You make an airport parking reservation 2 months in advance, paid in full. You show up on the arranged morning and the parking lot is empty, gate closed, locked and out of business. In a panic you finally find another lot, pay triple the price and still make your flight. On your return you attempt to resolve the problem. There is no phone number to call and the required email for to submit returns with there are no refunds "under any circumstances". You even think about doing business with these people, you are on your own. This is not over by a longshot.

The biggest perk is the 24/7 shuttle that comes every 5 to 10 minutes. Everything is done by an app. We parked there for a week. The shuttle drivers were nice with helping with our luggages. The pick up and drop going there and back were great. The prices were affordable. Our car was safe. Overall, it's a great spot to park your vehicle if you're flying out of Bradley Airport.

They offer valet parking, easy check-in, in a friendly environment, and quick service directly to your airport terminal They also have an easy to use app to check in and book your reservation. Also, you accumulate points towards free days parking. When you arrive back to the airport, you go to the app, tell them you arrived and get the car ready and they will bring it to the undercover canopy for your pick up. You then proceed down to the lowest level of the airport to door four, and usually the shuttle van is waiting there for you! Again, convenience. This may not be the least expensive place to park around the airport, but it's the most convenient. I have no problem with paying a few dollars more per day to park when I get friendly and over the top positive service, in the location that is quickest to the airport They also have self park, which I have never used so I'm not good at giving a review on that All in all, if you want to just drop the keys jump on a shuttle and get to the airport with no BS, this is the place to be. Your car is in a safe, secure area, and is this business is deserving of your patronage

The charge was thirty three dollars and I couldn't believe that price for four days. When I returned to get my car, my payment was only one dollar and thirty three cents extra, since I went over the allotted time I put for my reservation. For four days, What a great price!!! The price also includes a van that brings you to the airport which is only a little over mile. The customer service is very great!!! When I arrived, the driver was right behind my car waiting for me. I was thinking what good customer service. He came to my car and put my luggage in the van. The customer service was just as great when I returned from my trip. The van was outside waiting for passengers as soon as we arrived to bring us back to our cars. The customer service is great and I will definitely park there again because who can beat the price of thirty three dollars for four days.

My employer offers discounts at many of the parking lots so I did some comparison shopping. Z Parking was the cheapest by about $1/day -- it doesn't sound like much, but I could have parked for an extra day with my savings. I made my reservation online and received a warm greeting when I pulled up at 4am on Thursday morning. I waited less than 5 minutes for the shuttle to the airport. When I landed back at BDL, I called after I got my luggage and again waited less than 5 minutes for the shuttle to show up. My car was waiting for me at the door. What I think impressed me the most was that they advertise "The 7th day is always free!" and I thought, oh well - I'm only going for 5 days. When I paid, they handed me a punch card showing that I paid for 5 days. If I park there again, I just show them my punch card and I only have 1 more day to go until I get a free one. Great deal. I will definitely use them again.

I have one small negative, one huge negative, and one positive to offer…read more First on the positive, their vans run on good schedules, there seems to be a lot of them, and they are very clean (much cleaner than Roncari) Second, the small negative, I see the "Premier" van and start running to it. As I approach the van, the driver switches the sign to "Economy". It's actually a pretty good system they have to be able to use their vans for both lots...but they should figure that out before they get to the shuttle loading spot. Now the huge negative, I bought an oil change and full "Bumper to Bumper" car detailing. The car was ready when promised. And, it was clear that they had done a detailing. It was washed, vacuumed, cleaned, etc. BUT, the interior detailing was about a 7 on a scale of one to ten. There was still crumbs and dirt in the carpet. There were stains on the leather seats, etc. The exterior was for the most part clean, but I'd say far from "detailed". The nooks and crannies showed ample evidence of not being "detailed". The tires were shined with detailers shine. On first inspection, it looked as though it had been waxed too (as promised). As I got home, though, and the car went through one rain, I realized that the "wax shine" that it had was only detailers shine and not really wax. There is no wax on the vehicle at all. All in all, not a good value for the money. There are so many good car detailers out there. While these guys offer convenience, they don't detail very well. Now finally, here is the real problem. When I raised my question and concern about the interior detailing shortfalls, I actually talked to the... Are you ready now? General Manager, Scott Scaraville. Yes, the big boss. How this guy got this job is amazing. I wish I could give zero stars!…read more We booked because the price was ideal, they are listed as pet friendly, and because of the location. The photos online looked really good as well. Our plan was to stay for two nights. We pulled up in our uber and the exterior of the building did not look good. Now, I can understand if a business is renovating, and I don't fault a business for making improvements. The lobby wasn't as clean appearing as the photos online. The walls around the base boards were dirty. We proceeded with checking in, and went down the hall to our room. The hallways were very dirty, and there were cracks in the walls and floor. It's important to note we were travelling with our cat and wanted to get her out of her carrier after being in it for a few hours. I was thinking more about our cat than all the clear signs that staying there was a bad idea. We enter the room and it smells HORRIBLE. It was a combo of dirt, mold, cigarette smoke and dog/cat smell. If you've lived with cats or dogs or both you know what they smell like. There was only one working light in the room, stains on the carpet, and the bedding was stained and covered in specs of something or other. I let our cat out of her carrier, and started setting up her litter box, and my mom calls out to me that there's a cockroach on the headboard of one of the beds. I open a cabinet and there's bugs all over it. My mom opens a drawer and it falls off in her hand. I said point blank to my mom that we were NOT staying there. So we put our cat back in her carrier (which she was not thrilled about believe me), and made a reservation with a pet friendly hotel down the road. We left the room and told the woman at the front desk we won't be staying. I had taken photos of everything, cockroach included (live cockroach btw that didn't even run from us or my phone camera's flash), and we demanded a refund. We couldn't get an uber to go up the road (my mom is a senior and I recently had heart surgery), so we were forced to walk a few blocks to the hotel we had booked with, and cross a busy avenue to get to them, which was nerve wrecking especially since our cat was trying to bust out of her carrier. Once we arrived at the new hotel everything was right with the world. We still haven't gotten our money back and it's been quite the battle over the phone. We will persist until we are refunded, because we didn't stay there and this place shouldn't even be operating as far as I'm concerned.
