This was the first company to respond to my Yelp Projects inquiry and first to quote so I booked…read morethem. I detail my own vehicles and in this case I did not have time to do it. I bought a used car from a friend and it was covered in tree sap. I also needed interior cleaned. First, they were over an hour past their appointment. It was me that texted them to see if they were lost. Also, I was quoted $200 for my car detail and an extra $30 for the sap. I will say, I wasted my money. I have a product that gets sap off the car, (heck Goo Gone works). The sap is still basically on the car. There is no "ceramic coating", I assume it is just the Chemical Guys car wash that is supposed to leave a ceramic coating with the wash. I have a pump bottle ceramic coating I use and you can feel it like a car wax, this does not have it. To me, what I got was a car wash with an interior cleaning. That technically is a car detailing but I have had similar at a place in Simsbury and it definitely was better than what I could do. It was done in my driveway (they came to me, which was nice). The car is clean. That's really what I wanted. I just feel I overpaid for a drive through car wash with a good interior clean.

I'd suggest all who care deeply for their vehicles go to Bally's for all detailing needs. The…read moreservice is of the highest quality without being otherworldly pricey. I've been getting car details for a few years now and nothing touches Aaron's work and his customer approach. Outside of the cleaning results shared in the video, Bally's greatest value add for me is saving me the time and energy of going to a shop as he comes to you and your driveway etc. Couldn't speak higher of this experience and service!

My car is 9 years old, it survived 3 Wyoming winters, the Wyoming Rockies, four cross-country trips, Montana, Utah, Idaho, and Colorado, animals, rock slides, mud, snow, ice, and dust...oh, and me. Spills, scratches, dents, stained seats, cat puke and, well, I wasn't very nice to the car, to put it mildly. I barely ever washed it and occasionally, I'd vacuum it and wipe the interior down, the exterior was beyond saving. BUT...I decided I needed to clean it but haha, not by me. When I say that yesterday it was SATAN'S ride and I needed a miracle? I swear to GOD, I think he drove it to the dealership and swapped my car out with a brand new one. This can't be my car! It looks better now than when it was brand new, so, don't be a fool. USE THIS GUY, he will treat your car like it's his own and just WOW. I wish I took before and after pictures and I can still upload pictures of the clean car, but you'll just see a brand new interior, not the hell I handed to him. Just trust me. OH, and talk about a nice man :) If you're looking in the area, don't be a fool. CALL DOC!

However, this one is redone and always does me well! 3 self service bays, 1 touch less car wash, and 1 touch car wash. Also a full row of vacuums! Strongly recommend this place as a car wash of your choice!

This place is...ok…read more I really wouldn't recommend the drive through wash, it feels like they rocket you through it so fast I don't really know how it actually makes your car any cleaner. The guys up front use large brushes in giant buckets of off-colored water to "pre-wash" your car beforehand - which really means they are spreading dirty water all over your car with a brush that may or may not scratch your paint. The drying mechanism at the end is still the old school one that looks like giant vacuum cleaners - they do a terrible job and touch your car all over. Nope. On the other hand, the self-service bays have some redeeming qualities - they are comparatively inexpensive (for the amount of time you get) and take dollar coins (as dolled out by the machines there) so you don't have to try and juggle a handful of quarters. I would advise against using the brush; I have seen more dirt and rocks stuck in them that can (and have) scratch(ed) a (my old) car - even with light use. Water pressure is good; it doesn't take an hour to switch from soap to water to wax to water - and the spot free rinse is a nice touch. The biggest issue? The bays have no timers on them, so you have no idea when you are about to run out of time. I can't tell you how often I've run out of time with a car that is still half soaped up or only half spot-free rinsed. Given how insanely anal I am about a clean car, I end up putting another two coins in, finish the job in half the time, and just sit there extra-rinsing my car until my time is up. Yawn. So: Don't use the drive through. Don't use the brush. Self-service spray bays are okay for a light wash, but make sure to time it yourself or you may end up with a half washed or rinsed car.
