Napa Sonoma Wine Tasting Driver absolutely exceeded my expectations, and I wished I had hired them for my wedding! The booking process was seamless and transparent. I appreciate how much they communicated with me to confirm the itinerary and sent reminders leading up to the day. We booked an SUV for the day, and the car was in pristine condition and perfect for our group of 6. Our driver, Tony, was very professional and went above and beyond to make our day comfortable and easy. He was punctual, responsive, and safe as he took us to our many destinations for the day. All of this amazing service came at a very reasonable and competitive price. I 1000% recommend hiring Napa Sonoma Wine Tasting Driver for any of your limo/driving needs! Everything ran on time even with multiple stops throughout the day, which was our biggest worry with that many people to coordinate. We shopped around quite a bit for shuttle services and they had the best rates for our group size. But what really impressed us was how flexible they were when we needed to make some last-minute changes to timing and pickup spots. They could have been difficult about billing adjustments but really went out of their way to make sure we were happy. It's clear they actually care about taking care of their customers, not just getting through the job. Made one less thing for us to stress about on an already busy day. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone needing reliable transportation in the area

This family owned company is genuine, charming, and most of importantly personable. My group of girls had the honor of having Edward as our tour guide. Edward was amazing. He picked us up at our hotel in their luxurious Mercedes van. He was nothing but kind and accommodating. He made our Napa trip memorable. He picked a great lunch spot, booked all the reservations for our wineries, and made sure we all had a great time! It was easy and relaxing. All you pretty much had to do was just drink your wine and enjoy the breathtaking views. [Friendly tip: He's an amazing photographer. He will get the best angles of you, so just hand him your camera and let him do his magic!] If there's certain wineries you want to go to.. you just let them know in advance so they can make your reservation for you. However, they have a rule that you're not allowed to contact the driver directly at all. I've never been told not to contact a driver in all the services I've ever used for airport or other pick ups so this seems very odd. They gave me the driver's phone number, but sent me many admonitions never to contact him before during or after the service. I always like to make sure with drivers myself that they understand what time to pick up, that they need to wear a mask, etc., etc. So not being able to do this left me very frustrated and not sure I'd do the service again. UPDATE MGL responded that they only asked me to not contact the driver before the trip. That's not true they sent me several texts that literally say "do not contact the driver before or after the trip" and they went onto continue messaging not to bother the driver as he may be with other clients.

We have used them in the past for business events with no troubles but they recommended a stretch limo for a very windy road. Turns out they also use independent contractors and the driver was unknown to them. The driver couldn't make the driveway and we had to walk down the hill. Further, for pick up, the driver was asleep and unreachable. After 30 minutes, we had to get ubers. This is all normal stuff and I was ready to take it but I found the response from the company to be appalling. They were not interested in working with us on a refund and, at one point, had the audacity to say I didn't look hard enough for the car (which I did - nowhere in site). Anyway, given management disinterest in our satisfaction (having booked them many times before), thinking there is a better customer-focused company out there.
