The trip is always on the longer side with all the stops, so just plan for that going in...it's not the fastest ride, but it is simple and stress free. Everything is pretty organized and boarding is smooth, which makes the whole process easy. Only real downside on my recent trip is that there was no AC, which definitely made the longer ride feel way warmer and stuffy than ideal. The busses are showing some slight wear and tear but they aren't completely run down. I've never really had major complaints. Overall solid 7/10. I use them for both business and personal travel logistics exclusively. They have never missed an appointment and have gone out of their way to accommodate me when I've encountered travel disruptions such as delayed flights. The rooms are obviously stocked with the cheapest everything, which is understandable, since guests probably abuse the items and the need to be replaced often. The grounds and stay was acceptable. However, the single star is for the awful sales team and their evil tactics. I was staying with two owners who were being harassed, made to make a deposit to see a sales pitch, and then threatened and lied to. Why I ask would anyone who is not an owner want to become an owner when this is how owners are treated?!? It's insane. Why they think these methods would make people want to get in deeper with them, is beyond me. Please don't trust these fear mongering sales people. I haven't a clue how they sleep at night, but it makes the company and this location look repulsive. If I were Worldmark, I would reconsider my strategy and treatment of share/stake holders. Because who would want to join a "club" of people who are being treated this way, and the only benefit is staying at mediocre locations. You can find better places to stay who actually care about their customers and don't harass them.

However, they have a rule that you're not allowed to contact the driver directly at all. I've never been told not to contact a driver in all the services I've ever used for airport or other pick ups so this seems very odd. They gave me the driver's phone number, but sent me many admonitions never to contact him before during or after the service. I always like to make sure with drivers myself that they understand what time to pick up, that they need to wear a mask, etc., etc. So not being able to do this left me very frustrated and not sure I'd do the service again. UPDATE MGL responded that they only asked me to not contact the driver before the trip. That's not true they sent me several texts that literally say "do not contact the driver before or after the trip" and they went onto continue messaging not to bother the driver as he may be with other clients.
