The trip is always on the longer side with all the stops, so just plan for that going in...it's not the fastest ride, but it is simple and stress free. Everything is pretty organized and boarding is smooth, which makes the whole process easy. Only real downside on my recent trip is that there was no AC, which definitely made the longer ride feel way warmer and stuffy than ideal. The busses are showing some slight wear and tear but they aren't completely run down. I've never really had major complaints. Overall solid 7/10. A good no frills option to get to and from the airport to wine country.

Not only did they have availability but they also even recommended me trying a different company that may be able to offer cheaper rates - I was very impressed by this ethic! A group of us really wanted to take a dear friend out to a restaurant that had recently become wheelchair bound. She hadn't been out of her assisted living facility for months! When it came time to celebrate her 82nd birthday, we began researching transportation options. Sonoma County Airport Taxi did a wonderful job! I booked the day before. Beeb was early to pick-up, got the group to the restaurant for the reservation on time and returned everyone back exactly as planned! He was very professional and texted me before and after the event, as I was just the one that arranged the service. My friends said he was very pleasant and professional. It's so nice to know this service exists for future excursions! Thanks, Beeb, for really making this a night to remember for my friends!

Many limousine companies charge nearly twice his rates, and we have often had concerns about the reliability of ride-share services. Lon arrived early and was extremely patient while waiting for my wife. Despite the early 5:30 a.m. pickup, he was friendly, professional, and engaging. He ensured we arrived at San Francisco International Airport safely and on time. For our return trip, Lon communicated clearly and consistently, even as our flight was delayed by three hours. When we finally landed, he was right on time despite poor weather conditions and unusually severe highway flooding in Marin County.
