I'm writing this because the experience my family had last night was honestly one of the worst dining experiences we've ever had. We arrived knowing it was busy, and were told it would be about a 45-minute wait. No problem. When we were finally seated at 8:04 PM, the staff let us know food would take around an hour due to the crowd. Again, we were fine with that as long as the food came out hot. Instead, we waited almost two hours. Our food did not arrive until 9:55 PM, and about 75% of it was cold. We still ate because we were starving at that point, but the quality was just not good. During the wait, our server did offer refills, but even those took around 20 minutes each time. It was literally faster to walk to the bar and get a drink ourselves. The manager was aware we were upset around 9:20, yet no one came by with an update or to communicate anything. Just radio silence. The whole night was a mess -- extremely long wait, cold food, slow service, and almost zero communication. The manager did end up comping our meal, which we didn't ask for, and honestly that was the only positive part of the entire experience. We will not be going back. This location needs serious improvement in both service and kitchen management. read more

Wings were horrible! From the texture of the chicken to the flavor, I wasn't sure if it was smoked then fried. Ordered them to fry hard and seems they were normally fried. We also ordered appetizers fried pickles and fried cauliflower which were not even cut up. I've lived in El Paso three times and NEVER came to Wing Daddy's until yesterday! First, I'm greeted by the most beautiful young woman ever! Jazzalyn was our waitress. Not only was she sweet, kind, nice and beautiful she was spot on with service. We got two souvenir cups that were super cute! We ordered the fried pickles that were free with a cup and shot glass! My family & I actually enjoyed Wing Daddy's, until recently. I went to change my 6 month old baby in the girls restroom. There was no wet floor sign so I went into change her, I slipped with my daughter. The manger on duty told my husband "didn't she see the mop that means it's wet". He took a "report" and said that we would be getting a called from the GM. We never received anything. I called to check in about it, the GM wasn't around to speak but I was told we would be getting a called from headquarters about the accident, once again didn't receive anything. read more

Negative part i saw customer service rating from a lot of other ratings and reason why I visited however that was not my experience. I sat at the bar but they took my order let me try sauce before i order and rarely saw the bartender just to refill my soda. Possibly because I didn't order alcoholic drinks not sure but wasn't busy. Hubby and I used DoorDash to get some boneless bites in Honey Hot, Tangasaurus, and Blackberry Habanero. We did a pickup and took them home to eat. Honestly, none of them were even remotely spicy, even though the blackberry was supposed to be a 2 out of 3. They were ok, but all tasted very similar. The tangasaurus was the best of a mediocre bunch. We will probably try them again as a dine-in to see if that improves them. The place was packed. Took about 15 mins from the time I ordered to have my food in front of me and it was steaming hot. The sauce I picked was Mango Habanero sweet with the right heat. Their sauce menu rates spiciness on a 1-3 chicken head scale. I'm usually a standard Buffalo sauce guy, but I chose the 2-headed "Scorchin' Cilantro Lime." Gabby described it as a cilantro lime base mixed with Sriracha. You can taste the Sriracha & lime just fine, but it wasn't terribly spicy. Fine by me. It was Monday, so I added a 10-pc Buffalo Shrimp order to-go. The shrimp & breading were reminiscent of Hoo'treys, but the standard 1-headed "Buffalo" sauce lit me up! Great flavor & plenty of kick! The restaurant was vey clean and it had plenty of nice TVs to watch the game. There was a nice mix of hip hop and R&b music playing. The waitress was very polite and attentive the entire time. The food was fresh and delicious. I tried the Mango Habanero wings with fries and it was bomb. My Bf tried the Green Chili burger and it was sooo good and juicy with crips fresh lettuce, Tomato and onion. I highly recommend it for a nice lunch or casual dinner. They do have a variety of flavors to choose from which I chose their spicy lemon pepper and their spicy cilantro. Their rendition of lemon pepper was not good at all. Salty and to much breading. Which bug the way I asked for naked wings and they messed my order. I'm not a big fan of breaded wings but I was starving. The place was dirty and smelled like a wet rag... I was going to place an order over the phone due to my child being sick and unable to dine in. I was hoping to take advantage of the .79 cent wings as stated on menu. BUT EMPLOYEE said i couldn't and that I'd have to dine in. When mentioned to her that no where one the menu does it state that. She said it change a year ago. Food came out in about 10-15 minutes and was hot, spicy and perfect to my taste buds. I had the honey bbg bone-in wings and the buffalo shrimp w/the bomb pop patron drink off the hook. I came in earlier today and I was picking up DoorDash orders and the woman working at the bar completely ignored me when I was directed there. I was told that my order was gonna take 5 to 10 minutes after me still standing there for about 15 minutes already then I tried to get the bartenders attention, but she completely ignored me again. I was really upset. Had to come back later that day to pick up another order and it was the same thing she ignored me and and I got in my car after I left the store and I called the store and she picked up the phone and I tried talking to her and she hung up on me when I asked for manager so my friend had to call and she picked up the phone and got us to a manager I would not recommend going to this wing Daddy's the customer service was very poor read more

This place is AMAZING. If you like wings, and margaritas... ohhh yes the margaritas you will think this place is a little piece of heaven. The ambience is just like any sports bar. There are 2 menus. One for food and the other has just margaritas. I think I saw 60+ margaritas on there it was awesome. I had the bomb pop margarita and like 10 wings. The wings say 1 sauce for 10 wings but at 69 cents and you can get another flavor in the batch. The waitress was very nice and attentive. She split the checks when I asked and there were 6 of us. Super easy to find the location, parking lot is big, and the place itself is nice. I bet this place gets stupid busy during football season. My only complaint is how long everything takes to come out of the bar or kitchen. I waited about 15 minutes for the margarita and 35 minutes for the wings to come out. i know greatness takes time but this seems a little long. The restaurant sits in the middle of a plaza. Small patio but doable. This was one of the first places we've eaten at since everything was closed due to the pandemic. I checked out Wing Daddy with my El Paso fam and was pretty excited to try some of their sauces because they are pretty unique (hello, Blackberry habanero). We arrived about 5:30 yesterday and we were seated quickly. It was busy, but the staff was attentive and friendly. One person in my party wanted ribs and they had no ribs at all (ribs are on the menu and mentioned nothing about being excluded on Tuesdays), kind of weird. We ordered four types of wings and the waitress brought us the sauces to try ahead of time, that was nice. The drinks are pretty good and they have a huge variety of margaritas, both frozen and on ice. The wings are great quality and they often serve full wings without the drumette and winglet being separated, the breading was crispy and held up to the sauce well. The waitress forgot our fries, but was otherwise very nice and attentive. No real complaints, check this place out! read more

I pull my vehicle into a curbside pick-up spot & call. The woman who answered the phone asked if she could place me on hold. Of course, no problem. Two servers visited my car to ask what name my order was number & I informed them that I haven't been helped yet, and that the obnoxious beeping noise coming from my phone was the sound of me on hold trying to place my order. They walked off. That's fine. I finally called them on my husbands phone & asked if they could please pick up the other line that's been on hold for 15 minutes so I could place the order. The order has been placed. It has been 10 minutes & im still waiting for someone to come out to take my payment. Luckily I informed my customer that this was going to be awhile & he seemed fine with it.
