Turns out they also use independent contractors and the driver was unknown to them. The driver couldn't make the driveway and we had to walk down the hill. Further, for pick up, the driver was asleep and unreachable. After 30 minutes, we had to get ubers. This is all normal stuff and I was ready to take it but I found the response from the company to be appalling. They were not interested in working with us on a refund and, at one point, had the audacity to say I didn't look hard enough for the car (which I did - nowhere in site). Anyway, given management disinterest in our satisfaction (having booked them many times before), thinking there is a better customer-focused company out there. If something goes wrong, I always want a highly customer focused partner and these guys weren't it.

He didn't make us feel rushed to leave which was a relief. Once out side he took some photos of us and then let us in the limo. We didn't ask for champagne but he purchased it for us anyway and offered it to us (we don't drink but would have totally enjoyed it if we do). Before the event, they suggested that the Jet might be better for our social outing and we switched to it for no charge. Driver Sodo arrived on site 30 minutes early (no charge) to ensure we would leave in time. He helped me set up and briefed me on the features. The AppleTV and Internet access were fun, as we streamed YourTube the whole trip and shared photos from our iPhone. TVs on both ends of the van so you could see not matter which way you faced. We arrived on time to the event and had a great ride. We had some problems with the technology, including loss of audio and stuttering on the way back, but rather than stop to get it fixed we decided to talk instead. The tech works well but can have issues. If the tech matters, have a plan for support if it fails. I'm sure we could have had if fixed if we asked but we didn't bother.

Everything ran on time even with multiple stops throughout the day, which was our biggest worry with that many people to coordinate. We shopped around quite a bit for shuttle services and they had the best rates for our group size. But what really impressed us was how flexible they were when we needed to make some last-minute changes to timing and pickup spots. They could have been difficult about billing adjustments but really went out of their way to make sure we were happy.
