I came here to have lunch today with friends after church. Pamela was our waitress and she was wonderful. I have food allergies and she asked the cook Jaz which sauces would be safe for me to eat. Jaz went out of her way to write down which ones would be okay for my food allergies. They also made sure my fries did not have flour either. They both went above and beyond to accommodate my food allergies the best they could. They were also very friendly and made our experience so much fun. The food and drinks were delicious. The wings were so good, crunchy on the outside and moist meat on the inside. The seasoning was perfect and the sauce was amazing too. Portion size was generous with some extra to take home. A buddy and I stopped in here for lunch yesterday. There was plenty of parking behind the building. The restaurant was empty and we were greeted immediately and sat down. There was like a laid back hippie vibe inside. Not bad. They kept play Bob Marley music. Our waitress handed us a menu. There must've been like 100 different wing flavors on there. It was hard to decide but, I went with Garlic Parmesan and some sweet bourbon rub. I got the combo meal with half boneless and half bone-in wings and fries. We also got an appetizer of fried pickles. The fried pickles were great. They were sliced like chips. The pickles were deep fried in some batter. I couldn't stop eating them. Then they gave us our fries. I'm not a really big "fry" guy but these were probably the best fries I've ever had. The fries were battered and crispy on the outside and mushy in the inside. I couldn't stop eating them also. By the time our wings came, I was already full. We got our wings. They all tasted very good. The boneless wings seemed like chicken nugget chunks. Hey Elite family, it's been a while so I wanted to leave a quick review of Wing King. Two things that led to my 4 star review were 1) The portions. Yes, so good that you get a nice amount of chicken. The flavors were pretty good. This evening the wife and I got Jamaican Jerk and Garlic. The Jamaican wasn't THAT Jamaican to me as far as the flavor goes, but the sauce was delicious and the chicken was tender. The garlic was good, but the sauce started to dry leaving more to be desired. 2) They lost a star due to the fries. They weren't crispy unfortunately but soggy and were pretty salty. Salty to the point I didn't eat them. Maybe it was a bad batch or the last serving because it was the end of the night? Granted take out is another experience, there are some consistencies one likes and really looks forward to enjoying regardless of how you dine. I'm hoping to visit again, dine in, try some different flavors of chicken and maybe when I get some fries get that nice balance of flavor and crispness. It was a Thursday night and Karaoke was happening that evening which gave it a lively atmosphere and, people enjoying their food and entertainment always makes things fun. It's worth another visit. Once again, service gor the win. The young man behind the bar greeted us at the door and sat us immediately. Our waitress (her name escapes me) was friendly and super energetic!! Pig Snax: Have you seen the Flintstone's when he is eating that big rib or whatever it is in the old school cartoons. Totally the micro version of Freds at the drive-in diner. Perfectly crisp on the outside and moist, (don't kill me I hate that word too), on the inside . Dry Lemon Pepper Cajun: maybe a little extra on the lemon pepper side with the first few bites. Seemed to be all cajun. Swallow and surprise......lemon pepper. Not sure how they accomplished that but yummo!!! Dry Kool Ranch: I am now curious if they have their own re ipe for their ranch seasoning. I love their ranch sauce and these wings DID NOT disappoint!! Both wings had the perfect amount of "extra" seasoning so each bite was as good as the next. Sweet chili Gojuchang sauce: absolutely KILLER!!! PERFECT BALANCE OF SWEET AND SPICY!! Only 1 star for the nice and clean restroom. SERVICE REVIEW: First off, we placed an online order ready for pickup at 3PM. We had just traveled 4 hours thru the Truckee snow and were starving. We wanted wings and this place popped up with good reviews. We were excited but everything immediately went downhill when we pulled up to the parking lot. There was a crackhead lady swinging around a trash bag, screaming and yelling profanity, and blocking parking lot entrance. When we entered the restaurant, there was a host just straight MEAN MUGGING us thru the glass door behind the cash register. When we walked thru the second door into the establishment, the server was rude right off the bat. We asked to eat in with our online order pickup, and she immediately started lecturing us "thats how we make our living wage, we serve customers." After that awkward encounter, she just walked away to the back and we didnt know what to do... then when she came back, she was like "are you guys going to sit???" And then handed us out food at the booth. She immediately left once again to the back... we opened our online order to find that there were no fries and sodas included... (THERE WAS ONLY 1 OTHER PERSON SITTING AT THE BAR, not entirely sure why she was disappearing for so long) after about 10-15 mins, she finally came back out... we flagged her down to let her know that our food was missing the fries and asked if we could have our drinks... she gave us a nasty attitude for correcting the order... then I asked if we could also have 2 cups of water, she turned around and gave us all a nasty ass stare for like 20 seconds, (then we said "uhhh or not..???" Not knowing if she was going to give it to us) before going standing behind the bar to serve NOBODY... then finally getting us our drinks... after we finished about 70% of our wings, she came out to give us our fries. No apologies, nothing, just handed us hot fries and proceeded to never come back again. Absolutely poor service. It has been 20-25 mins, we never got our fries, she sits us down and never gave us any drinks, then gave us attitude for asking for water...? I thought this was "how you make your living" we decided to just hush up, eat our food, and head to our hotel after the long drive and call it a day. FOOD REVIEW: I honestly think this place needs to cut back on their wing flavors to save on costs and improve quality. We spent $65 on 4 lbs of wings & fries, we ordered Hot Lemon Pepper, Hot Honey Garlic, Buffalo, and Mango Habenero. You can feel free to ignore the "spicy" as nothing was spicy, its "white people spicy." All of the flavors were very basic and mid, top that off with the incredibly rude waitress/server made this an absolutely shit experience. After looking forward to this place and spending $75 on wings and fries, I was expecting better quality and service. We went there this past week after it was recommended by a friend. We were very disappointed. The waitress wasn't very good and seemed more interested in flirting with a guy at another table. The wings came out over cooked and lacking in sauce. The only sauce was a puddle on the bottom of the dish. I asked the waitress for Blue Cheese and ranch was sent out. My fries came out after I had finished my wings. Plus the fries had some type of breading on them. Nothing looked like the photos posted by the owner on the Yelp site. The burger my wife ordered she said was excellent. However,you would think if you are bringing out French fries, ketchup would be something they would offer. Had to request a couple of times and it was delivered in tiny serving cups. For the price of everything you think they could give you a little more ketchup. Needless to say we won't return. Well this was the 3rd time I tried to go there since they opened around Super-Bowl Sunday. The first time, they were closed, second was a Monday and after calling I was told they needed so time to regroup. I decided to give it a week or so and just went this past weekend. Signs on the building said they are now open and they had a few cars in the parking lot. Upon walking in I went over to the bar area and sat at the bar. Was greeted immediately and given a temporary menu until a "few more things get figured out" (there words). The prices weren't that bad. I decided to order The Lunch Special, 5 wings and fries $13.99. Was excellent to see both the execution and quality of flavors, since they have 100 to choose from. My order came out in a proper amount of time and looked good to the eye. Fries had what seemed like a cajan seasoning on them and tasted good. I ordered a Honey Mustard sauce and they came out heavy sauced, more than I personally liked. And I felt they were a bit overcooked. But they were good enough that I did eat them all, and even ordered a 1lb Togo. (Cajun Medium) . Was more disappointed that all orders only get 7wings per pound. I came in after a 10 hour drive and just yelped wings. nice to walk into a chill & friendly restaurant but was still clean. The bartender Stella was very sweet. Horrible experience. One week ago my boyfriend and I ordered the à la carte 1 pound of chicken tenders to go. We have ate here before and I've only ever gotten the tenders and know what to expect. We live all the way in the north valley so once we got home. We saw that the food was not how it normally looks. Not to mention it felt extremely light and the tenders were just thin and dry and I actually weighed the food and the tenders came out to 9 ounces. That's 7 ounces short of a POUND of tenders that they advertise. So at this point, I can't get the food remade because with traffic it was like 45 minute drive home. So I called and spoke to Jasmine the manager I believe and she said she would issue me a refund. It's been a week still nothing. I paid $18 For four dry tenders. When speaking to Jasmine, she did say that they didn't have their regular cooks in the house and that they have two different tenders they sell one type of tender goes on their salads chopped up and the other tenders is for their tenders by the pound she said they mistakenly gave us the tenders that go on the salads. Not sure how this would justify giving someone not a pound of tenders when that's what they advertise. She said "our scale must be off because we weighed it" I'm not even upset. I just wanted to refund and like I said I still haven't received one so I called today since I'm near Midtown and asked to speak to Jasmine. Immediately, the girl on the phone is rude and says "who's calling" with attitude. I state my name and she comes back saying Jasmine left. I ask if there is a different manager or someone I could speak to since at this point I'm just hoping they can remake my food since obviously a refund is out of the question. She says shes she only one there and she's a bartender and can't help me with that and that she can't simply "push some buttons and have them make some food" without manager approval. Beware of places that advertise certain foods weighing a certain amount. Most people won't weigh their food. Finally got a chance to try this place! It's a super friendly vibe when you walk inside the staff is all attentive even a staff member off work was coming by and chatting with us. It's a sports bar but there's another side to the restaurant with regular tables if you prefer. I loved this little bucket for your bones and trash on each table. There's nothing worse than putting bones back in the basket. We got Tennessee BBQ and Lemon Pepper Medium which were both amazing the medium is a perfect heat not too spicy. On the side we tried Jamaican slam, triple garlic, honey habanero and boysenberry. HUGE portion of super crispy fries with some mayo based fry sauce that is so yummy. We found this spot on yelp. My family of 5 and our friend's family of 5 were visiting Reno for Labor Day weekend figured we'd stop and grab a bite to eat before ending our trip and heading home. The vibe walking in was bar-ish BUT to my surprise there was a separate eating area where we could sit with all of our kids. Our waitress Stella was AMAZING she was so nice and gave us full details of everything. The wings are never frozen and weighed before being cooked. The fries are freshly cut she also recommended certain flavors and making sure our kids food was cooled down but still hot before bringing it out. We were treated like family. The food portions are huge! We ordered fries, fried pickles, my husband and I got lemon pepper dry rub and garlic parm classic wings and boy did they taste amazing! They were great sized wings. The kids loved the fries and pickles. Absolutely no complaints at all here. The lemonade and purple kool aid perfectly made not too sweet! And a big thank you to the owner. We ordered fried pickles, a burger and 3lbs of wings with 3 flavors (honey habanero, honey bbq, and mild). When We got the fried pickles first, they tasted like super thin pickle crisps with a weird after taste so they didn't taste right. We then got the burger and 1 order of wings, thinking the other 2 orders of wings were on the way soon...the burger had a horrible grease like spread on it that tasted horrendous. The wings we got were obviously meant to be the honey habanero but had zero flavor and the sauce was watery not thick...the ranch we got was watery and tasted like dill sauce. We never received the other 2 orders and when we got the check the waitress, which was split between a woman and a little girl maybe age 10 which was just weird, they didn't even notice 2 orders of wings were missing...all around this experience was horrible and I will not be going back ever again. read more

However, they did not get the mozzarella sticks in my order and I had to wait again. I got the mozzarella sticks at 9:20 about an hour after I originally ordered it. the food was not very good because the wings were cold at that point. when I got home I also realized the never gabe me the fries in the order.
