I've ordered from Wing Factory before and had some pretty solid meals, so I was hopeful when we decided to grab takeout recently. We got the pulled pork fries, a side of regular fries, and a spicy chicken burger. Unfortunately, things went wrong twice. First, they handed me a pulled pork sandwich instead of the fries. No big deal went back and they fixed it quickly. But then we got home and unpacked..the "spicy" chicken burger was completely plain. No spice, barely any flavor at all--just a basic, underwhelming chicken patty on a bun. Super disappointing for something advertised as spicy. The pulled pork fries were just average at best. The pork was lacking in quantity and flavor, the fries were okay but nothing special, and overall the dish felt like it was missing that wow factor. The regular fries were fine--nothing wrong there--but nothing memorable either. I've had better items from their menu in the past (wings and some other stuff have been good), so maybe we just picked the wrong things this time. But between the mix-up and the bland execution on what we actually got, it was frustrating. Probably won't be rushing back for these particular items, and it'll make me double-check the bag next time. Hope it was just an off day! read more

I regularly get the boneless wings here. They are always consistently good. The chicken pieces are large, moist, and have plenty of sauce. I feel like I actually get my money's worth here unlike some other buffalo chicken spots. They have a few tables to eat inside, but I usually take them go anyways. When I like a thing on some ones menu, I pretty much get it over n over again. For me the Buffalo chipotle chicken fries will do it every time. I've gotten them for years, they're my tried n true for sure especially with their ranch. I order them with the fries n chicken well done, with mild sauce and a large ranch and the total comes out to $17 n some change. Some days they're more hefty than others but I can easily share with 2 members of my family and we will be full for hours. Definitely a good buy when you it the way I get it :) read more

The regular medium sauce bone-in & medium sauce chicken tenders are good. The "lemon pepper" bone-in wings were horrible. They were so greasy, full of oil & you couldn't taste any of the rub. There was no rub. It probably came off in the oil. I also didn't get any veggies with our 10 piece wings. I feel sick after 2 wings of grease & had to toss the other 3. Look at how the grease settled in the carton & look how much oil was sopped up with the napkin. I don't know how everything else is on the menu, I'd just be careful & check your food to be sure you got everything & it's quality is to par. read more

Not overly impressed with customer service. Music is too loud inside causing incorrect orders to be heard. Missing items when purchasing wings and/or tenders. When informed of the error, instead of apologizing the customer was wrong. Reordered the correct item and the wings were burned and not enjoyable. They don't stick to their listed open hours, they said they close at 10pm but last orders at 9:45pm I got there before 9:30 and they were closed bc the guy said he was tired and ready to go home, such a waste of time and gas to drive there for nothing after being told they were going to be open. I ordered 20 wings and I asked for all flats and they refused, with the basis of we might run out. It's 7 at night don't give me that I've never been to a wing place that says no we don't do flats. Food was not good. My wings were pink in the middle, they didn't seem fully cooked. I also only got 9 wings for the 10 wing combo I ordered. I normally wouldn't care about this but at almost $2 a wing I think I deserve to have all 10. I had to add my own sauce because it didn't have any. I am a frequent customer and every time I order from this specific location I get the worst customer service or my order is wrong. The people who work here give you attitude and are very immature, when they mess up your order and you question it. If you order through a delivery app they will mess up your order or forget to add something 100% of the time because they don't take the time to check your note. They are negligent and rude when they are the ones who are in the wrong. When we order we have to physically go there to make sure everything is correct.
