The fireplace was welcoming, the seating was perfect and the food was delish. I think between all of us we ordered everything from the menus and had no complaints. I also tried food from the "secret"menu and the taste of the islands did not disappoint either. We tasted the wine and found what we liked and enjoyed the atmosphere and the vibe. I would definitely recommend because there is nothing like supporting small businesses and getting your money's worth. Looking forward to visiting again.

First the Pizza, I must say, the toppings were plentiful to say the least, it must have had close to an entire sausage on it, loads of pepperoni and a lot of mushrooms. I did have to add a bit of red pepper as I like a bite to my pizza. A few shakes of parmesan and I was off the races. The salad arrived shortly after the Pizza. Nice salad with lot of different thing, lettece, carrots, olives, cherry tomatoes, onions, radish slices. Overall, a good and plentiful lunch for $14.95. I did not sample any wine, but it appeared that this was a main staple of the restaurant, they have wine tastings once a monty. Looks like the place has been open for awhile and I am sure they have a following. I would give it high marks, good food, clean, friendly wait service and reasonable prices.

But the food wasn't for me. Here's what we got: Carnitas Taco - The pork was Juicy but super bland. Only had onions added and those were didn't help at all. Not a traditional carnitas street taco. Grilled Chicken Taco - The chicken was super dry and also bland. No real flavor. I drenched it in salsa to try and get it down. Drunken Chicken Taco - This taco was a bit larger than the other two with some melted cheese. The flavor is deep savory that borders on a Tex/Mex style. Not quite bitter but close. Chips and Salsa - These were good. The chips were not flimsy and appropriately salted. The salsas were good and not overly hot. I try a lot of tacos and Mexican food around the valley. This place was nearby to a meeting we had so that's why we chose it. I won't be making a return trip. There's a ton of great taco spots there but this place wasn't one of them. To top it off, the price was pretty steep: 3 street tacos and a water was just under $20. Yikes.
