    The Parking Spot is a short and long term paid parking lot. It's located near the Bradley Airport which makes it convenient for travelers. People can self park or valet park. The biggest perk is the 24/7 shuttle that comes every 5 to 10 minutes. Everything is done by an app. We parked there for a week. The shuttle drivers were nice with helping with our luggages. The pick up and drop going there and back were great. The prices were affordable. Our car was safe. Overall, it's a great spot to park your vehicle if you're flying out of Bradley Airport.

    I was very excited to find affordably, close parking for an upcoming flight out of Bradley. I booked a few weeks in advance and secured $7.11/day totaling $67.16 for the week. WINNING!! The evening, we arrived it had been a long drive, in horrible traffic (with a kid toddler in the back seat) so we decided it would be easier to just leave the car at the hotel and move it in the morning to the lot and take the shuttle from there to the airport. It was about 3 hours before the time I had originally planned to park the car. I went into the app and hit modify (you can do this up to 2 hours prior to parking). I adjusted the dates since we were not parking that night. It noted a new total of $62.53 (I didn't really care about the few dollars cost savings, mainly wasn't sure if we didn't park that evening if our reservation would be messed up) I accepted and went along my evening. That night I noticed they changed my daily rate from the original $7.11 to $13.72 AND they rebooked the entire reservation under this new rate (didn't even reduce the days). All I did was remove a day and now was charged $129.69 instead of the $62.53 I was expecting. There is no phone number to call, I had to send a message in their portal...that went unanswered. I decided we would have to figure it out when we dropped off the car. It was pouring rain and me my 4 year old went to the office. The woman behind the counter was no help, she pretty much said that because I made a change it alters the rates for the entire booking to the new daily rate! It was very misleading (she actually agreed) but said I can go find another place to park if I wanted. I was honestly horrified this is how we were being treated. I had no choice, I had a flight to catch and didn't want to drag my kid along for this. I vented a bit at the gate and the woman I was really upset and sad ...I think her name was Nancy and she was AMAZING. She was very kind and understood and offered to help. In the end the did reimburse me, but the total stress, less the humanity of Nancy and Mike the shuttle driver I would definitely consider elsewhere.

On their service, I noticed my favorite lot for a better than normal discount and promptly made a reservation. Of course it wasn't until after I made the reservation that I thought to check the reviews. After reading the reviews here, and the BBB complaints, I started to get a little worried. It only got worse when the lot's website listed them as sold out. To try and settle my nerves, I e-mailed the lot directly and they confirmed that they would honor the reservation. Assuming of course that I followed the directions and brought a printout with me. All in all it went without a hitch. I taking one star off, since there website could use a little work. Sure it looks great, but having a back button to change a typo would be really helpful. Also the first time I started over to make a change, the later pages still showed my previous information. So if you do make a typo, carefully check your reservation before submitting it. I will say I was a little confused by the address here. The address on Yelp lists Connecticut, but the webpage lists California.

During my stay, my car was moved off the lot without my knowledge, driven around, and returned with an empty gas tank. It then took 2.5 hours to retrieve my vehicle from the location where it had been taken. At no point was I informed that my car would be moved. When I raised my concerns, the staff member I spoke with was disrespectful and did not offer any resolution. I have used your valet service at other locations without issue, which makes this experience at the Revere Hampton Inn all the more disappointing. I would like to request a formal response and explanation for this incident, as well as assurances that steps will be taken to prevent this from happening to other guests. The charge was thirty three dollars and I couldn't believe that price for four days. When I returned to get my car, my payment was only one dollar and thirty three cents extra, since I went over the allotted time I put for my reservation. For four days, What a great price!!! The price also includes a van that brings you to the airport which is only a little over mile. The customer service is very great!!! When I arrived, the driver was right behind my car waiting for me. I was thinking what good customer service. He came to my car and put my luggage in the van. The customer service was just as great when I returned from my trip. The van was outside waiting for passengers as soon as we arrived to bring us back to our cars. The customer service is great and I will definitely park there again because who can beat the price of thirty three dollars for four days.

    I have one small negative, one huge negative, and one positive to offer…read more First on the positive, their vans run on good schedules, there seems to be a lot of them, and they are very clean (much cleaner than Roncari) Second, the small negative, I see the "Premier" van and start running to it. As I approach the van, the driver switches the sign to "Economy". It's actually a pretty good system they have to be able to use their vans for both lots...but they should figure that out before they get to the shuttle loading spot. Now the huge negative, I bought an oil change and full "Bumper to Bumper" car detailing. The car was ready when promised. And, it was clear that they had done a detailing. It was washed, vacuumed, cleaned, etc. BUT, the interior detailing was about a 7 on a scale of one to ten. There was still crumbs and dirt in the carpet. There were stains on the leather seats, etc. The exterior was for the most part clean, but I'd say far from "detailed". The nooks and crannies showed ample evidence of not being "detailed". The tires were shined with detailers shine. On first inspection, it looked as though it had been waxed too (as promised). As I got home, though, and the car went through one rain, I realized that the "wax shine" that it had was only detailers shine and not really wax. There is no wax on the vehicle at all. All in all, not a good value for the money. There are so many good car detailers out there. While these guys offer convenience, they don't detail very well. Now finally, here is the real problem. When I raised my question and concern about the interior detailing shortfalls, I actually talked to the... Are you ready now? General Manager, Scott Scaraville. Yes, the big boss. How this guy got this job is amazing. The entire time I was talking to him he barely looked me in the eye, he was consumed with his cell phone, and really acted as though he could care-a-less about me, the company or his job.

    I wish I could give zero stars!…read more We booked because the price was ideal, they are listed as pet friendly, and because of the location. The photos online looked really good as well. Our plan was to stay for two nights. We pulled up in our uber and the exterior of the building did not look good. Now, I can understand if a business is renovating, and I don't fault a business for making improvements. The lobby wasn't as clean appearing as the photos online. The walls around the base boards were dirty. We proceeded with checking in, and went down the hall to our room. The hallways were very dirty, and there were cracks in the walls and floor. It's important to note we were travelling with our cat and wanted to get her out of her carrier after being in it for a few hours. I was thinking more about our cat than all the clear signs that staying there was a bad idea. We enter the room and it smells HORRIBLE. It was a combo of dirt, mold, cigarette smoke and dog/cat smell. If you've lived with cats or dogs or both you know what they smell like. There was only one working light in the room, stains on the carpet, and the bedding was stained and covered in specs of something or other. I let our cat out of her carrier, and started setting up her litter box, and my mom calls out to me that there's a cockroach on the headboard of one of the beds. I open a cabinet and there's bugs all over it. My mom opens a drawer and it falls off in her hand. I said point blank to my mom that we were NOT staying there. So we put our cat back in her carrier (which she was not thrilled about believe me), and made a reservation with a pet friendly hotel down the road. We left the room and told the woman at the front desk we won't be staying. I had taken photos of everything, cockroach included (live cockroach btw that didn't even run from us or my phone camera's flash), and we demanded a refund. We couldn't get an uber to go up the road (my mom is a senior and I recently had heart surgery), so we were forced to walk a few blocks to the hotel we had booked with, and cross a busy avenue to get to them, which was nerve wrecking especially since our cat was trying to bust out of her carrier. Once we arrived at the new hotel everything was right with the world. We still haven't gotten our money back and it's been quite the battle over the phone. We will persist until we are refunded, because we didn't stay there and this place shouldn't even be operating as far as I'm concerned.
