The Parking Spot is a short and long term paid parking lot. It's located near the Bradley Airport which makes it convenient for travelers. People can self park or valet park. The biggest perk is the 24/7 shuttle that comes every 5 to 10 minutes. Everything is done by an app. We parked there for a week. The shuttle drivers were nice with helping with our luggages. The pick up and drop going there and back were great. The prices were affordable. Our car was safe. Overall, it's a great spot to park your vehicle if you're flying out of Bradley Airport. read more

The Parking Spot - Parking Near Me - Windsor Locks, Connecticut

The Parking Spot is located about 1 mile or less from the main entrance to Bradley Airport. If you are looking for safe parking for your car, and the convenience, this is the place to be. They offer valet parking, easy check-in, in a friendly environment, and quick service directly to your airport terminal They also have an easy to use app to check in and book your reservation. Also, you accumulate points towards free days parking. When you arrive back to the airport, you go to the app, tell them you arrived and get the car ready and they will bring it to the undercover canopy for your pick up. You then proceed down to the lowest level of the airport to door four, and usually the shuttle van is waiting there for you! Again, convenience. This may not be the least expensive place to park around the airport, but it's the most convenient. I have no problem with paying a few dollars more per day to park when I get friendly and over the top positive service, in the location that is quickest to the airport They also have self park, which I have never used so I'm not good at giving a review on that All in all, if you want to just drop the keys jump on a shuttle and get to the airport with no BS, this is the place to be. Your car is in a safe, secure area, and is this business is deserving of your patronage read more

Park your own car. The valet parking is flawed. If you have the time to wait for your car for 35-40 minutes at 1am then use the service. read more

I wanted to thank the staff here at the parking spot personally. I accidentally left my new Bose Headphones on the shuttle when I was in a hurry. I didn't even realize I left them until a week later. After racking my brain for a few days on where I could have left them I reached out to these guys with a hope they had found them. Not only did they find them, but a lady named Rachel offered to ship them back to me. It's rare To find this level of service and honestly these days. Thank you!! read more

I always use the Parking Spot for our car when flying out of Bradley. The service has always been excellent - friendly and helpful staff on arrival, at the desk and also the shuttle is great - timely and efficient. I will continue to use the Parking Spot as the price is right and it is very convenient and the staff is friendly. This is just a little complaint - no big deal really, but I returned yesterday from a trip..... This morning I went to grocery shop and my "Aldi quarters" were missing from my console! It is just a few quarters, but for those who shop at Aldi, you understand the importance of having that almighty quarter in hand. That's all. Had to say something as doing a task such as groceries after a fabulous trip is annoying enough without having the hiccup of not having a quarter! read more

Never Again!!! I tried the parking spot to see how it compared to LazFly. Well, we waited 90 minutes with about 100 other people for our car to be brought up from parking. We landed at 11:20pm and had our bags at 11:45. We were on their bus and checked in by 11:50pm. We left their facility at 1:22am. I get that it snowed. But you knew it was coming and should've called in extra hands. Snow happens in Connecticut. Then to get excuses from the employee. I know he doesn't make the decisions, but the "shut up and listen" attitude was unprofessional. And the worst? My new SUV smelled like marijuana. Appreciate your employees moving cars high. read more

The shuttle service was very prompt for both departure and arrival. No stress in getting to terminal! There had been a snowstorm while we traveled! Our arrival shuttle driver jumped into action and used a large brush to clear the roof of the car. This was much appreciated! He was kind to all the passengers and insisted he get each person exactly to their car as it was very cold. read more

I filled my gas tank the day before driving the 45 miles to The Parking Spot. 10 days later I returned to a completely drained gas tank. I don't know how they would do this, lot seems secure but I know my tank was full. read more

Stole my keychain. When picking up my car the keys were missing my "Avon Volunteer Fire Department" key chain. Place is ghetto.

I was very excited to find affordably, close parking for an upcoming flight out of Bradley. I booked a few weeks in advance and secured $7.11/day totaling $67.16 for the week. WINNING!! The evening, we arrived it had been a long drive, in horrible traffic (with a kid toddler in the back seat) so we decided it would be easier to just leave the car at the hotel and move it in the morning to the lot and take the shuttle from there to the airport. It was about 3 hours before the time I had originally planned to park the car. I went into the app and hit modify (you can do this up to 2 hours prior to parking). I adjusted the dates since we were not parking that night. It noted a new total of $62.53 (I didn't really care about the few dollars cost savings, mainly wasn't sure if we didn't park that evening if our reservation would be messed up) I accepted and went along my evening. That night I noticed they changed my daily rate from the original $7.11 to $13.72 AND they rebooked the entire reservation under this new rate (didn't even reduce the days). All I did was remove a day and now was charged $129.69 instead of the $62.53 I was expecting. There is no phone number to call, I had to send a message in their portal...that went unanswered. I decided we would have to figure it out when we dropped off the car. It was pouring rain and me my 4 year old went to the office. The woman behind the counter was no help, she pretty much said that because I made a change it alters the rates for the entire booking to the new daily rate! It was very misleading (she actually agreed) but said I can go find another place to park if I wanted. I was honestly horrified this is how we were being treated. I had no choice, I had a flight to catch and didn't want to drag my kid along for this. I vented a bit at the gate and the woman I was really upset and sad ...I think her name was Nancy and she was AMAZING. She was very kind and understood and offered to help. In the end the did reimburse me, but the total stress, less the humanity of Nancy and Mike the shuttle driver I would definitely consider elsewhere. read more

I parked here with my family on Friday. After they dropped me off at the airport I realized I didn't have my wallet. I called the location and let them know I lost my wallet but wasn't sure where it dropped out (I said possibly my car, their lobby, shuttle bus). The whole team at Parking Spot handled it like pros, worked together to rapidly find my wallet (in the shuttle bus) and they had it back at the airport via a separate shuttle within 10 minutes. Even with a relatively tight flight time, I was able to get my wallet back and still make my flight. They knew I was tight on time and I really appreciate the efforts of the team to help Me out! read more

This was one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. While my car was in their care, it was damaged. When I reported it, I was told it would be fixed, an outright lie. Nothing was repaired, and instead of taking responsibility, they chose to deny everything. What's especially unacceptable is the blatant gaslighting. I was told that I somehow brought my car into their parking spot already damaged, which is completely false. Rather than owning their mistake, they attempted to shift blame and treat me like I wouldn't notice or stand up for myself. This establishment has zero accountability, zero integrity, and no respect for paying customers. If you care about your vehicle or being treated honestly, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else read more

Very deceptive overage prices. Stayed recently at a reasonable prepaid 12-day AAA discounted uncovered valet rate. Our trip was delayed due to a snowstorm and we had to stay an additional 3 days. We were charged 2x the prepaid daily price for the additional days. Would have rated them 5 stars otherwise. read more

The business is amazing. The app is so easy to use and you can tip your driver through it. Upon returning from our flight I went on the app and called for a ride back to get our car, the driver was there promptly, when we got back to the lot my car was there running warmed up with my heated seats on waiting for us. Wonderful experience we will definitely be using this business for our future travels! A+++ to this business ! Thank you read more

This is a decent Parking Spot. Drop off for valet service was rather slow. Shuttle service was prompt. Pickup: Call from the airport, and car will be waiting and running (great to warm car in winter). Quick pickup and receipt was placed in car. No other checkout needed. The Parking Spot - On the shuttle heading to the lot - Parking Near Me - Windsor Locks, Connecticut

Expensive and terrible service. Paid for valet parking. Other services have your car warmed and waiting for you but not this one. Tried them twice and both times we waited for our car and watched them start and pull it up. They want you to think that they are efficient by having you communicate via the app but they can't execute the logistics. read more

Tried it for the first time. What a crappy place and or experience. Must be an Ai system. First we sent an email for more information, and nobody responded even after a few days. Right on the ball they are (not). Then we tried to reserve a parking spot, but it said an AMEX and VISA card were both invalid. Tried both cards three times. Even called the CC company and they said our card is fine. What a junky system they have, which makes you wonder if the company is just incompetent. read more

Dropping off the car, the shuttle services to and from BDL were great. However, twice now we waited over an hour to pick up our car. Once in Sept, where weather was not an issue. We heard from others that they had call outs and were running short. Last night, we along with about 50-75 others waited well over an hour for our car. I understand it snowed however it seems like the snow had stopped well before our arrival at 10:30pm. By the look of the lot, cars had been cleaned previously. If I pay for the valet service I expect that service. It is winter in New England not a surprise to have weather. Maybe the company should staff the facility appropriately. I even asked to get the car myself, and was told that was against company policy. Come one Parking Spot - DO BETTER! Interesting there doesn't seem to be an area on the website to leave a review. read more

Used self park, the shuttle driver followed us to the parking spot and immediately grabbed our luggage, put it in the shuttle and drove us to the terminal no issues whatsoever, on our way back we got a shuttle very quickly dropped us off right at our parking spot and unloaded our luggage couldn't be a smoother experience, I have never used the valet, but self Park was flawless read more

These people are terrible. I was gone exactly 2 days and put in on their website when I would drop off the vehicle and when my flight arrived and I would need a pickup. I prepaid and when I checked out, it said I was all set and paid in full. Then the next day, they charged me $11 overage even thought I came and left exactly as I told them. Its not about the $11 as I tipped both drivers $5 when I was leaving and when I returned. This is about being ethical in your financial dealings. I recommend using one of the other companies which I noticed have many more drivers coming to pick you up at the airport sooner. I guess I should add that I also had a long wait to get picked up. read more

The self-park isn't bad (though much worse than when it was owned by Galaxy). The valet is a DISASTER. You will wait 15+ minutes for your car, and the employees are absolutely clueless! One time I waited 20 minutes because "they didn't check you in correctly" so three employees needed to stand around a computer refusing to return my keys until they sorted out their issue! Last time, I paid quite a bit extra for "covered parking" and got my car back covered in bird feces. The employee told me "covered doesn't mean a roof, and birds obviously can get under the tarp" as if I was a complete idiot for expecting anything more. read more

I've been using this lot for years and they keep getting better and better outshining ALL the other shuttle services at Bradley. Professionally managed, well staffed and always friendly. They know their business well! I never wait long or wait at all for a shuttle after parking OR upon returning home. Drivers and inside and parking staff all welcoming and professional. The app makes checkin easy and even better - lets me request car retrieval as soon as we land so car is ALWAYS waiting for me. 2 thumbs up for an always good experience from this frequent flyer! read more

Can I give less than 1 star? Waited 20 minutes in 30 degrees for my car to get pulled around with valet. I could have done self park and been home a lot sooner. They are severely short staffed and continue to take reservations when they can't service their current clientele. Their prices continue to go up, and they flex now based upon timing of your reservation. DONE! read more

Hate to do this, but I'm done with The Parking Spot. Have been using this lot for 20 years! Service has been declining since changed hands from Roncari to The Parking Spot. Landed at Bradley last night, used app to claim my car. Got to pick up spot and there were over 20 people waiting. This was just before midnight and the temperature was below 20 degrees. Saw in the app that there were no vans coming. Another person called and was told "van is on the way". App showed no vans moving. After 20 minutes I ordered an Uber. Got to The Parking Spot and it was mayhem. There were over 50 cars at the entrance that had not been parked and there were at least 30 people in the building waiting for their car. The cherry on top is they almost tripled their rate from my stay six weeks earlier. No more. read more

Something happened recently. The well run place was woefully having issues on Feb 21. I valeted my car and wish I'd parked it myself because not only was my car not there but it took 45 min and several reminders that I was waiting. Annoying that some customers obviously call ahead but aren't really to come to lot. Their cars get moved and block others. I'll continue but do hope things straighten back up and return to their 5 star service.! read more

Haven't had many bad experiences, but the last one was awful. They don't have enough employees working. Arriving back home, the last thing you want to do is wait and wait and wait and we had to wait 30 minutes for our car to pull up from valet and we saw about 200+ cars stacked up waiting to be parked on new reservations. For the first time ever, BDL actually had our luggage out when we got to the baggage claim. But it still took us 45+ minutes from there to get on the road with our car. And we overpaid for our reservation since their rates are not fixed. It wasn't as busy when we brought the car in for our reservation, but it was still 50+ cars waiting to be parked. read more

Got an introductory rate of $41 for 7 days. You check in at hotel desk and get a coupon to put on your dash and then self park. Take a shovel and brush to clean off your car in the winter. It's not covered parking. You wait in the hotel lobby for the shuttle. Nice when the weather is bad. Shuttle ran on time and was efficient. It does go to multiple drop off locations. read more

This is absolutely such a horrible place. They treat there employees like garbage. Someone for there five years got a pair of socks as a gift. They rip you off, if you try calling trying to talk to a manager all they say is take a message, but then never return the call. They will leave cars unparked and unlocked for days, and if you want covered parking there is a chance you won't get it but will still be charged for it. They don't put enough staff on to handle the customers. But worse if all, they do not at all make it easy for the handicapped. It is absolutely terrible read more

chaos! Dropped off car to The Valet line, was handed a ticket and quickly ushered onto a bus. Seemed great. I called the night before as I was returning a day early. when I attempted To hand the woman at the counter my ticket she began waving her hands saying they were not taking any more cars. It took SEVERAL attempt's and a second employee to communicate that they had my car and I wanted to pick it up. 40 minutes later I finally got my car. Every one was being told it would be between 10 and 30 min wait for their vehicles, most waited longer. The worst part was my entire roof had an inch of heavy ICE on it. I had to pull over with my daughter and crack and remove it so it didn't blow off on the highway and hit another vehicle. I could have handled all that but my favorite pair of Ray-Bans that always stay in my car were STOLEN. Never again!!!!! read more

My vehicle was damaged while parked in valet. I have tired calling and getting in touch with anyone in management to see what can be done. Each time I call, I get the run around. This is the parking company closest to Bradley Airport. It bought out Roncari. While I'd prefer local ownership, the service and experience has been consistently good. They offer AAA and several other (e.g. teacher) discounts. The app is also very good and allows you to make a reservation (which I think is the cheapest price). I use valet, which I particularly appreciate in the winter and when I get home late. After alerting v them with my app, my car is always waiting for me with my receipt on the seat when I get back. read more

If I had written this review a week ago it might have been 5 stars. Used them for many years and always outstanding. Until Feb 19 2025. Arrived at Bradley just before midnight, notified the service for pickup and went out to the pickup area. It was mayhem! Probably 50 people waiting in the 20 degree weather with no vans in sight. Finally one of the airport shuttles took pity on us and drove us the the Parking Spot lot. You could barely get in, with cars waiting to be parked nearly blocking all the roads. One person inside the facility and apparently 1 getting the cars for the valet parking. I was a lucky one and it only took 30 minutes to get my car. So far, no response from the Parking Spot and no apology. Gonna have to rethink my parking choice... read more

Unfortunately a bad experience with this company. After over 40 years of my husband's family using Roncari and now the parking spot we will no longer be customers. After arriving late this evening into bdl we waited for the shuttle and for at least 5 minutes could see a shuttle bus in the distance parked. Once it arrived the driver did not disembark to manage the onslaught of potential passengers. My children were able to board and my husband and I waited to let a young couple with a baby enter the shuttle. When I boarded only one seat was available, my husband had boarded behind me and was told that he would not be able to have me on his lap or stand and had to disembark the bus. He indicated that he'd be split from his family and we were told we could all disembark. We had 8 pieces of luggage and chose not to hold up other passengers. My husband was not able to get on another shuttle immediately as the other shuttle that had just arrived was also full. We understand there may be rules about standing passengers but in the past drivers have managed boarding by party. They should be trained to manage the passengers loading to avoid these types of situations and clearly they did not have enough shuttles available for the number of passengers arriving. We had sent notifications through the app that we had landed. Our car was first in line when I disembarked with my two children and all luggage solo. As I mentioned, we watched a shuttle park for about five minutes or more if it had come forward and taken a group of passengers there would not have been such a frenzy on a cold night for the shuttle. Clearly management is not properly training employees and we will take our business elsewhere. This was a total fail on many levels. We have always had good service here in the past which is what made this negative experience so disappointing. read more

The old Roncari is no more. I dropped my car there on Monday afternoon and rode to the airport in a Roncari van. Three days later, Roncari ceased to exist and I was picked up by a van from the Parking Spot. Now when you purchase a business that has been around for a long time with a large and loyal customer base, what would you do to make sure that customer base gets good service and customer service remains seamless? Let's start to make a list. I'll start with the automated phone board by baggage claims, the way I called Roncari to signal my return and get a van back maybe 20-30 times. I went to the board yesterday and looked real hard for the Red and White Roncari sign. It wasn't there! So I called the number on my claim check and my call was answered with "Hello Parking Spot". Now would it have killed them to tape up a small paper sign on their big plastic sign that said "Formerly Roncari". Of course not. So then I went out to the curb to wait for the Parking Spot van. I joined a group of angry customers, who were angry at Roncari because they hadn't seen a Roncari van in over 30 minutes. They would have been waiting for a Roncari van for a real long time had I not told them a van from a different company would be coming. They didn't know, and now they were even more angry because no one told them about the switch, no text, no e-mail, not even a heads up when they dropped their car a few days ago like I did. No one told me either. When I went to the office, there was an angry person venting to the manager. I saw them adding signs to the vans that said something like "Roncari is now The Parking Spot". This was 2:00 in the afternoon, mind you. When I was done paying, it was maybe 30 minutes since I called. I walked over to where the cars are lined up, and my car wasn't there. I went back inside and checked, and I heard a lot of cross talk about systems, and such. A few minutes later, my car showed up. Two stars is Yelpspeak for "I've experienced better", and it sure fits as of yesterday. read more

Don't know why I'm often waiting 15 min at arrivals, watching the Laz shuttles stop multiple times. By the time the shuttle comes, sometimes there's now a bunch of people waiting and it gets full and you have to wait for the next one. Not what you want when you come home from a long business trip.
