The dress was taken in way too much, so tight that I could barely move and it barely fit at all. The shop owner even struggled to help me put the dress on. I didn't gain nor lose weight because it was a two-week turnaround. If you care about your clothes, do not bring them here for alterations. To make things worse, the fitting room has no privacy whatsoever, people outside can clearly see you while you're changing. Overall, this was a completely unprofessional experience, and I would never bring anything here again.

The guy at the front tried to ring it up but could not find a button for sofa cushion cover and instead picked "blanket" as the quote ($36). My cover for one cushion was nowhere the size or thickness of a blanket- it's at most the size of two king pillow cases. But I was in a pinch and the other cleaners few blocks away was closed for vacation. I decided to just pay it to give it a shot and if they did a good job, I would bring the other cushion covers. He gave me a pick up time and date of Friday at 5pm and said he would call me. Friday at 5pm arrived and I did not receive any call. I tried calling them and they didn't pick up. They were about to close at 6pm so I headed over there to ask in person. The same guy was there and said he would get my cushion cover. It came folded, hanging on a hanger and in a plastic cover. I paid and went home to find that all the gray stains were still there. It's one thing to be a cleaner and not be able to clean things properly. But it's another thing to be dishonest. The least he could do was tell me they weren't able to remove the stain, and offer me some sort of refund. But to fold it and hide it in a way that it couldn't be visible is not cool. I will not be back.
