I'm bad and tend not to book parking until the last minute. I just took a trip where I booked the parking reservation about a week out. On their service, I noticed my favorite lot for a better than normal discount and promptly made a reservation. Of course it wasn't until after I made the reservation that I thought to check the reviews. After reading the reviews here, and the BBB complaints, I started to get a little worried. It only got worse when the lot's website listed them as sold out. To try and settle my nerves, I e-mailed the lot directly and they confirmed that they would honor the reservation. Assuming of course that I followed the directions and brought a printout with me. All in all it went without a hitch. I taking one star off, since there website could use a little work. Sure it looks great, but having a back button to change a typo would be really helpful. Also the first time I started over to make a change, the later pages still showed my previous information. So if you do make a typo, carefully check your reservation before submitting it. I will say I was a little confused by the address here. The address on Yelp lists Connecticut, but the webpage lists California. read more

I am reaching out because I have attempted to contact your team via email twice regarding an extremely unsatisfactory valet experience at the Hampton Inn in Revere, MA. During my stay, my car was moved off the lot without my knowledge, driven around, and returned with an empty gas tank. It then took 2.5 hours to retrieve my vehicle from the location where it had been taken. At no point was I informed that my car would be moved. When I raised my concerns, the staff member I spoke with was disrespectful and did not offer any resolution. I have used your valet service at other locations without issue, which makes this experience at the Revere Hampton Inn all the more disappointing. I would like to request a formal response and explanation for this incident, as well as assurances that steps will be taken to prevent this from happening to other guests. It looks good But... I paid to park and it was super affordable, only $10 and a shuttle is available all of which is fantastic. However, when I returned from my trip there was a ticket on my vehicle. They wanted me to pay an additional $30 because they said I did not register my vehicle. The confirmation email I received had a QR code to get into the lot. I scanned my QR code and was let into the lot. I parked. I tried to register my vehicle with the link in the confirmation email however it takes me to a BS website. There were no signs in the lot stating where I needed to register the vehicle. The confirmation email said the QR code was sufficient and there would be no need to go into the hotel. Ok so I didnt go into the hotel. I left my email confirmation on the dash of my car stating how much I had paid to park. I still got a ticket. But it gets better!!!! I tried contacting BOTH the company that gave me the ticket and this company, airportparkingreservations. Guess who was able to solve my issue in a timely manner? NEITHER OF THEM. Its been over a week since I returned and I submitted my concern the same day I returned, on a Tuesday. Crickets. This is a criminal company..... everything they do is bad or even illegal. They advertise a special rate per day but when trying to book a different(much higher) price /day shows up. Promo codes sent out do not work either. Hotel front desk are not very happy to help (because the company have no phone support) when asked about frequency of shuttle (have heard that sometimes there is no service from hotel to airport and especially from airport to the hotel). So you will end up paying Uber or Lyft to get between hotel & airport! Not worth it even if it were free! read more

I sent two cancellation requests and, other than an automated response with a promise to address my cancellation within 72 hours, I have heard nothing from them. There is no way to reach them by phone or email, so you are stuck communicating with the perhaps one person who works at the company via their contact us portal on their website. Since canceling I've received at least 10 marketing emails from them and one thank you for parking with them, and I never parked with them. This is my 3rd time using this company. The first time was parking only. I cancelled, or tried to cancel the reservation 2 days before flying. I cancelled it using both their on-line and email options. They never got back to me. when I disputed the charge on my bill, they said the reservation 3was cancelled too late and therefor non-refundable. I give them a zero rating. The second time, I only used their parking option. They reservation was for 3 days, they charged me for 4 days. Amex wrote it off. The 3rd time, i used the hotl, parking package. their syhstem changed the dates. As soon as I realized they had the dates wrong, i used their on-line cancellation form. The last thing on the form requires a hotel cancellation number from the hotel. Here's the catch, you call the hotel number in the reservation confirmation, they transfer you to central reservations who finds the reservation and tells you that its a 3rd party reservation and they cannot access it to change or modify it. Airport Parking doesnt have any way other than their on-line email or their cancellation form to contact them. What a racket they have going. Poor customer service. Keeping money when you have no recourse agaiunst them. As long as you don't have to change or cancel your reservation, ok to use them for parking only. you can be risking $100s if you do the hotel package. read more

BAIT AND SWITCH. They advertise a price of $7.00 per day, which is amazing. But when you get there, they say "read the fine print on page three of your reservation" WHICH SAYS $8.00 ADDITIONAL CHARGE PER DAY FOR SUVs. I drive a Chevy Equinox, which is a pretty standard car, although technically it is an SUV. The up front charge when you make the reservation on line is $7 per day, which shows they are intentionally tricking you. Once you are there, you have little choice but to pay the extra $8 per day without missing your flight. They do discount it slightly if you pay in cash. This website is predatory and contains false information. They do not infact offer discounted rates. The site posed as Fine Airport Parking on a sponsored ad. I was tricked and after I paid, realized they are not the direct vendor. They require you to print your reservation and speak with a lot attendant to honor that reservation. I attempted to cancel and book through the vendor directly. The instructions and process to cancel is unclear. I submitted a request to cancel before my reservation and they refused to honor it. I was put in a loop of customer service meetings and ultimately was transferred to the legal team who told me where to put it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS read more

I was given incorrect information by an Airport Parking Reservation rep and ended up getting charged extra at the lot. They refused to refund it, even though the mistake was theirs, so I paid almost double what I would've paid booking directly. Customer service was unfriendly and unhelpful. When I asked for a supervisor, the rep said they'd "side with her," and no one ever called me. Instead, I kept getting emails saying it wasn't their responsibility and that I should've relied on the receipt, even though their own rep admitted they can't keep up with the rules for all their lots. I used there service at Orlando International 11/26 - 11/29, I parked conveniently @ the Holiday Inn Airport. Upon returning we had trouble finding the parking spot... I had been told "Level 1 by door 2"....approximately 50 parking spots. 10:30 pm I called the phone # 3 times, straight to VM. Another driver directed me to the Holiday Inn parking spot. Upon arrival there were approximately 30 people in line and a very frantic driver told us the van was full - holds 13 and he would be back as soon as possible. Knowing it would take at LEAST 3 trips to get a spot we called Uber. I will NEVER use this parking service again, and advise anyone reading this to find an alternative. read more

I took a screenshot of my reservation which CLEARLY indicated the total would be $188 CDN and that the "Total included taxes and fees" yet I was charged in USD bringing the total to over $226 CDN. This business deserves 0 stars. The shuttle van sent to pick up my party was in disrepair. A real rattle trap with no air conditioning. It was 95 degrees when we were picked up at DFW airport. When asked about the air conditioning status the driver delayed and avoided the question regarding its function until he had all bags loaded into the vehicle. No windows were present for the passenger portion of the van. The doors rattled loudly as if they were about to open while traveling down the road. The driver was rude and claimed "It is not my vehicle!" He also tried to say the air conditioner was working, just not very well. This was not true. My answer is why wasn't the vehicle taken out of service until repairs could be made. The vehicle carries passengers and luggage. Passenger comfort should be taken into consideration when operating this type of business. BTW: The air conditioning did not just occur. The driver pulled up to our meeting spot with the front windows down. He knew it was a problem and did nothing about it. read more

DISASTROUSLY BAD! Their subcontractor Prime Park ruined our summer. Not only did our license plates get stolen in their lot. But they drove the car without plates to the airport to pick us up and did not tell us the plates had been stolen. It was only by chance that we noticed. When we complained and asked a refund, Manny at Prime Park said he would do everything he could to fix the situation. What he meant is that he would try and give up as soon it wasn't convenient. For instance, he tried to refund our money through an e-transfer I could only receive through a Canadian bank. When I told him I couldn't receive the funds because I don't have a Canadian bank, he offered no other solution. Replacing U.S. plates on a car across the border was an enormous ordeal, leaving our car stranded in Canada for several weeks and costing us hundreds in towing, which Prime Park wouldn't compensate us for. They messed up hard and haven't made it right. When I complained to APR they simply said to take it up with their subcontractor. Worst experience I've had with a company--including insurance companies! read more

This is basically a fraud organization. They lure you in with relatively good prices for airport parking. Once you pay for your reservation in advance and show up in the parking lot, they will tell you that there is an "additional charge." For example, an SUV fee or something like that. Obviously, this is designed to corner people who are arriving at the airport - to either pay up more money or miss their flights. Besides, even if you have an alternative solution and try to cancel, they will "regret to inform you that the reservation cannot be refunded." Makes me sad that this stuff is going on relatively unpunished. Please avoid this site and make other arrangements. read more

When you google Dallas love field parking, they pop up and unknowledgeable customers end up going through this third party for The Parking Spot 2, which is a legitimate parking place. You're charged by airport parking reservations.com immediately and then sent a QR code, which let me in with no problems the day of my check in. Here's where it gets shady. I wanted to extend my parking reservation. When I contacted the parking spot, I found out airport parking reservations was a third party and the actual place I was parking said I still owed money for the week I had already paid for, and they couldn't extend my reservation aince they had no access to my account. I've been trying to reach someone from airport parking reservations.com for two days. Their site has a fake phone number (it doesn't go through bc it's missing a number) and they don't respond to email inquiries through their "contact us" form. I then read these other yelp reviews and realized I've been scammed and will be double paying. read more

negative stars. my flight was leaving out of LaGuardia. When we got to the location they gave us the address for, we called like they said to. No answer on the first call. Called back and they answered. They said someone would be there in 10-15 mins to get us and park our car. after 10 minutes They called us back to let us know the lot was full!! I booked 3 weeks in adnace and they took my money! I had a receipt and a confirmation email. I was due to get on a flight in 2 hours and they just said too bad, we ran out of parking spaces. They refused to help us get another place to park and refused to refund us the money. We were forced to pay a ton of money in the airport to park.
