The employees do a great job cleaning the really dirty spots before you go through the wash. My one complaint is that my car usually comes out pretty wet and I have to dry my windows off. There are vacuums in the lot if you need to clean the inside of your car. I wouldn't be opposed to them adding a service to do that for you-hint! I will continue to come to Airport Auto Wash.

I bought a used car from a friend and it was covered in tree sap. I also needed interior cleaned. First, they were over an hour past their appointment. It was me that texted them to see if they were lost. Also, I was quoted $200 for my car detail and an extra $30 for the sap. I will say, I wasted my money. I have a product that gets sap off the car, (heck Goo Gone works). The sap is still basically on the car. There is no "ceramic coating", I assume it is just the Chemical Guys car wash that is supposed to leave a ceramic coating with the wash. I have a pump bottle ceramic coating I use and you can feel it like a car wax, this does not have it. To me, what I got was a car wash with an interior cleaning. That technically is a car detailing but I have had similar at a place in Simsbury and it definitely was better than what I could do. It was done in my driveway (they came to me, which was nice). The car is clean. That's really what I wanted. I just feel I overpaid for a drive through car wash with a good interior clean.

No pre wash rinse, no high power rinse off. Left me in a soap covered vehicle, the machines shut off and exit door opened. I had to go around, take my chances, pay again and use the second (middle) bay in hopes to get the full package and it worked fine. No place to file a notice of needed repair or a request for refund. But when I have an issue that I can't solve or diagnose, these guys will figure it out, then hand my truck back over and allow me to perform the repair. The biggest perk is the 24/7 shuttle that comes every 5 to 10 minutes. Everything is done by an app. We parked there for a week. The shuttle drivers were nice with helping with our luggages. The pick up and drop going there and back were great. The prices were affordable. Our car was safe. Overall, it's a great spot to park your vehicle if you're flying out of Bradley Airport.

Also, you accumulate points towards free days parking. You then proceed down to the lowest level of the airport to door four, and usually the shuttle van is waiting there for you! Again, convenience. This may not be the least expensive place to park around the airport, but it's the most convenient. I have no problem with paying a few dollars more per day to park when I get friendly and over the top positive service, in the location that is quickest to the airport They also have self park, which I have never used so I'm not good at giving a review on that All in all, if you want to just drop the keys jump on a shuttle and get to the airport with no BS, this is the place to be. The fuel pumps are old and beat up nothing special here with the extra money they are bringing in you would think they could upgrade the pumps.
