Hands down the best wing spot I have been introduced to. The checkout people are always polite and remember you if you call often. Shoutout to Ms. Cell. This place is alright if your just counting the wings. The flavors aren't original however there're pretty ok. Now, let's get to the customer service! The male in the front was extremely polite however the short-haired older woman was as rude as they come! When we got our food the gentleman offered us dressing such as ranch, blue cheese and/or hot sauce. As we answered the woman cut us off and fiercely told the guy, "we don't ask if they need dressing if they already got sauce on their wings. We only give it to them if they ask!!" (Which we did!). I use to go here all the time. I love the wings, but I have to agree w/ the other reviewers about the older lady. I don't know if she still works there,(I believe she is either married or kin to someone there) but the last time I went I was with my boyfriend. He gave her his order and she told him he couldn't get everything he wanted on his fries because it was bad for his health. (-_-) and she seriously didn't put his specific order in. I recently moved back to Clinton. A friend suggested I try Wing Heaven. I'm thankful to her. The wings were cooked to perfection and the wide variety of sauce's are great. I love the Lemon Pepper. They have other great things on their menu as well. The fried cheesecake is a must try- yummy! The reason I could not give this place 5 stars is because there is an older women taking orders, handling the cash register etc. The older women is the first person you see when you walk in and she is the first person you speak to over the phone; she's the one taking phone orders as well. The women is unruly. The worse. Say a little prayer before you go in; you'll need the extra bit of patience. Regardless if it's a friend, family member or child there's always a story to tell when you leave this place regarding this women and her ability to be so rude and down right nasty. I've heard her with customers and kids that come in after school. I called to place an order and she told me -I need to learn how to speak and ask her how her day is going before I start trying to place an order! Yes, she, did! The french fries are hot and fresh and I love the Cherry Kool-Aid (although it is very sweet and will send you in a sugar coma). Food is cooked to order so call first.. I'm going to first start off by saying that the customer service at this place absolutely sucks. They are nice to the customers that they know personally only. The prices are ridiculous. The manager or owner or whoever she calls herself, is very rude and makes a big deal out of all situations.... Especially if you have a complaint on food being undercooked, not getting the right amount of wings (it's not my fault your employees can't count), the store closes so early that I have to get off 2 hours earlier just to make it in time. I seen a roach crawling up the counter and another crawling up the wall. The menu has food advertised and it's not in even in the store, how rude!!!!! One day, during my lunch hour I stopped there to get a kook aid ( thats the only good thing that they have) and I purchased a large blue raspberry, when the employee handed me the cup, the cup had a hole in the bottom and kook aid got all over my work uniform. And it was a very hot day, so I was sticky and wet. So I just bought a snapple from them and I leave to my car open it and it smelled like old dish water. And guess why!!!! BECAUSE IT WAS EXPIRED. I VOMITED!!!!!! That will be the very last time I will ever be back at this place EVER!!!!! I rather take that extra 20 minutes and go to the new Roy Rogers in Waldorf. They have better service, great food, no rodents or roaches eww, and no cheap cups. Well let's just say I devoured every last wing I got a 9pc mango habanero all flats, it had the right kind of crunchy and tenderness, and of course the kool-aid, super sweet but the kind of sweet where you are like man this is super sweet but can't stop drinking it, I should have gotten the large cup.. Their wings are excellent! I always get the hot wings, with fries and a jumbo Fruit Punch Kool-Aid drink. First off, their prices are great. The food is always hot and fresh. I love the fact that you can customize the seasoning of your fries, such as with salt, pepper, ketchup, old bay seasoning, vinegar, etc. They only serve Kool-Aid drinks (Fruit punch, Grape, Blue, and combination of all three). The drinks are ALWAYS on point. I also tried their catfish nuggets, which were pretty good too. I have had better at other places, but these were not bad, and I would order again if I had a taste for them and didn't want to travel to DC to get the best. My only complaints are their hours, since they are only open until 8pm for most of the week, and I believe 9pm on Friday, and that the wait is a bit long, but that's because the food is made to order. If they had later hours, I believe they would get a lot more business. Either way, it is my go to spot for a great wing meal. read more

First off, I love wings! Particularly, hot and lemon pepper wings. I am from Atlanta where the wings are great and everywhere else is just OK. But a friend of mine recommended I try Wing Heaven and I do not regret it!! I have only tried the hot, lemon pepper and honey heaven sauces. My absolute favorite is the LEMON PEPPER wings! Those babies are seasoned to perfection! As for the hot wings, I wasn't wowed but they're not bad. The honey heaven sauce was pretty good and it taste just like honey so if that's up to your speed then go for it! As for the fries, they do have different choices of seasonings but I always get the seasoned salt and it's nothing like Lawry's! The seasoned salt is very good, I'm guessing they mix their own herbs and spices to create it. As for the size of the wings, they are just right! I hate huge, hormone injected looking wings! I like my wings small. Oh, and unfortunately they do not cater to people like me who only like flats! They serve Kool-Aid as well. It's pretty good and one sip will put you in a diabetic coma so if you like your Kool-Aid with the a bag of Dixie Crystals sugar in it then you will love it!
