Service is garbage! We have been sitting at the table for 25 minutes and still have not seen the server. No drinks, no service.....nothing! Straight garbage. If I didn't have a gift card for this dump, I would have walked out 20 minutes ago. Never again. read more

I've been to this place a few times and it's always busy. My husband and I like are wings a specific way and they're always perfect, so shout out to the kitchen staff. We always sit at the bar and waitresses are slammed but always manage to get our order and drinks promptly and are very friendly and checking on us often. The manager has brought our wings a few times always smiling and making sure our wings are perfect. read more

This place is wonderful to get together with friends to enjoy delicious wings especially on Tuesdays and Thursdays (tues for traditional wings $0.65 and Thursday for boneless wings). This is a sport bar and there are plenty of tvs everywhere playing either the main game or whatever game you want them to play. Also expect this place to be loud because this place was made for people to go and enjoy the game, it isn't the place you would want to go for a quiet dinner with the in-laws that you are trying to impress. The menu is pretty simple, you chose the amount of wings you want to eat and then you chose flavor. There is a chart that tells you the spicy level of each flavor. My absolute favorite is parmesan garlic and Thai curry. They also start implementing a special sauce every now and then. When I went it was their Angry orchard special sauce. It was very interesting, I felt like I was eating an apple strudel. This place still have some things they need to fix, until that is improved I would give it the five stars they deserve. The first thing is that the air condition seem to get colder and colder with every passing second. I would think it was winter time indoors. The second thing is the attitude on some staff. The food runner that delivered our food made me felt like I made a huge mistake ordering the flavors I did. She said the Caribbean jerk taste like a Christmas tree, and the angry orchard special flavor was horrible. She then kept making a face and emphasizing how bad of a choice of flavors we made. I know she is entitled to her opinion but there is a way to express it without making the customers feel like they wasted their money on the worst choices ever. All in all, I think some staff need to be retrained in expressing themselves. And they must fix the freezing air conditioning. I would go back on Tuesdays just for their super cheap wings.. read more

We live in south Jordan and specifically order from here because they have always exceeded our expectations unlike the south Jordan location which has let us down multiple times.... Tonight was not good, the portions of our boneless wings were significantly smaller then normal we didn't get our 3 sauces we payed extra for and my husband found a string in his wings ... so disappointed I usually don't like leaving bad reviews but I just haven't been happy with Buffalo Wild Wings and the quality. read more

On 4/27/23 at 3:00pm I went in and ordered 10 wings and fries to go. Wow I should of checked my order and I should of known something was up when they gave it to me 5 minutes after I ordered it. It was obviously left over wings and fries from the lunch crowd from 3 hours or more earlier. The wings were hard and dry and almost pulled a tooth out trying to pull the meat off the dry bone. The fries were old stale and hard as a rock. If you order to go check your order before you leave. Only reason for the one star is they won't let you do a review with Zero Stars! Pitiful read more

No more gaming tablets? We used to like coming here to catch a game, play trivia, or Texas Hold 'em - even the kids could play something while we watched football and had a drink. No more. Food was always just "okay", however... we enjoyed the atmosphere, and the ability to catch all the games. Guess we'll have to find another place to spend our money. Buh-bye BWW. read more

Giving this place four stars purely based off of our server, Harold. We have been here twice since moving to Sandy. The food is about the same as always. But Harold deserves a shout out for being very personable and outgoing waiter. He brings a friendly face which leaves my wife and I leaving positive. It's also good to note that he approached us just seconds after seating, and we got our food very fast. We were in and out within 45 minutes. Or at least it felt that fast. read more

super bowl Sunday now 45 minutes past our pickup time. Very unorganized And nobody seemed in any hury to help.

We had been avoiding BWW for awhile until we recently had a GREAT experience @ the Boise Idaho downtown location with our hockey team, so we tried to give them another chance because we LOVE the BBQ cauliflower wings. Should have known better than to try here when people were waiting so long for their pickup orders... but we're pretty patient so put our names in anyhow- pretty sure it was over the 30 minutes quoted when we checked back in person & hadn't gotten a text but I deleted them already because of the weirdest part of this night. Food- mediocre at best- baby carrots & kids meal were the worst, barely any toppings on the 'ultimate nachos'- luckily everything else we got was fried because pretty sure the cook was strung out on drugs- which of course we found out AFTER when he cussed my kids out in the bathroom.... My boys went to the bathroom not far from our table to wash up after eating, weren't even messing around- & the COOK was being belligerent & started asking them where the F¥€# their parents were & if they'd been drinking?!?! They're 12 & 6.... Then he told them to get out after he made weird snorting noises. It was so odd that another guest came to our table because he had heard the exchange as well & was also super perplexed as to what just happened. (& now my Husband is definitely going to escort them to the restroom even if just to wash up) This cook also didn't have their hair back or gloves & started wandering aimlessly after too. Waitress was ok but had to ask her for things several times & never got a drink we ordered or the nachos taken off (for a free reward luckily was only reason we ordered them) so I finally nicely asked for the manager to notify him of that super inappropriate interaction. He was nice & did comp our meal- which wasn't at all my intention but I appreciate it since my kids got cussed at by an employee... Definitely explains the food quality now so only go here @ your own risk. Hopefully he was just having a bad day & will be ok- manager said he'd have a talk with him (maybe with the words you're fired in there someplace perhaps?). Trash all over the floor too. I don't think I've ever asked for a manager @ a restaurant so we aren't 'those people' at all- until my kids are scared by the staff & don't feel safe in the restroom. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings is always a good option for a quick meal. I like sitting in the bar area or the dining area. When it's nice outside, the outdoor seating is my preference. We started off inside the bar area, but ended up going outside after some friends decided to join us, and our server was happy to help us move all our stuff outside for us. I like the lively atmosphere of Buffalo Wild Wings and our kids always enjoy eating there too. read more

If I could rate negative stars I would. Very poor quality of food and highly priced! Wings were hardly cooked. Chicken wrap had no veggies on it just chicken and cheese and tortilla. Fries cold. Cauliflower buffalo wings-cold and didn't put the right sauce. Waited for wings for over 40 minutes. Ordered 2 beers they came after 20 mins. Server said it was her and another sever there so service wasn't great along with the food. Won't be back! read more

Came in with five friends. The server got the drink order wrong. Which was surprising as they had come to me twice to verify my order. The server became argumentative when I pointed out the mistake declaring I had asked for the different beer. Food was dry after waiting for it, and they served one table member ten minutes before anyone else got theirs. read more

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I ever seen hands down!!! Ordered a drink. Never came until I asked manager for it. When waitress came I asked why did I get my drink after the bigger group that came in 15 minutes after us. She got all pissy and said your was made at same time.......ok? Then wife got her Mac and cheese no wings??? Then someone else brings my tots. Again where's my wings?? Waited so long we ate without the wings. Decided we was done. The waitress comes back 20 minutes later with wings. I ask why is our food coming out one dish at a time? She says that's just the we do it here! I said it's the first time I've ever had it happen at bdubs...... she looks at me and says have a good night and thank you for treating me like shit! My wife stands up and say we are done! The manager a curly headed dude with glasses still makes us pay!!!!! People read your reviews! This place shouldn't be open!! P.s. forgot we was seated at a dirty table with food on it ! Lmao. Tater tots was good! read more

I mean, it's chain food and nothing you're gonna write about for posterity, but sometimes you just need a pile of 60-cent wings slathered in spicy garlic sauce and bleu cheese, accompanied by deep fried cheese and sea salt/vinegar fries. While watching four sports at once with your friends. It fills a specific need and does so perfectly adequately. This place makes me feel vaguely patriotic - it's just so dang American. Come on Tuesdays or Thursdays for the deal (cheaper wings sold in quantities of 5), but don't be in a hurry because service is a bit slow. read more

We ordered from Buffalo wild wings on Saturday night and the online order said 48 min till it was ready. Which would be fine but when we got there it had been sitting there for at least 20 min, and we went pretty soon after we ordered it! If we would have waited until the specified time-everything would have been really cold. Most of it already was cold! The picture included is our order, and it didn't include at least 2-3 sauces and none of the veggies. For the most part everything tasted ok, except the fries.... those were cold and mushy. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - This is our order from Buffalo wild wings! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Sandy, Utah

Service here started off pretty bad... nonexistent, to be exact. After being seated, we waited about 15 minutes without anyone stopping by our table. There were waiters walking around and some just standing at the bar, but no one was paying any attention to us. We were pretty annoyed at that point, so my friend got up and asked a girl at one of the registers what the deal was. Finally our waiter Brent came by and apologized that there had been some kind of mix up about who's table was who's blah blah... We just wanted some drinks at that point, but it took another 20 minutes to get them and we were right in front of the bar where they could have easily given us our beers right then. I get that this place hasn't been open for that long, and it's a popular chain restaurant, but for the amount of employees they've hired, they really need to learn how to regulate them to actually do their jobs. The wings were good though, so thanks for the free 6 wings coupon... I'll definitely try using them at another location or hold off on coming back to this one for a while. read more

I travel extensively for work and probably have been to 20+ BWW across the US and this locations ranks among the worst. Dirty. Inattentive servers. The food itself is not good. I have been to this location a handful of times and it's consistently bad. My most recent visit I showed up on a Sunday at 8:30pm. The bar was empty but was covered in dirty dishes. Not even a place to sit so I cleared myself a spot. The bartender didn't come around for about 10 minutes but actually took my order before cleaning my space or apologizing for the mess. I ordered a chicken wrap which. I'm surprised they even called it that. The thing was so tiny. It was more like a 7-11 taquito. I counted and it had 8 layer of tortilla shell. Eight. There was more tortilla than chicken and lettuce/tomato. Never got silverwear or a napkin. read more

We always make the extra drive to this location since we usually get great service but last night was terrible. Our server, who i didnt get his name but was wearing a blue flannel, took 15 mins to even come over and grab our drink order. By that time we ordered food and drinks since we knew what we wanted. 20 mins later my burger and fries come out, cold. He disappears. Waited another 20 minutes and my wife and daughter just watched me eat because they never got their food. He never even came back to our area. I kept standing up and even walked around to look for him and he was nowhere to be found. We were pissed so we asked another server to give us our check but she blew us off. So we just got up and left. Had to go to get them food somewhere else since they never even got an appetizer. Manager, if he even put in our food order, please take it out of his check. read more

It is what it is, I didn't expect much so I was not dissapointed. I sat at the Bar, Bartender was out delivering food and doing whatever they do so it was a while before I was offered a beverage or menu. The food is standard BWW food. Restroom was clean and the greeters were happy. read more

This was dreadful! We went with friend and only half of us received hot food. Service was super slow and there was no consistency with our orders. We ordered the appetizer sampler and it arrived cold with an order of very under sauced wings. Have you ever had a cold onion ring? It was nearly impossible to get our servers attention and it took forever to correct our orders. We won't be retiring. Drive a little further and go to the one in Fort Union where service is better and the food is too. read more

To date, I've neen to BWW 5 times in about 2 years.. It began as the place to watch UFC for free. On these select Saturday fight nights the wait for a table or a bar stool average between 60-90 mins. Ironically, they do not take reservations on any night; my suggestion get there early. Nowadays I go with my family for both fight nights and sports; Each restaurant is equipped with at least 25 Flat screens and if you ask they will change chs for you.. I have only tried two dishes on the menu: The Sampler and the Tablegator Sampler. Both offer at least 5 appetizers and are both priced between $10-20 I enjoyed both samplers each time. Service has been pretty go despite its huge crowds all five times that I've went. I highly recoommend this place. read more

As always terrible service. We've learned that you don't eat AT BWW you order online and take out. However this will be the last time. Ordered online with a 30 min time which is no problem. Showed up 5 mins before my quoted ready time. 30 mins later I left with my order! This place never seems to have a clue as to what is going on. One young lady just kept answering the phone while 15+ people stood waiting for their orders or to be seated. I finally had to jump in and ask again for my order and was told the kitchen is very busy. This individual went back and reappeared with my order. Order was time stamped 505 - which is just before I arrived. Why the first person I asked for my food never brought it is beyond me. I've given this place a pass on the past couple visits but no more. At least the food order was correct. read more

I've enjoyed BWW in the past, but hadn't been in a while. I received a gift card here for Christmas, plus my girlfriend had a 50% off card from the hospitality manager after an awful experience around a year ago. I'd heard that Mountain Dew wings were being made. It was the perfect storm for a trip to BWW. We came in, were seated quickly, and started looking at the menu. We knew we had to go big as we essentially had a $50 meal for tip in our sites. For our appetizer we started out with their queso dip. It came out quick. I thought it was okay, but could have used a little more meat in it. The cheese was good though and the chips were good too. Then we ordered. My girlfriend went with a wrap. I went with a limited item, a burger with buffalo chicken tenders in it. I love buffalo chicken and so this seemed like a dream come true. I got fries with it and put some desert heat seasoning on them. The food came out after a little bit. I had a huckleberry lemonade with it as well. The lemonade was good, but really, really sweet. I couldn't take much more of it after the second one, but it was really good. The food was good as well. At first I ate it together, but eventually found it was just too large of a burger. I took the tenders off and ate them alone and thought they were really good. I found the hamburger patty to be a little lacking...it had an odd texture and didn't really look like a hamburger patty. Overall though it was a good burger/chicken tender. The fries were good too. They forgot the desert heat, but quickly brought out a small side cup when I asked about it. The service was good and quick. Drink refills came as needed and the check came when we were ready for it. We got some wings to go as we wanted to hit the $50 mark. I went with spicy garlic and ate them the next day. They were good as day old wings can be. Overall a good place, and I'll go back even without the gift cards. read more

Another wonderful location of this chain. We love their nachos, truly a meal in and of itself. If you go on a a Tuesday, mention #TammyTuesday and they will donate some money to a waitress with Breast Cancer. Totally worth it and such a great cause! Service is great and the beer was amazing, as usual. I enjoy the boneless wings with the honey sauce, so yummy, and we usually go with the smallest size since the nachos are the size of your face! read more

Buffalo Wild Wings is always a favorite of mine, this is the first one I have been to since moving to utah. The actual restaurant is really clean and the staff is super friendly. The menu has changed and the food is everything you're hoping it would be. They have a decent selection of draft beers, better than most places in utah. The bartenders name is Mindy, she is awesome. She was super friendly and explained the change in menu very easily, and introduced me to some new beers. She made sure I was taken care of even though the place was super busy. I will be making this my regular spot. read more

Negative stars. Same thing every time. Absolutely impossible to get service for over 45 minutes. Have to get up and find someone to even get silverware or a drink refill. Servers bring out your food then refuse to come check on you even if you make eye contact with them while waving at them. I can understand if they are busy or at full capacity but that is never the case. Servers will disappear in the back for over 20 minutes then walk through the tables without checking on anyone. read more

What a lot of people don't realize is that this is a sports bar. It will be noisy and seem hectic at times. Unless your date who you are trying to impress is a sport junkie, find some other places for your romantic dinner. Or choose the patio seating, which i found surprisingly pleasant. I come here for the wings. They serve the best wings in my opinion. My absolute favorite is the Mango Habanero. Very spicy but sweet, so it burns but pleasant at the same time. Asian Zing comes at a close second. During my recent visit, they had Fire Moroccan wings as limited time specials so I tried but I don't like them that much. I prefer the previous Wasabi flavored wings better. The service was friendly and pretty attentive despite us sitting outside at the patio. I will be back whenever i crave for wings. read more

I went with the family last night for wings at this locations. Our wings came out with 1 wing full of feathers which was disgusting and grossed out my family. We showed it to the waitress and she just shrugged her shoulders and did nothing about it, didn't even replace the feather wing. I took the wing to the cash register and the employee there just took wing and threw it away as if I had somehow made the disgusting wing. While it didn't really gross me out, replacing the wing a minimum would have been the right thing to do. read more

Food was pretty awful, service earnest but sloppy. It seemed like you used to be able to get a good meal at "Bdubs" but those days have come and gone. The chicken on our nachos tasted boiled. Most likely it was grilled sometime in the morning or a few days in advance then microwaved. I haven't tasted chicken this bad since my college days buying huge bags of frozen chicken breast product with added water and ribmeat. A glass of white wine was over $8. My tap beer tasted skunky. Manager who brought out the kids meals basically threw em' on the table and jetted off, possibly to daydream about working at a Chili's or TGI Fridays. Server needed to be told about the existence of straws and napkins but was otherwise well-meaning. They have TVs. Lots of TVs. read more
