I'll say it again. This is probably the worst BWW in the Salt Lake Valley. After wading through disgusting tables in the bar area to find one not covered in somebody else's trash, I've secured a spot to sit at a damp/sticky table. I've been seated for 10 minutes at this point of writing this review and have yet to receive a simple hello from the staff. Update; At: 15 minutes I received water. At: 25 minutes Nobody has checked to take an order in our section. Beware Takeout Orders! They shorted us half of our order of wings on our last take out order ( 6 instead of 18 wings is a major oversight). They never corrected it. No partial refund. No coupon or even an offer or attempt to make things right. The response was "that sometimes happens and if you'll see our policy we don't guarantee the exact number listed in an order." When ordering a large wings their menu says approximately 18. That makes sense because some wings might be really large and necessitate fewer wings, meanwhile a small batch of wings might require a few extra. However when you expect 18 and get home to find 6 it can be really frustrating especially if you've ordered three larges and dropped $60. I don't know about you but $60 for approximately 54 wings is fine but what if you get home and it's only 25 small wings!? Basically they gave us a large and a small order for the price of three larges. I'm sad because I always loved this place and personally introduced several family members to it. Previously I gave them four stars because their flavors can't be beat and if you eat in the restaurant it's easy to point out mistakes which they can correct. There's no correcting a take out order. What a lot of people don't realize is that this is a sports bar. It will be noisy and seem hectic at times. Unless your date who you are trying to impress is a sport junkie, find some other places for your romantic dinner. Or choose the patio seating, which i found surprisingly pleasant. I come here for the wings. They serve the best wings in my opinion. My absolute favorite is the Mango Habanero. Very spicy but sweet, so it burns but pleasant at the same time. Asian Zing comes at a close second. During my recent visit, they had Fire Moroccan wings as limited time specials so I tried but I don't like them that much. I prefer the previous Wasabi flavored wings better. The service was friendly and pretty attentive despite us sitting outside at the patio. I will be back whenever i crave for wings. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings is a prime example of corporate greed, they serve the lowest grade garbage they can legally get away with ( like so many other corporate chain restaurants ). Equally sad is how low the standards and expectations of the general population is as these horrible places are still in business. My husband and I were in town and wanted a lunch date, so we came to BWW, since we both love wings and I'd never been before. There was about a 30-minute wait, but it was a Saturday, and we were seated within 20 minutes. My husband let me pick the wings, and I ordered the Mango Habanero, not knowing that particular flavor is pretty spicy. They were at our table within 15 minutes. First bite and my eyes were watering, to the point where our waitress noticed and offered to swap the flavor out for a less spicy one (at no extra charge). Couldn't bring myself to do it, though, since they tasted great. All in all, pretty good service, so thanks BWW for a great lunch. read more

Arrived on a Sunday afternoon around 2:30 to enjoy the Unlimited French Fry promotion which could have been a great thing but instead it was awful right from the get go. With no customers waiting and half the tables empty the hostess informed us it was going to be a long wait and for a booth even longer because their "wait staff was overwhelmed", and from there it just got worse, over a half hour and lots of excuses to get a drink or any food, the fries were cold and the boneless chicken wings 90% breading that tastes like flour, our waitress was waiting on two tables, our with a party of 3 and another with just a couple and she truly acted like she was overwhelmed it was horrible. We ordered boneless wings to go and when we got home we realized they had MAYBE 20% of the sauce they normally have, so we called to complain and get the wings we paid for. When we drove all the way back to get new wings and get back home AGAIN we see that they gave us a chicken wing soup so drenched in sauce that the wings were soggy and gross. To top it off they gave us extra sauce on the side like a petty little joke because we complained that there was no sauce on the wings! This is the second time this has happened at this location! So, I love BWWs so do my kids, we visit the west valley location mostly as it's closer to home. However, we decided after a day at the living aquarium we'd shoot it to this one! I'll tell you what, I've learned that the service at BWWs is hot and miss, and I've become accustomed to low quality service here but I love the games and the wings so I'll sacrifice service to an extent. Not the case this time. Brixton was by for the best server I've ever had at a BWWs fast service, very cheerful, engaged our table often, always smiling and never let a glass get below half full before he replaced it. I am a truck driver. I called and spoke to the manager and told her I was wanting to stop and eat. Asked if I could park in the lot with my truck and trailer. She said yes. I sat at the bar. I have come here for curbside twice and both times I sat in my car for 15 minutes or so, gone in and my order was ready and just sitting there. Neither time were they busy. Both times they did apologize: Bother times they got my order wrong. I love this place to sit down and eat and I will continue to come here for that, but for take out or curve side, I give up. First the management here must be horrible as it starts from the top. They may have been short staffed, but it was apparent that some people should not work in the service industry. Someone should fire Sharma as she was pretty much useless and moved slower than a snail after she had to be told to do everything. Our bartender Mindy was very friendly and seemed to work quite diligently. Even though a few managers walked by the bar, and even delivered food items, not one of them took the initiative to clean the spilled nachos and cheese that was on the bar top for over an hour. Went here for lunch today with my family. When my husband ordered a beer the server informed us that his driver's license was expired. His birthday was 2 weeks ago. She asked for a secondary form of identification so he gave her his concealed carry permit i.d. which is a valid government i.d. she took this to the manager who informed us that no one with a ccp can be served at all. My husband was not carrying as we were going to lunch and my husband knew that he would be ordering drinks. Afterwards the staff was very standoffish and cold to us. Came to B-Dubs with my son. We literally waited for our order for 45 minutes. I ordered a snack size traditional, extra crispy, hot and my son Mac and cheese and a basket of fries. When the food finally came, my wings were cold and the Mac and cheese was also cold. Fries were not done until about 10 minutes later. I sent mine back and my son was too hungry. This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to. Tried to pick up an order for DoorDash and ended waiting for almost an hour. It made me late for the delivery, brought down my customer and on-time completion rating which potentially affects my income. I emailed the manager on shift (Lina DiFore) and received a very snappy email in response. I ended up needing to pick up another order and Lina was hunched over the counter writing something. I attempted to talk to her but she was very short and dismissive so nothing ended up getting solved. The staff were originally very helpful but became just as short and dismissive as Lina once we got our order. The whole interaction with Lina DiFore made the situation much worse. I was willing to come in and get it solved but she though it would be better to push me away and disappear into the back. read more

I really think this is a great place if you want to hang out with friends, watch sports, and have some good food. The servers area usually really great about not interrupting during an important part of the game, and are quick about keeping the drinks coming. I think their boneless wings are delicious, and sixty cents on boneless Thursday's. The original wings are sixty cents on Tuesday's, but I definitely prefer the boneless. I love that they have so many different flavors for the wings, in all different spice levels. My favorites are the honey bbq, spicy garlic, and the Asian zing. The potato wedges are the way to go, much better than their fries. Also, the dessert nachos are delicious, and more than enough to share. Crispy sweet chips, ice cream, fried cheesecake balls, and chocolate and caramel. I would advise sticking to the wings, their burgers and sandwiches aren't anything special. The staff has always been really great about putting on the game that you want. They once put a college football game on just for me, during a big main event fight that they paid a ton to show.
