad has never tried mango habanero before and didn't really like the idea of trying it, we weren't exactly hungry but we did want to eat. The chips were also pretty good, I wasn't really expecting much just because they were chips but, the sauces were really good, the cheese didn't taste like your typical American nacho cheese, it had a different flavor due to stuff added, which i'm not sure what they did to it for it to taste good but I enjoyed it. The Ambiance of the restaurant was pretty decent, there were players sport shirts hanging like lakers, Chicago bulls, etc. Overall, it was a really nice experience. I went to the table and waited about 10 minutes to be welcomed in, and then I got my drink order after that They were just standing around talking to one another while I waited for about 10 minutes to order. Once I finally ordered they brought me out six boneless chicken wings that were not all covered in the sauce were not hot and they seemed like they had been sitting there for a really long time because they were so cold. We went here on Christmas Eve with my husbands co workers to watch the Eagles vs Cowboys game. They were out of cheese curds, chicken tenders/plain and for sandwiches. I ended up getting 12 traditional wings: 6 lemon pepper sauce and 6 honey bbq sauce. You could really taste the honey in the bbq but they were too sweet for me. I really liked the lemon pepper sauce and highly recommend trying it. We also got mozzarella sticks since they were out of cheese curds. They were fine but I'd rather get the cheese curds. We also got a large side of tater tots to share with our kids but they didn't even eat hardly any. I also got their strawberry lemonade and that was delicious but no free refills. The staff was all friendly and quick to serve. We were in our own section in the back facing two screens with the eagles game. Today is Mother's Day and we picked the Sandy Buffalo wings to celebrate. (Number 1) they put a sign on the door as we are on our way in (after 4:00 there is only take out available) The manager informed us there was not enough waiters. (Number 2) We were OK with the waiter issue but they didn't mention there was no kitchen help. We assumed that because it took 45 minutes to get our order. (Number 3) Then we got it home to see spares tiny pieces in 4 orders and no sauce in our chicken except for the orange chicken. I put a picture to show you what I'm talking about. The food was much better than their 2.5 stars would suggest. We had the Allstar appetizer platter to start and it was very good especially the chilli cheese fries. We then had the $4.29 house salad which was also very good. The salad was fresh with shaved parmesan cheese and delicious crispy croutons. We then shared a medium wing assortment of 14 wing pieces that were large, meaty, and flavorful. The sauce we ordered were Asian Zing, Chipotle rub, and honey BBQ. I got the fried cheese curds, onion rings, and 30 wings. Everything tasted room temperature and tasted like it had been sitting out for weeks. I walk into the bathroom and found someone had a similar experience to me. I've been to this place a few times and it's always busy. My husband and I like are wings a specific way and they're always perfect, so shout out to the kitchen staff. We always sit at the bar and waitresses are slammed but always manage to get our order and drinks promptly and are very friendly and checking on us often.
