I came into this Men's Wearhouse to see what kind of options were possible...Do I rent a tux with my groomsmen? or do I still have time to go custom and fitted? This Men's Wearhouse went above and beyond to make sure I got a tux that was custom made and perfectly tailored in record time. I remember getting fitted for the first time...Rob (manager) came from across the store to make sure I was getting measured correctly and took it upon himself to be my main point of contact. If you are getting married and need a tux...This is your spot. Ask for Rob right away and the rest of the team will jump in to make sure your feel like a truly valued customer. They made the process stress-free and helped me find a dress that felt truly "me." But then came the owner. Cold, dismissive, and frankly rude. I noticed she was warm and chatty with other customers, which made the shift in energy even more uncomfortable -- and I think my consultant quietly noticed it too. By the time this experience happened (months later), I was too close to my wedding (and too far into the alteration process) to walk away. It's such a shame, because the rest of the team was incredible. But one negative interaction can sour the entire experience, especially for something as emotional as wedding dress shopping.

For the Yelp event, participants got a custom made shirt. I was so pleased with the process and the shirt (with French cuffs and my initials) that I wanted The Doctor to experience it as well. Located on the 3rd floor on Oak Street, you enter from the street straight to an elevator, which opens directly to the showroom. It is dimly lit but in a good way, with spot lights on the suits and ties. Enzo has a large selection of swatches of colors and different types of fabrics. What I didn't see during my initial visit was all of the beautiful custom buttons! Man oh man, so many to choose from and so many colors as well. Let just say that working with Mason is an absolute blast! When I made the initial appointment, I asked if it would be ok if I brought some bubbles for us to drink as I knew we would be there for a bit and Mason said absolutely and even provided glasses for us. Mason is so professional and very focus on details. I love the fact that he makes recommendations, but also listens to what the client wants. He was patience in the process and at no point did we feel rushed. While drinking bubbles, me and The Queen got to assist in the process of selecting colors, fabric and buttons...so much fun! We ended up settling on a lovely pastel pink fabric for one shirt and a blue one with a delicate pattern on it. Both are going to look great on The Doctor and I already have plans for the pink one for date night...both of us in pink and it will be glorious! This is definitely going to be a place that gets repeat business from us as The Doctor is now thinking of having some suits made as well as slacks. And The Queen and I are planning a visit in the Fall as that is when they will have patterns specific to women's shapes.
