My friends and I have been using Grape Escape Limousine for over 3 years now for bi-yearly wine & limo days. Jake and his crew have never let us down. They are always there on time, get us to all of our destinations, make sure we have plenty of water. They bring us things we may forget while at wineries and even help us by taking our group photos. If you want to support a great, locally owned and caring business owner call Jake at Grape Escapes and let him take good care of you. Biggest compliment we could give is, we all want Grape Escapes to be our children's prom limo driver as we know they would be in the safest hands. read more

We called Grape Escapes in hopes they would work with us in accommodating a 2 hour scavenger hunt and playground crawl for our sons 8th and 10th birthdays. Jake was amazing! He was flexible and fair during the reservation process and he was AMAZING as our driver! He showed up on time (literally to the minute) and treated all the kids (7 boys between 7and 10 years old) with patience and kindness. Our first stop was a local playground and he even ran around and played with the kids. My 8 year old kept chatting with him during the drive and that night went to bed saying, "I like that Jake guy he was really nice and dresses sharp" lol. Thank you Grape Escapes for making the day so special!!!! read more

I booked Grape Escapes to tour wine country with some friends and my husband for my husband's birthday. After doing a lot of research into limo companies in the area, we decided on Grape Escapes because it was the most reasonably priced limo service in the area, had a very up-to-date and well-designed website, and all the costs were included in the quoted price including the tip. They even offer a weekday discount. Jake arrived on-time and in the cleanest, newest limo I've ever been in. I've been in a couple limos and they have all been dated at best, downright tacky at worst. This one was pure class. It was stocked with a bottle of champagne and bottled water on ice, the glasses were super clean, and Jake kept a cooler in the back for us to store some cheese we brought. Jake was super fun and professional. While we had an itinerary, he was super cool with making adjustments as we went and even introduced us to a couple new wineries that we had never been to. Grape Escapes will be my first choice in limo service when I visit the area again. These guys are definitely worth every penny. read more

Big thank you to David (our driver) and Jake (owner) who made our day in Sonoma so easy. David was easily the best driver we've ever had, anticipated our photo needs, and let us play our terrible music! Also, at a very affordable price - I will be using Grape Escapes again! read more

We had an amazing time with Grape Escapes Limousine company. From the booking process to the confirmation, to our driver showing up, the company is on point. The real clincher for me, and my group as a whole though was our driver, Jonathan. He went above and beyond to make sure that our experience was top notch. He showed up on time, was fun and professional, and managed to make five women (one of which was a bride to be) really happy with the service he provided. Thank you Jonathan! We will all be using Grape Escapes in the future, and know that you need to as well. read more

Jake was amazing to work with. My needs were a little different for a wedding. Jake went out of his way to work with me to make it work. When he arrived to pick us up he was friendly, polite and helpful. He not only paid attention to details and our requests but before we left we went over it again to make sure he was clear on what we needed. I would totally use Jake and grape escape again and will recommend him to my friends. Thank you so much Jake I really appreciate all you did for us. read more

I live in Sonoma County and wanted to rent a limo for 8 people to go to San Francisco for a night out. My wife found this company online and it had excellent reviews. The staff was great from the first person I spoke with on the phone to the limo driver (Phil). We had the maximum number of people for the stretched limo and were able to fit comfortably. Phil sent me a text message with his ETA before he arrived and it was easy and convenient to stay in touch with him. He was professional and friendly, making for a great experience. The limo was clean and in pristeen condition. There was a bottle of chilled champagne waiting for us when it arrived. I will, without a doubt, use this company in the future. The price was great, as was the quality of the limo and the service. read more

I used Grape Escapes Limo when planning for my friend's bachelorette party. Jake was super helpful with the best route for the wineries we wanted to go to, and also had advice for us in terms of wineries! The limo arrived exactly on time, which was awesome, and we had a bottle of champagne and bottles of water included. The limo also has a cooler available upon request, which was great since that day it was really warm in Sonoma. We had a great time and would gladly use Grape Escapes again! read more

I've used Grape Escapes twice to go wine tasting with groups of around 12 people. Having used other companies as well, I recommend Grape Escapes and Grape Escapes only! The bar they set puts them in a league of their own. Jake, the owner and our driver on both trips, is polite, friendly, courteous, flexible, and extremely professional. The vehicles in the Grape Escapes Fleet are in top condition and equipped with everything you need to play music, watch TV, enjoy drinks, etc. Jake arrives on time and dressed up, something that makes your event feel even more special. Jake thinks ahead of everything that can help his customers, from providing ice and water on the bus, to being a resource for vineyards info, to giving each group a little orientation on how to use the music equipment, etc. in his vehicles. Perfect for someone working in the service industry, Jake also has a great sense of humor; he even pulled a little move when we, once parked and arrived at a vineyard, danced off the bus. Ha! He has the pride and expertise of a small company owner who has perfected his business model. Kudos! read more

We used Grape Escapes for the Barrel Tasting event in Sonoma. It was extremely easy to book the limo, great rates, and our driver Glenn was very friendly and accommodating. The limo was in awesome condition and they gave us a complementory bottle of champagne and water bottles. I highly recommend this company! read more

Just did an employee dinner to the melting pot with Phil, our driver. It was such a great night! The limo was very clean, had plenty of space for 7 of us. It had a bottle of champagne chilled and water bottles. Booking was so easy. The driver texted us when he was on his way and was ready for us when we were done with dinner. Highly recommend! read more

Really impressed with Jake (the owner) and this service. Our daughter celebrated a special birthday and we decided to rent a limo for the night. We just needed a limo to pick us up, drop us at a restaurant twenty minutes away, and then pick us two hours later to take us home. EVERYONE ELSE wanted a ridiculous price. Jake gave us a special deal and made it work for our budget. Jake was extremely efficient in communicating with us before our night, and he was prompt to the minute on arrival. The stretch limo looks terrific. Our kids were BLOWN AWAY when they first spotted the car. Inside is beautiful and Jake provides free bottles (sprite and coke for the kids, and champagne for the adults). We had a great meal and then it was time to go home. Jake was prompt once again in picking us up. Just a super experience and we will definitely work with Jake and Grape Escapes again! read more

I used "Grape Escapes" limo service for my husband's birthday. Grape Escapes came to the house to pick us up for dinner. My husband was so surprised when he opened the door and saw the chauffer, Jake Romanow, next a gleaming, charcoal grey limo. The limo had been filled with all of the necessary items for the evening (including a bucket of ice for our sparkling wine). We even forgot our bottle of chardonnay (which we had hand-selected for the evening) in the limo. Jake drove the wine all the way back to the restaurant. He personally delivered the wine, wanting to ensure that every moment of the experience was perfect. Jake went above and beyond in ensuring my husband felt like a king on his special night. It was such an amazing evening. Jake was a huge part of this. He was incredibly professional, charming, kind...and punctual! -Alison, Hospitality Manager at HANNA Winery read more

My boyfriend contacted Grape Escapes as we were planning our trip to Sonoma for Memorial Day weekend. Little did I know at the time he was planning such a memorable event as he was planning to ask me to marry him. He found Grape Escapes online and said that Jake was such a great help. Since he really didn't know much about Sonoma County he leaned on Jake to come up with the perfect spot to propose. Jake came through in spades about a week before our arrival. Jake went out of his way to send my fiance a video of a beautiful winery with amazing gardens. It was the perfect spot to take me. All of this was icing on the cake. Grape Escapes was wonderful as they showed up early to our pick up address, and provided excellent service all day. We would use Jake and Grape Escapes again when we visit Sonoma County on our wine excursions. read more

Couple of weeks ago a few friends and I hired Grape Escape to take us to a dinner at a vineyard in Healdsburg. We then went out to some bars in Windsor. I have to say, Jake our driver and come to find out, the Owner, was amazing. He really made our night. Could not have been a nicer guy and had no problem with our crazy crew and changing plans. The price was better than any other place I have used before and even if I wasn't the service made it worth any price. He was right on time, very well dressed and the Limo was by far the cleanest I have ever seen. They have some great upgrades in the Limo, PS3, direct IPhone connection that you can control with the stereo system. We will never use any other Limo company again. Even though they are out of Windsor, they will even travel to San Francisco. I'm sure we all know how expensive and trashy the Limos in the City are. Any way, be smart and use them. Can't wait for another trip. Soon. read more

I have used Grape Escapes Limo now twice and both times, our experience has been wonderful. Jake, the owner, was very easy to work with, & when 4 of my friends were unable to attend our wine-tasting excursion, he allowed us to switch to a smaller limo bus last minute. He made some great recommendations for wineries to go to also. Phil our driver, was also very professional and easy to work with. We will definitely be using their services in the future! read more

Grape Escape is the only Limo company I will be dealing with from now on. Jake is a great guy and very helpful/easy to talk to. He helped me organize the Rolls Royce Silver Cloud as a surprise for my Wife on our Wedding day. Grape Escape is the only Limo Company north of San Francisco to have a classic Rolls Royce available. They also offer stretch limos and limo shuttle buses of different sizes. I recommend Grape Escape to anyone! read more

I used Grape Escapes last weekend for a 10 person bachelorette party and it was better than I ever expected! The limo bus was beautiful and clean and had every amenity I could imagine (I can't tell you how many times I've gotten in a limo and realized they don't have any way to play my iPhone 5...I know, first world problems). Jake was so professional and friendly and he was at our beck and call the whole day. Plus, they provided a free bottle of Moet which was a nice touch. I seriously cannot think of one complaint, and coming from a high maintenance gal, that's a huge testament to the quality of their service! Bravo guys! read more

My friend used Grape Escape Limo for her bachelorette party to take us from Santa Rosa to San Francisco. It was awesome! Jake picked us up and he even arrived early. He was so friendly, courteous, and wanted to make sure we had a great time. The limo bus was awesome inside! It had just been redone and had a huge tv in the back, new upholstery, lighting, flooring, etc, and an iPhone dock to play songs from a playlist or pandora. He was a great driver too; which can be especially difficult in SF but we all felt so safe. By far the best limo experience I have ever had; I will definitely only be using this company (and hopefully Jake!) for all my future limo needs. He is reasonably priced, professional, arrives early, has a great selection of clean and decked out vehicles, and most important wants to make sure his customers are happy. Thanks Jake and Grape Escape; you're awesome! read more

I contacted Grape Escapes to tour the Alexander Valley on March 1st with my best firends. We do this every year.....This was by far our best limo experience and we will be using Grape Escapes moving forward. Right from the start, Jake, the owner, was straight forward in discussing the costs (great price and all inclusive) unlike others we have dealt with in the past with hidden fees, and bumping up the hourly rate due to it being an event weekend. Our driver, Jonathon (or JT as we've nicknamed him!) was very personable, friendly, and accommodating. He knew the area, and introduced us to the wonderful Williamson Winery downtown, which SURPRISE, none of had been to before. A wonderful time was had by all. See you next year! read more

We used Grape Escape Saturday for a wine tasting day for 14. It started out 'grape.' By the end, we just wanted to escape. Our driver was friendly enough but drove a little faster than we were comfortable with on the windy road to Calistoga. He told us for some reason that this specific limo was already sold. I now know why they wanted to get rid of what I think was the oldest car in their fleet. It became very clear in the first 10 minutes of the ride. Stagnant water started spilling in from a exit hatch on the ceiling- directly onto one of us! It soaked her clothes and got in her champagne. This kept happening the rest of the day. It was splashing on us at every turn. We all squished to the opposite ends of the limo to avoid it. Not the experience we were hoping for. There wasn't much we could do about it at the time but we did let the manager know after. We were surprised to find out he already knew about it and just thought the owner had gotten around to fixing it. Nope. They did get around to charging us $43.75 for 15 minutes over our quoted time. This is not the kind of customer service you would expect after paying close to $1,000.00. We will definitely do another limo day and definitely use a different service. read more

Jake was fantastic!! He was wonderful to work with and made our trip in Sonoma county unforgettable. The communication was great, and Jake made some wonderful recommendations over the phone before the trip. He is polite, professional and very personable. Don't miss Bella or Cast...gorgeous views & great wines. Jake even accommodated our group when we went over our reservation by an hour. We won't think about using anyone but Grape Escapes when we come back to Sonoma. Worth every penny!! read more

I booked Grape Escapes Limousine Service for my friend's birthday bash. She wanted to go wine tasting and didn't have any clue on where to go so I called Jake, the owner, and asked for some advice on a few places. He was extremely nice and knew exactly what we had in mind! The limo came early to pick us up, which was awesome since I have had limo services before that were late, so I was already impressed. As we got in we were greeted by complimentary bottles of water and a bubbly bottle of Champagne which was an awesome kick off to a beautiful day of wine tasting. The 8 passenger Limousine was gorgeous with the changing colored lights on the ceiling and the sound system was incredible, we got to play our own music from our ipods directly from the back of the limo (easy access to change our tunes). Our first stop was Hanna Winery where Jake got us a complimentary VIP tasting, private table with an amazing view of the vineyards and of course great wine! At the spur of the moment we decided to detour to different wineries (since some of the girls wanted to go to certain ones) and it was great to know Jake went above and beyond in calling these wineries while we were at Hanna to see if they had availability for such a large group. After a few stops the girls were hungry and wanted to stop at a grocery store. Jake was so kind to take us to a store at the spur of the moment where we were able to pick up some munchies. I highly recommend using Grape Escapes and I will continue to use their services because not only are they professional, but they are nice, have amazing connections, and their limousine was exquisite! The price was better than any other company I have used before and Jake was extremely understanding of our changing plans. Thank you Jake and Grape Escapes! We will be calling you soon! read more

This review is a little late, as we took our trip last October, but it was so FUN...so better late than never to brag about this trip. 10 ladies on a pre-reserved wine tour. Phil was the best! When we were running late, he would call our next appointment....he even recommended a fabulous spot equipped with food trucks for our hungry wine-os and got us a private room last minute. Phil didn't even care that we blasted Britney Spears along the way. Thanks to Phil for such a FANTASTIC time. I definitely recommend booking with this company...affordable, knowledgeable, and professional! read more
